You can't have a better lococation at this price. Great b-fast, food delicious as always and plenty.

Everything was really good. However, if you have room available upon early arrival, why don't you just allocate the guest. I had to go out for 45 minutes walking around so I could be checked in free of charge. This is the only aspect of the hotel I didn't like.

Hotel was very clean, bed comfortable, room was quite nice. Housekeeping was timely and did their job very well. Good soundproofing - we did not hear any noises even though the hotel was quite full. The winning thing is the location - in the centre of old town, you can walk everywhere. There was paid parking - the lot was half full all the time, easy to find spot and relatively cheap for location. All in all we would come back

Breakfast was mediocre. Selection quite limited and while what we tried tasted ok we found much better breakfasts in nearby coffe shops.

The location was the best ever to exist. It was right in the old town with many restaurants. The best restaurant I ate on was Piu Vicino - an Italian restaurant and it was right below the hotel. Amazing!!!! You have to try their bruschetta if you go, wow the best thing I’ve ever eaten 12/10 stars⭐️ The rooms at the IBB hotel were also amazing. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Big room and the best part was there is no traffic noice. It was so quiet in the evening that you couldn’t hear anything. We stayed on the 4th floor. Very sweet that they put 2 welcome drinks in the mini bar for free (water and juice I think) not every hotel does that. But we didn’t realize this until we were going home so we let it be. And the staff - so welcoming and nice and helpful. They helped us store our luggage for free when we arrived because we landed early and our room wasn’t ready yet. So good that you can do that so you don’t have to carry all your luggage when your exploring the city. The staff deserves a raise! Always smiled at us and greet us in the morning and made sure everything was good. Overall - the best hotel me and my friend ever stayed at and we have stayed in so many hotels in so many countries and we could agree on that. We will definitely be coming back to you next time we visit Gdansk cause everything was just perfect! Thank you so much ❤️

There is nothing to dislike.

The hotel overlooks one of Gdansk's Royal Route streets, with the Old Town Hall and the iconic Neptune fountain steps away. Housed in an opulent old (or carefully restored post-war?) building, it is modern, wheelchair-accessible and with a lift, as well as a grand piano in the hall and a top-floor restaurant with panoramic views. In other words, the location is excellent.

My single room was in fact part of a two-room suite, with the door separating it locked. So I did not have the privacy I expected. I could hear what my behind-the-wall neighbours spoke about and even how one of them, a man, snored ) The little bedside table is lower than the bed, so when I was drinking coffee or wine in bed, I had to rise to place the cup or glass on it so that it should not fall over. Finally, when I came to Gdansk, the taxi driver brought me to the hotel's doorstep, but when I was leaving, it turned out there is a "designated pickup spot" for taxis some five minutes away from the site - something I was not aware of.

The location is excellent. It is close to sights and the train ( walkable distance) for trips to Sopot and Gdynia. There are many local restaurants/ cafes nearby. The hotel's breakfast has many options, and we liked that very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The printed local printed guide, we received in reception, was very useful.

Having a deposit box would be nice. The room was a bit noisy in the morning, somebody started to clean the glass trash in the inner block at 6 am. The minibar offer was inferior, it did not bother us; I mentioned it only for those who use it.

This hotel is located on the Dluga Street---the Main Street in the old town--- and we had the most beautiful view out of our windows. The bathroom was lovely and the room had electrical and USB connections at the nightstands. The breakfast room was clean and well maintained; food was delicious with egg choices and fresh baked goods and breakfast meats; Several coffee machines for guests use to make cappuccino, latte, etc. Location was convenient to restaurants, historical sites and bars; Hotel has a lovely Italian restaurant with delicious food

Took a while for the hot water to come on in the shower.

Great location in the city centre, spacious clean room, nice breakfast facilities on the top floor with some nice views over the city if you can get one of the window tables, good selection of hot and cold food, room was quiet at night had no problems sleeping. Would stay here again.

The only small gripe would be that the air con would go off at night, not sure if this was just our room and had something to do with the set up or if this was all rooms, to be fair we didn’t highlight this to reception who may have sorted this for us.

Lovely property and the rooms were really comfortable, great location I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel as right off the Main Street with a great choice of bars and restaurants the hotel breakfast has everything you would want great start to the day. If you are thinking of going to Gdansk the weekends are busy and you may want to book restaurants. If you want to see the city book a golf buggy tour early so you can get to known your surroundings.

The only negative about the hotel is the bar is very small, but even so not enough to moan they do have a room off you can use your sit.

Very clean - beds comfortable and room spacious. Breakfast lots of choice and good coffee - never too busy either. Very central location couldn’t be more closer to Main street. Could not hear other guests at night or in morning. Plenty of hot water and air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Soft drinks free from mini bar and refilled daily with water and apple juice and also had water refill station by lift - good for when weather hot.

Quite a few items at breakfast not refilled very frequently e.g; only 2 of 4 breakfasts were croissants available and had to wait a while for eggs. Orange juice not fresh - some bright orange concoction which wasn’t great. Shower head needed a good descale as whilst fairly powerful it trickled all down the bottom of the head where it connects with hose. Husband found pillows a bit too soft. Staff polite but upon check in didn’t tell us any information about area or advise where to go. Also did not ask us how our stay was on check out. Not hotels fault but we were woken up every morning by dustmen emptying bins at 6.15 am - due to room being on first floor overlooking courtyard area.

Great location - you are literally above the main Old City square. One item to note: Uber or/and Bolt can't get you to the hotels entrance ("Old Town locked area for most of transport) only Taxi can. With Uber - you are to walk up to 100-150 m to the hotel's door, just be aware. This "inconvenience" is overwritten by hotel's location and its condition: great hotel.
