Loved the property! We stayed the 4th of July week in 2023 and this year 2024. WOW, they have done such a great job on the upgrade patio/band area! I was truly amazed & kind of surprised to see what all was done. Pictures showed some of it but not all! My boyfriend and I loved this in 2023 because they have 2 bands daily in front of the pool and it’s so relaxing. This year we took kids- they were teenagers with attitudes so we didn’t enjoy the pool as much as we would’ve liked but the days we did, I didn’t want to leave! Rooms are always clean, always had new clean towels delivered every morning, and they even went out of their way to find a fan for us so I could sleep. We had to leave ours home because it didn’t fit in the vehicle when we were packing :(!

Only thing I wish they had was an outside designated grilling option in the back corner of the garden area. It would’ve been nice to grill dinner a few evenings. We aren’t big on eating out every night because we don’t always want to be done with the pool and beach.

Stayed May 2 - 9, 2024. Love the 50's vibe of this hotel. Love that there are full bands at 4:30 on Sat. & Sundays during the summer. Loved the new paint color on building, tiki bar and in rooms. Also LOVED the new pictures & palm trees being painted on buildings. She's very good, we got to watch her. Can't wait till restaurant opens back up, I see that it's in the works. Saw 2 weddings at your place while we were there. Great that there are more tables, chairs and umbrellas at music deck, plus the extra bars for the weekend crowd. Also very nice that the long high top sitting area with counter was added(updated). So nice to be right on the boardwalk. Was our 3rd time here and already talking about next visit. Gets better every time we're there.

Property could use another ice machine, specifically on the 1st floor. 1 machine is not enough for a property that size. Our room specifically, Rm.157, the mattress closest to the entrance needs to be updated. The one side felt like the springs were broken. Also, the plug to charge our phone on the lamp, is not working. Also would be nice if the tables next to lounge chairs at the pool, could be cleaned off in the evening or early AM so that they are clean for guests in the morning. In the late evening at the main pool, a few nights there were 7-8 kids playing in the pool with water guns and jumping and being pretty loud & noisy at 10pm and later. No one from the hotel said anything to them. It was hard for adults to enjoy the pool and deck.

We had a ground floor pool side room by the quiet pool, easy access to room from vehicle. Parking was very tight but security helped a lot. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. A shuttle to the beach for those that can't walk that distance would probably be a money maker. Even if it was just a retiree for tips.

Very close to the beach,good location,a lot of stores and restaurants near the hotel.Cleaner comes every day and ask if we need cleaning services or anything.They changed our towels every day and clean floor.Very nice people working there,except one young lady at the reception,she was there when we arrived on Sunday and she responded to us superciliously.Everything else was perfect.We enjoyed our rest with two kids .We arrived during storm Debbie but it didn’t stopped us to swim at the swimming pool)

We didn’t know what to expect but we loved every minute of our stay. The staff is awesome; friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee, fruit and lemon water every day. It was old school but well kept. The room with kitchenette was exactly what we needed; clean and convenient. Ice machines worked well, entertainment every day, plenty of seats out by boardwalk towards beach as well as around the pool. Chairs available out by beach but we used our own blankets. Beach was beautiful! Close to everything; Publix, ABC liquor, CVS, restaurants, Dunkin Donuts, souvenirs store.

They are doing some work to put in a restaurant on site. Looks like a pizza shop. The only thing it didn’t have was food choice so that would be great to have there! The construction being done wasn’t a hindrance, just there/ you could hear and see it being done.

Beach access (bit of a walk on the sand) Everything you need is within walking distance. Amenities as shampoo, body wash etc. is included. We personally had a room facing the beach, so we had perfect view of sunset and music from the tiki bar. Speaking of, a free adult beverage would be an extra treat upon check-in.

Spiders! Had a few in the corners of the ceiling. Also the shower curtain didn't contain the water, had a very wet floor. Ice machine was on the otherside, upstairs. Lost one of our bags in the parking lot. Several people mentioned seeing it, but no one turned it in. Why??? Still MIA (stay was 3-12 through 3-14).

Front desk clerk was not very pleasant or informative. Checked in at desk at noon didn’t get a room until after 3:00 while I sat and watched four others get a phone call telling them they had a room ready. When I went to the front desk and spoke with Nicole she was very unpleasant and her sidekick working with her took over and kept laughing at me??????Floors in the room were sandy and dirty hadn’t been swept or mopped. Just kept my shoes on and put towels on the floor. Other than that it was great 😊

Great place, friendly front desk, live music daily during our stay, nice pool area, hotel positioned right on the beach was great, and the room itself, whilst small for a family of 4, was fine for the 2 nights we stayed. We would definitely consider staying again.

A few little things but for the price we paid so it was difficult to criticise. We paid a little more for pool view Not a lot to be fair), we did have a view of a pool but it was a smaller far less inviting one away from main pool area.

Rooms were delightful. Lovely decor. Comfy beds. Location. Excellent Only down was there was no food available. Fruit was in reception but selection muffins would have been great. Simple bar snacks maybe?

We drove from Orlando to my hometown and stayed where I always walked past as a kid- it was so surreal to stay- the room was inviting and very comfortable- the ocean was gorgeous- the staff gave us bottled water and they had oranges bananas fresh water and coffee in the lobby- the pool was sparking and plenty of towels to use- it’s easy to walk around for dining options. Beach IS BEAUTIFUL. We had to leave at 1 AM to get back to Orlando -and I want to give the night staff a big thank u bc she was very very nice and had a smile to say goodbye.

The two ladies we encountered first as we arrived were AMAZING -giving me the best advice and really stating they wanted us to have the best time- We had problems w the vending machine so just don’t use it- apparently when I mentioned i was informed by the COUPLE who were running the front desk at the time NOBODY had EVER complained about it- so that really took my good feelings away. I’m a hairdresser and if I ever said that to a paying client I would be broke- so I suggest they use MY advice - and UPDATE the vending machines.
