The Inn was an ideal location for our first time in Harrogate. It's within 5 mins walk of main shopping area, local church, Harrogate Baths. A good starting point if you have a planned event, you want to explore nearby or just want a rest, on your way to Scotland The Inn's restaurant itself offered an amazing variety of great tasting evening & breakfast meals in a relaxed setting adapted to your taste. Great atmosphere in the bar, lovely decor The staff were friendly and approachable they would enquire if there is anything you needed. The room itself is well laid out and comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff made your stay feel welcoming as soon as you walked in. Warm scents, dimmer switch for main light, low lights in the bathroom to guide you, in the night. Blackout curtains, windows open, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the street below, windows closed you hear nothing If we have another trip to Harrogate, we would definitely book again.
It's not that I did not like. Just be aware there may be 2 flights of stairs to your room, so if booking just call and see what rooms are available on lower floors or other options

Had the penthouse appointment, and it was really nice. It was a big room with everything you needed. It had a really good shower. It also had a really nice free-standing bath that was in your room. The location was really good. Close to all pubs and shops. We had never been to Harrogate and didn't know what was around. So when we checked in, we asked the lady that checked us in what was around. She was really helpful and pointed us in the right direction. We found that all the staff were really nice. We had breakfast there in the morning and it was really nice and again the staff were lovely. I would recommend this to anyone. Me and my wife will definitely be coming back.

Amazing location. Good parking over the road in a multi storey safe carpark. Brilliant breakfast in a comfortable restaurant area. Good to be able to eat an evening meal in the pub below the accommodation.
Arrived at night so parking behind the accommodation was full. We parked for 10 minutes on the street while we unloaded luggage and got a parking ticket! Drive straight to the multi storey! Room 2 is huge and soulless, it was cold and uninviting when we arrived. Very drab feeling. The back entrance is not a place for guests to see. Room in desperate need of decorating and sprucing up. It's such a shame that the accommodation let's it down.

The location was perfect for getting to everything. We were lucky enough to have some warm weather so the terrace was a great spot for a cold drink pre dinner. There is a vast array of eateries and bars within a five minute walk. The inn itself has staff that are happy, helpful, enthusiastic and hard working. Our room was beautiful with a huge well dressed bed opposite the iron fireplace. Up the stairs was our bathroom with a clean and modernly decorated suite. Rolltop bath and a huge shower. We stayed for two nights so enjoyed two breakfasts. The first morning we both ordered the full Yorkshire breakfast. This was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have had anywhere. The black pudding and field mushroom were amazing as was the bacon and sausages. Served with our loose leafed Yorkshire tea and juice was fab. The second morning I chose the smashed Avocado option and my husband the croque Monsieur. These also did not disappoint brilliantly flavoured and large-. Yum!
The only issue for some may be the main road the inn is situated on. The old building has windows that are not great at keeping the noise out. However we had no issues sleeping and we live in a very quiet area so I was surprised how well I slept! Also the carpark is not large so get there early to grab a space if you need one.

The hotel is in a central location with easy access by foot or car: the hotel has a small parking area to he rear (quite difficult to navigate to) but once found, gives peace of mind for your car, and, as it was free parking, that was a huge bonus. The staff were very accommodating without being pushy: There was a good selection of breakfast on offer, and the quality was really good. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a room upgrade on arrival, and we took full advantage of the extra space, and the gorgeous roll top bath! Thank you for that Inn at Cheltenham Parade. For those unsure as whether to try the Turkish Baths, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel: DO IT! It was such a relaxing couple of hours and made me and my wife feel a $million dollars.
Nothing to dislike!

Loved location. Very friendly staff .Clean and spacious room. We had our dinner in the restaurant and that was excellent.
We stayed in room 11 and we panicked going up the stairs as there was a very foisty smell but when we got in our room it no longer smelt .Our bedroom and shower room were stylish but needs a bit of cosmetics decorating especially the shower room ceiling .We felt it was mean to charge £2 extra for each latte for breakfast I didn't bother asking how much it would have been for another cup of coffee. I think it was miss leading about the hotel car park it's very small and if you can get a space you will be charged £10 .In the particulars about this hotel it states it's a benefit of booking this hotel is free parking .

Stayed quite a few nights here. Location great, staff always nice and friendly. We booked this stay in December after staying for my birthday. I did feel a little bit disappointed that I was charged £10 for parking after this was put in place on the 1st of April. I do feel that this wasn’t in place at the time of my booking so I didn’t appreciate the added charge. I know a lot of hotels charge for parking but this was not the case usually here. Saying that it wouldn’t stop me staying again. We ate in the hotel for the first time and chose the £10 fish and chips special for a Friday night if you booked before 6:30pm it was a good size and tasty.
Thaw £10 parking charge

The property is very centrally located in Harrogate with a great choice of restaurants nearby. Very easy to walk to the shops, Bettys and the Turkish Baths so great in that regard. Parking at the property is very limited and very tight…the hotel also introduced a £10 charge for using their tiny car park which is a little cheeky but still. Room was comfortable enough albeit quite noisy. It was nicely decorated but didn’t feel overly clean to me. Also smelt a little bit funky when we first walked in. Breakfast was good the next morning and was served to your table which is a nice touch. Staff all seemed friendly and accommodating.

Location was spot on for all shops, bars, restaurants, the staff were all incredibley friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable, the breakfast both mornings was delicious, and we ate there one night my steak was perfect, both meals and service 10/10...would highly recommend. One evening we had bags of shopping while we ate there,we asked if we could have extra water to take up to the room, without hesitation a full carafe of water and 2 large glasses which the lovely waitress carried up to our room for us when we were ready , the smallest of things which helped to save us from making an extra journey as our hands were full. Parking to the rear. We will definitely be visiting again.
Nothing we didn't enjoy....was fabulous.

Brilliant location, good atmosphere, staff were amazing. There was a group of 14 of us and they arranged breakfast for us all to sit together with short notice. Did everything they could to make our stay very welcoming. All guests also got a parking space even though it is limited availability which was a bonus.
No cutlery or plates in any of the apartments even though there was an oven and a toaster. No drinking glasses as stated on the booking. I'm sure this would have been sorted if I had asked as the staff in the hotel were really helpful. This didn't matter to us as we ate out when we stayed but it did seem a little odd.
