Everything was spot on! Clean and spotless, Location great! Hard to find at first but was in a very beautiful spot hidden from any noise. The staff were very kind, I enjoyed the breakfast, and lovely hot chocolate every morning! Yh will surely use again if I ever come back to Venice

From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the [mention any standout features – e.g., comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom. Housekeeping was attentive and ensured everything stayed fresh and clean throughout my stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to rialto bridge and San Marco piazza. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Acca was very beautifully decorated and modern. We loved the accent chairs and bathroom, although shower is on the small side. The staff was impeccable. I left something in the states and had it shipped to the hotel and they were very hands on and was emailing and calling FedEx on my behalf. I’ve never had a hotel staff go out their way as much as they did. Great AC in the rooms when it was the hottest days of the year. And, is very close to a waterbus stop! Will definitely book again if I’m in town.

Definitely a little gem in Venice. Staff was super kind, including an employee (which unfortunately I don't remember the name) who made sure to speak Portuguese when she noticed we were from Brazil. The room, despite being small, was comfortable and clean. The breakfast did not provide a lot of options but everything was fresh and tasteful. Location was also very nice, very close to city center. Overall an amazing experience and I would recommend this hotel to others without a doubt.

The price is a little bit high compared to the rest of Italy but it was the best cost vs benefit we've found in Venice.

New property (about a year old as of May 2025), right off of Campo San Polo. Lovely furnishings, new fixtures and furniture. The decoration throughout was well appointed and tasteful. The breakfast/coffee area was really cute. The entrance area elevated the vibe of the property. Staff was excellent and helpful. Location was also very close to some great waterside and inside food spots.

It is a bit away from the Grande Canal, but within 5-6 minute walk to the nearest boat station.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel in central Venice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and all of the furniture and finishes were beautiful! Apparently there used to be an Acca Hotel here with terrible reviews, but don’t let those sway you from staying here. I’m so glad my husband and I stayed here! It’s quiet, right off a big piazza, but is removed from the street noise. The room stayed dark and cool all night. High high quality hotel for a really great value.

Only complaint is that the nearest Vaporetto stop is an 8 minute walk. This is not a big deal, but navigating the crowded, narrow streets of Venice with your luggage is tricky. Closer Vaporetto is the only thing that could have improved my experience but even without that I’d stay there again.

The hotel was recently redone and is very clean. It is centrally located. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than a 20 minute walk. There are two excellent restaurants located in the large plaza where hotel is a 30 second walk away. The hotel is small and quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a balcony room. The balcony really wasn't usable and it put you a few feet from neighbors' windows. There was no view except the side of another building. After being in Venice, I'm not sure any balcony would be worth it unless looking over a square or the sea.

Location was perfect, really quiet but short walks to restaurants and areas of tourist interest. Hotel is really high quality and extremely comfortable. We were upgraded to the junior suite which was exquisite. Breakfast is a selection of fresh breads, pastries, cold meats, cereals and juices plus coffee. Absolutely perfect to set you up for the day. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. You can leave your luggage there if you are early arriving or leaving late. I couldnt recommend this hotel highly enough. I would definitely stay there again.

1. Wonderful Manager and staff! Miguel is an awesome guide and so courteous, friendly and helpful. 2. The manager is a lovely lady who takes care of you as if a dear friend. 3. Great location, quiet and away from the crowded areas. 4. Beautiful room ambience and so comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtfully placed toiletries. All ecofriendly. 5. Nice breakfast. Cute and adequate. 6. The awesome restroom/bathroom in the reception area. Exquisite and shining! I was delighted. Opt for this hotel! You’ll get your money’s worth!

1. I am not familiar with Venice so I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel. 2. I could not connect with the hotel at the given booking.com phone number. It gets automatically disconnected. 3. The charging points were a bit loose and I had trouble charging my phone. But these are minor and nothing to really worry about as I’m sure they’ll take care of it as I have given my feedback to Miguel.

Clean and cozy. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was a little difficult to locate. No signs or post around the area to show the location. The open areas around the hotel suppose to have signs on the floor or hanging to leads to the hotel. Google map shows me you have arrived while I was almost 450 feet’s away. It was confusing. That bathroom should have had a toothbrushes.
