I checked all reviews, before booking and trusted. When I got there, I was impressed: First the location, minutes away from the station and the town centre. The house is spotless. The host Mark and Marichu were so welcoming without intruding in your space. I highly recommend this place. It is perfect for little gateway, travelling alone. Thank You Mark and Marichu. Doris

I wouldn't say, I didn't like, it was very hot because i was in the room top floor. the water pressure from the shower was not strong. They did their best to accommodate me, by offering another room, but I said, I will survive.

The location of Arden Park Ensuite rooms was in an excellent location for the town and had a long stay car park right opposite where you could buy a 24 hour ticket at Arden Park Ensuite rooms at a great discount. The property was very clean and the twin room in the basement was a good size, very clean, nicely decorated and a great use of the space. Beds were very comfortable and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The owner was lovely and allowed us to enter 30 mins earlier than our booked time. Explained everything to us and provided us with our own front door key. I would definitely stay at this property again. No breakfast option available as they no longer provide breakfast but this was not an issue as there are plenty of eateries within the area.

Mark was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bag in the hotel until my train later that afternoon. The room was comfy and clean and the location right by the station was ideal.

The room (studio) was spacious, room was clean, furniture was modern. Landlord showed me two rooms and he offered me to choose which room is better for me. Staff was friendly, always willing to help me. Accomodation is not in old house and it is in walkable distance from Shakespeare Birthplace. Chcek-out was 10 am, but landlord allowed me postpone check-out until 4 pm. I will be happy to book this accomodation again, during my next visit of Stratford-upon-Avon.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend other guests to bring their own soap and shampoo etc as body wash and hand soap was the only item included in the room. Had a lovely comfortable stay and the gentleman who runs the building was incredibly welcoming and explained how everything worked.

If you are in a room at the front of the building the traffic noise can be loud, but that isn't anyone's fault.

The price was unmatched, and that it accommodates a solo traveller, plus nearby car park which was good value when buying a scratch card. Was met by a very lovely friendly man unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he was a very kind and welcoming human - thank you! Room and bathroom clean.

The thin mattress and the fact I upgraded for a “garden view” which was not worth it. Shame there’s no option to extend check out however this was made very clear prior to booking.

Quirky place, interesting decor, great location. No breakfast facilities, but plenty of places around, so not a problem. Rooms small but very clean, and fine for a short stay. Will definitely look at booking here for future stays.

Nothing. Information provided is very clear, so were aware of steep stairs to upper rooms etc. Check in times are a bit limited, but again, this is clearly communicated in advance, so just need to be prepared.

An excellent choice for an overnight stay in Stratford. Check-in was straightforward and the host was very friendly and helpful. I was in a single room on the top floor, which was small but very comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk from the centre of town and all its attractions. There was parking close by which, while not cheap, was very handy.

Very friendly service upon arrival and a lovely room, which was absolutely perfect for everything I needed it for at an affordable price, with a car park across the road. Would recommend. Communication from the business owner was brilliant and thorough throughout and, overall, it was a delightful place to stay not too far from the pubs, riverside and theatre.

The owner did specify this in the advance communications, so it isn't to be helped at all (and they cannot do anything about it!), but it is worth noting the staircase leading up to the top rooms is very steep.

When booking, we thought it came with breakfast. It was only once we confirmed, that a separate email came through advising no breakfast. There are plenty of places that do breakfast so it was fine. The owner Mark, was very attentive and welcoming. The place was spotless - although a tad dated. We would definitely stay there again.
