We were visiting the game fair this weekend and just needed somewhere simple to stay overnight. Not only was the location perfect (15 minutes from the game fair!) but there was convenient parking just around the corner (only £3.50 between 4pm and 8am) which was perfect for us. The hotel itself was cosy but still clean and the owner was so incredibly polite and made us feel very welcome!

For the price and how comfortable the stay was there really wasn’t much to dislike! My only possible thing is that our room was next to the main road so there was a little bit of traffic noise, however not all rooms will have this and it’s entirely out of the owners control!

The place was absolutely charming and perfectly located within walking distance of the town centre 😎. Every room was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you.

Overall, the place was thoughtfully set up and the host was kind, but just a couple of things to be aware of for future guests. There was a strong scent of air freshener throughout the space, which might be a bit overwhelming for those with allergies or sensitivities. Also, for anyone staying on the 3rd floor, be mindful of the low ceiling—taller guests (like my husband's cousin and his wife) bumped their heads a couple of times. Just something to note for comfort and safety. Otherwise, we appreciated the hospitality and effort the host put into making the space welcoming.

I checked all reviews, before booking and trusted. When I got there, I was impressed: First the location, minutes away from the station and the town centre. The house is spotless. The host Mark and Marichu were so welcoming without intruding in your space. I highly recommend this place. It is perfect for little gateway, travelling alone. Thank You Mark and Marichu. Doris

I wouldn't say, I didn't like, it was very hot because i was in the room top floor. the water pressure from the shower was not strong. They did their best to accommodate me, by offering another room, but I said, I will survive.

The location of Arden Park Ensuite rooms was in an excellent location for the town and had a long stay car park right opposite where you could buy a 24 hour ticket at Arden Park Ensuite rooms at a great discount. The property was very clean and the twin room in the basement was a good size, very clean, nicely decorated and a great use of the space. Beds were very comfortable and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The owner was lovely and allowed us to enter 30 mins earlier than our booked time. Explained everything to us and provided us with our own front door key. I would definitely stay at this property again. No breakfast option available as they no longer provide breakfast but this was not an issue as there are plenty of eateries within the area.

Nothing to dislike.

Mark was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bag in the hotel until my train later that afternoon. The room was comfy and clean and the location right by the station was ideal.

We had a lovely stay at Arden Park Ensuite Rooms! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the town centre and all the main attractions in Stratford-upon-Avon. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. It was great value for money, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others visiting the area!

Absolutely spotless room, that was spacious. En suite was in excellent condition and room also had a fan, if it became a little too warm. Windows again, were fantastic at blocking road noise. 2 minutes from town and train station. Really welcoming hosts ...

I really have nothing to say here because I can't fault the hotel. From arrival at property, I don't think anything would have been too much for the hosts.

The room (studio) was spacious, room was clean, furniture was modern. Landlord showed me two rooms and he offered me to choose which room is better for me. Staff was friendly, always willing to help me. Accomodation is not in old house and it is in walkable distance from Shakespeare Birthplace. Chcek-out was 10 am, but landlord allowed me postpone check-out until 4 pm. I will be happy to book this accomodation again, during my next visit of Stratford-upon-Avon.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend other guests to bring their own soap and shampoo etc as body wash and hand soap was the only item included in the room. Had a lovely comfortable stay and the gentleman who runs the building was incredibly welcoming and explained how everything worked.

If you are in a room at the front of the building the traffic noise can be loud, but that isn't anyone's fault.

The price was unmatched, and that it accommodates a solo traveller, plus nearby car park which was good value when buying a scratch card. Was met by a very lovely friendly man unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he was a very kind and welcoming human - thank you! Room and bathroom clean.

The thin mattress and the fact I upgraded for a “garden view” which was not worth it. Shame there’s no option to extend check out however this was made very clear prior to booking.
