The staff is super nice and helpful. There is tiny 4 car parking in front of the hotel so they help you with parking the car and move it if other people need to go. The localization is amazing, right next to City hall and "Sarejevo" sign. If you are lucky you get also mountain view. Wifi worked good.

The room, especially bathroom should be cleaned better and refreshed- the head of the bed was falling apart from the bed. Also single beds are very narrow. No elevator.

Great location close to transport and food/drink. Welcoming and helpful staff enjoyed convenience of being so close to king's cross station and how easy that made it to get around central London

The location of the hotel is amazing, 2 minutes from the historical city center. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and overall, the accommodation was in line with the expectations.

Some of the power sockets didn't work, which can be a problem if you have multiple devices you need to charge in parallel, but overall, it was a minor inconvenience.

Place was very close and conveniently located. We wanted to see Sarajevo, to walk around, to see some historical places, to try national food. Very nice and attentive to your needs staff.

Leyla the blond girl at the reception is very kind and professional… always ready to help and give you advices with the smile! I will tell to all my Italian friend to go here! The perfect solution to visit Sarajevo if you don’t have much time.

The staff was exceptional. I had some minor issues with payment method, we had to wait a significant ammount of time to get reached by Booking support service and the owner gave me keys of room to make myself comfy and get a shower and a rest and we will deal with a problem afterwards. The problem was resolved and the staff continued to be super polite and helpful about everything.

Great location, 500 meters away from Sarajevo old city and Baščaršija, comfortable beds, quiet overnight, free parking. Hosts were very kind and forthcoming. Special praises go for Lejla, very kind and beautiful lady at the receptionist desk. Overall the hotel is great value for money. Recommended.

Perfect location, just around the corner from the old town and across the river from the cable car. Staff is above and beyond. Availability to park was guaranteed after asking for it (at time of booking). Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Location is 3 min from old bazaar and the historical and cultural center of the city. Perfect small hotel if you want to explore Sarajevo center on foot. Staff is very friendly and will help you with all questions.

Best location, few steps away from the very centre of town. 4-bed-room was larger in size than usual. Air-con worked great. Shower panels should be replaced. Overall, excellent location and value.
