the staff was rly professional and friendly, also helped with adapters and opening breakfast before time. That's what I call perfect customer service. the view is very nice out of the balcony and the narrow beds are stil quite comfortable. they have a great kitchen with local and freshly made food and a great bar menue too :)

Lovely small hotel attached to restaurant. Good, comfortable and well-equipped room. The staff were delightful - upon arrival the sink in the room was blocked, however the manager on duty at the time immediately came to fix the issue and kindly cleaned the bathroom again afterwards. Thank you! Breakfast was good too.

I could not make the wifi work and the curtains in the room let quite a lot of light in. There was also noise from a neighbouring room until late at night, however this isn't the hotel's fault. None of these issues caused me major problems, and overall I had a wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived, I called Piero and we were greeted by Piero’s wife, who let us in and she was the sweetest and most kind lady. The whole B&B was spotless and our room was perfect. We stayed overnight as we had to leave very early the next morning to travel down to Sicily but whenever we come back to Termoli we would happily come back and stay in this beautiful town. Grazie mille!

It was so beautiful and clean, very homey and with a lovely little balcony where I could see the lake peeking through.

A bit further away than others, make sure to take public transport because the hills are too steep to walk up with luggage.

The man in reception was very pleasant and helpful. Balcony was nice and had a lake view. Place is reasonably quiet.

Bed was very creaky

The view of the lake from the room was amazing.

The door is locked before check in, just in case you want to store luggage etc.

The familiar atmosphere, staff and the terrace and the location close to the olive path..you can also climb directly from there the Monte Bre and the other peaks, the hiking paths are great! Also the gardens around are.so nice, the coastal walk ways in direction Gandria.

Well, the rooms have to be renovated a bit, lamps don't work, the shower head is broken. It is also not absolutely clean. The room room was kind of small, but we had a nice balcony! We also didn't like the breakfast, there was nothing fresh, just packed sugary sweets, it was nothing for us..

Great location, Nice view of the lake. I really liked the style of the place although it is a bit old fashioned. I didn't try the breakfast.

Some renovation works wouldn't harm.

The Terrace was spendid. We enjoyed the strategic location and the fact that the hotel had parking. Would recommend it for a short stay in Lugano

The meals we had, breakfast and dinner were very good. Dinning out on the terrace with views of the lake was special. The hotel is right on the bus route which is convenient although walking into town was not difficult , which is what we did.

We were warned about traffic noise and it was very bad.
