This hotel is hands down the best! The staff goes above and beyond in every task. We were blessed to stay here for our 35th anniversary. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is a couple blocks from the Market Square and there is a bike rental next door, so you may do some sightseeing. The room is gorgeous and the dining area was so elegant. They offer a turn down service, which I absolutely would encourage, as they put Belgium chocolates on your pillow. Absolutely love the Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage in every aspect.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was beautiful and had everything you could need in it. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit and we could walk everywhere. The breakfast was in a class of its own. The best breakfast we have had in the whole world. They just kept bringing little extra dishes that the chef had prepared and the quality was something else. Even offering glasses of champagne. We all had a spa treatment, which was wonderful and good value. All the staff were excellent and made our stay a very special one, creating memories that we stay with us for a very long time. The staff just couldn’t do enough for you, even parking our car on arrival to giving us water and a little jar of mints for our journey home. Can’t wait to stay there again.

We definitely liked the location (on a quite street but just a minute away from the main market square) and the hotel itself is very beautiful and renovated, although located in a historic building. Breakfast was lovely, included everything one may need: eggs, fruits, cheeses, pastry etc. I would specifically thank the personnel. All of the them were very polite and helpful. We've left a personal item in the room and the personnel helped us with delivery in a very short time. Thank you and good luck!

As we travel as a family with kids, we would prefer interconnecting rooms, but there are no in the hotel, so we were provided with rooms just opposite to one another. We stayed one night and it was ok for us.

The staff at this hotel was EXCELLENT! The room was beyond comfortable. I am not a late sleeper, but the bed was so comfortable I slept till 10 a.m.! You can not bet the location it is located one block from the main square. This hotel would be perfect if you were attending Brugges Christmas. Definitely will stay here again.

At this point there isn't anything I disliked about this hotel.

My new husband and I stayed for three nights as part of our honeymoon and we were blown away by the exceptional beauty of the hotel and the service we received throughout. It is so central while also feeling tucked away from the busy areas. The hotel is so beautifully decorated and elegant. Every member of staff from check-in to check-out was excellent - they couldn’t do enough for us to make our honeymoon special. We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel and stylishly furnished. Staff very welcoming and friendly . Very comfortable room . Breakfast was amazing , served in the beautiful dining room the service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble for the staff serving us . Thank you for a wonderful stay , we look forward to staying again in the future .

My partner and I were travelling for our anniversary and the staff made us feel very special. The hotel restaurant was top level whilst the rooms were very clean, comfortable and classy. It was the perfect get away and due to its location great for walking around the centre of the city

Nothing, couldn’t of been better in my opinion

Location was central to all Bruges activities and the staff were very helpful. Coffee machine in the room enabled us to bring in food for breakfast, since the breakfast cost was very high. Hotel decor was very attractive and comfortable.

Room was a little small and we had trouble adjusting the lights. Our room faced the street and was a little noisy at times. Everything else was fine.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast delicious. The fruit and chocolates so nice. Very prompt housekeeping.

Loud at night from surrounding places. Minor repairs needed in room - window latch broken, shower handle was stuck, weak water pressure, clock phone chargers would not work

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful and romantic this hotel is. Everything was amazing. The room, the service and the staff exceeded our expectations. Also, the breakfast was great with lots of options. Unfortunately, we didn’t try the restaurant, but we plan to do it next time we visit Brugge.
