Very friendly staff. Rosana and and other lady on reception were so helpful and welcoming. All staff really. Rita prepared amazing breakfast and looked after us very well. Working lift if stairs are too much. Great location. Really good clean bathroom. Good restaurants close by. It’s a boutique hotel so if you want big rooms this is not the hotel for you. But if you want friendly helpful service and homely cooked breakfast in cool location stay here. Within walking distance of most main landmarks. Close to open top bus stop and metro and main station.

We were given a free room upgrade, it was a gorgeous room. Great selection at breakfast and good view on the terrace. Powerful shower and the room has smart finishings. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Joseph who went out of his way to help. When we arrived he gave us some great pointers and advice on the best sights to see and the routes to take/methods of travel. We did have a problem with a broken tap in the bedroom, but he resolved the issue for us while we were out for the day. He also went to great lengths to help us sort a taxi on the morning of departure when we were struggling to get a taxi in time.

There is no sitting area during the day/afternoon. The terrace is only open at breakfast and for drinks in the evening. The lift is very small and there are a lot of stairs. This was fine for us as we are both quite fit and a small build, but I wouldn't recommend for those less mobile.

What I loved most was the polite and courteous behaviour of each and every staff member. The breakfast, the location and the maintenance of the property was excellent. A special mention for the staff: Martina, Daniel, Roberta, Ruxana and Rita. They were amazingly helpful, courteous and ever smiling. That was what made the stay at Doria Palace Boutique hotel so special.

The quantity of complimentary drinking water bottles in the room needs to be at least one per person per day staying in the room. What was offered was one bottle per room per day.

We recently stayed at Doria Palace Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon, and it was truly an incredible experience. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of bubbly. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, we stayed in a deluxe room and it offered a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of sweet pastries, fresh fruits, cereals, yogurt, bacon, eggs, and an array of condiments. There was something to suit every taste, whether we wanted a light bite or a full, hearty meal. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, and eager to assist with any of our needs. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We also loved Molino’s, the charming café right across from the hotel. It offered some of the best lunch and pastry options we had during our stay - perfect for a mid-day break or a quick snack. Overall, Doria Palace Boutique Hotel made our honeymoon feel extra special, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

Loved having breakfast with a view! Also the rooms were so comfortable and the modern bathroom and shower was very nice to have. The staff were wonderful and very helpful in terms of tips for tours, restaurants, and holding our luggage for a few hours after check out. It’s located within walking distance (8-10min) of the train station and about a 15min walk from the Colosseum. They offered breakfast in time slots that you had to choose the night before, but this allowed the terrace to not become crowded and the buffet was refilled before each slot. They also had croissant sandwiches once which was great :D

Would only have loved to have some more bread topping options at breakfast, like cream cheese and other cheeses :)

This hotel has been updated around 1 year ago. Everything is new and clean. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Also very quiet as there are only maybe 3 or 4 rooms on each floor. The beautiful lady at reception (Roxana) went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She was so friendly and accomodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. She even arranged a complimentary wine as we were staying on our honeymoon. The breakfast on the rooftop is great, with plenty of different options and friendly lady who will make you a coffee and help with anything you ask for. The location is only 7-10 minute walk from termini station so great for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to termini station. In Monti neighborhood with lots of supermarkets and eateries. The staff of Luca, Joseph, Rita, and Romina were super friendly and helpful with guidance and advice on things to do and see. They were very attentive to any needs you had and supportive. Recommend it to anyone who wants to be near some of the major tourist attractions and only 6 minutes walk to Roma Termini station
