The breakfast was amazing, and what I liked the most was that the staff made refills constantly, until the last minute, so that every guest could enjoy it regardless of the hour. The staff at the reception made everything possible to answer our requests each time. A big thank you! In fact, everyone (from reception, breakfast area, to the cleaning ladies) is very friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated this very much as well. Thank you a lot for your kind and professional services!

I could mention the parking slots, which can indeed be tight if the place (the inner yard) is crowded, but this is of little significance/ not a big issue in my opinion.

Staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms at the rear of the property are quiet. Breakfast buffet excellent

Parking: Although we had an allocated parking space, the entire area could be improved by removing the laurel bushes directly behind each parking space, thus providing more room for manoeuvring. Room: The room generally very good. However, desperately need a black out curtain for the bathroom as the glass panel between bedroom and bathroom is in full sunlight around 0600hrs. More power sockets please Bathroom: Shower door leaks and insufficient towels to mop-up spilled water

I was assigned a room on the third floor, which was great! I had an amazing views over some roofs in Constance and a cute balcony. The room was fresh, neat and quiet, well renovated. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is nice. I loved the fact that the check out time was 12:00, which is pretty rare nowadays.

I would add some plant-based milk and plant-based yoghurt for breakfast. Also, when I checked-in, a little too many questions were asked to me about the purpose of my trip etc., which I found a bit too intrusive.

Almost everything...staff were excellent and friendly, good breakfast. Location is wonderful. Everything really clean. Rooms were pleasant, and comfortable. Couldn't really fault it.

Only mild things...we went there having read the rooms were soundproofed,and while with windows shut outside noises were kept out,the noises of our neighbours and their tvs were heard, as I am sure they heard us early in the morning with our early rising 4 year old! Not unexpected or above the levels in any hotel...just I had chosen this, in part for the sound proofing...knowing my kid can be a loud one!Some people may be put off by the partitioned, yet not fully closed off bathroom area...didn't bother us at all though!

The hotel was impecable, it was amazing to see how clean was all. The breakfast option was amazing and with a great variety. Finally, the people working there are just amazing! The person at the counter was always really helpful and nice, as well the people helping with the breakfast, excellent staff!!

The bathroom's door was kinda weird from the design perspective, and the rooms have poor sound isolation. One can hear everything around. Finally it would be great if the parking would be included from the beginning in the price.

I loved the location – just a few hundred meters from the Swiss border in one direction and a short walk to the charming old town in the other. The staff were extremely polite and genuinely committed to making the stay as comfortable as possible. You really feel cared for throughout your time there. The room was spacious, had a pleasant scent, and stood out with its beautiful design and thoughtful layout. A truly enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Too short stay

Good location for the town, room was comfy and clean. Lady on reception was very busy multi-tasking on her own but remained friendly and customer focused. Nice little hotel literally on the Swiss/ German border.

Very limited car parking, but some space available more cheaply literally out the front on the roadside. Lift was out of order on the day we were there. Bluntly, a little too expensive for the experience.

The reception staff were very friendly especially Thueba and Ensaf and could speak English well. The property is walkable to the Old Town and the Marina of Konstanz in the side of the Old Town where there was fireworks on New Years Eve. The fireworks were wonderful started at midnight of New Years Eve and very easy to locate. The receptionist told us that the hotel has a terrace on the top floor from which to watch the fireworks although we walked to the Marina to watch it. The property is also near restaurants and supermarket.

It would be good if the hotel has some English news channels.

This is our second time staying at this hotel! We love the location and the hotel itself. The staff is super attentive and helpful. To get to the marketplace, it is a short walk through cobblestone streets. From our hotel room we could see the Swiss checkpoint. The rooms are nice and large. The hotel is also quiet at night. Will definitely stay again as Konstanz has become a favorite Christmas market to visit.

Very central location. The room was spacious and had lots of storage. The shower pressure and temperature was great. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was good but didn’t change in the 3 mornings I was there; some variety would be great. Expect occasional noise from the street due to central location.
