All the staff at the front desk were super friendly The size of the room was actually very good Plenty of free tea, coffee and water available The gym and the shared bathrooms were very nice It was amazing to have a laundry room to use whenever The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well I felt comfortable and safe the entire time

The room got very hot most nights Some of the other guests could be quite loud and also leave the shared spaces kind of messy Sometimes the light switch by the bed wouldn't work properly The key ring for the room key was a little awkward to carry around.

The staff were very friendly and nice. I was satisfied with the convenience of using all facilities such as the bedroom, furniture, bathroom, toilet, refrigerator, air conditioner, and Wi-Fi. I stayed in a single room for 10 days in August, and it was very nice to be able to live my own life without interference or interruptions. And best of all, I was able to enjoy the convenience throughout my business trip because the wifi was exploding. I want to visit again on my next trip to Almaty. In short, it was the best value for money hotel. I would like to actively recommend it to travelers who go out during the day to work or travel and come to the hotel at night to sleep.

Helpful, English-speaking staff who provided heater for us when we asked. I was worried about having to use a shared bathroom, but it was really clean. The room was also clean & comfortable with a good mattress & blanket provided. Great location, within walking distance to everywhere.

The internet was a bit slow so at times I had to use my phone internet, but it's understandable since this hostel is an office to many people.

I booked in L.E.S business hostel a double room for my parents in Almaty for 3 nights. I want to definitely give a 10 star, because the price I paid was really good and meet my expectations for this kind of service they have provided and location. Everything is indeed close to property, which is very convenient. Rooms have snacks, tea and etc. You can even find an iron for your use. Library and canteen with good prices and delicious food. My parents were happy with friendly,helpful staff and facility comfort, cleanliness. I will choose this hostel, during my visit for sure. Great job! Keep it up, guys!

My stay was great, rooms were simple, clean and the location was great. The hostel within an office space was a new one for me 😃 The staff helped me out when the taxi driver I arrived was trying to over charge me by a considerable amount. I was going to pay when staff intervened and basically reduced my fare to a third of the price demanded. Very impressed, and thankful. They also organised my return taxi to the airport and a very reasonable amount

Great location - located in the golden square, close to restaurants and malls withing an acceptable walking distance. Quiet place at night and easy to get good quality sleep. Free tea.biscuits if you need. Clean toilet and bathroom. Helpful and friendl staff. Good internet. Fantastic value given location, price, service.

The picture in the photos suggests a dedicated desk space, however when I arrived, it turns out that it's being used by a company who is renting out the space. They have regular chairs and tables you can still work off on your laptop. But I did pick this place based on the dedicated ofiice desk space.

The hostel is clean and the front desk staff are very responsive and professional. The location is great - easy to reach central Almaty on foot, close to bus stops, shops and cafes.

The rooms are small - as expected. Some complain about the size and set up of the room, but I read reviews beforehand and expected a small windowless room. It's okay for a solo traveller on a tight budget.

The staff at LES hostel are so friendly and helpful and the location is great. We knew in advance that the rooms don't all have windows but it was a bit strange staying in a room without a window. Therr is a little bar area, tea in the room and also a free laundry room. Very good price for the facilities and service!

It's great for a few days but not for a longer stay if the room doesn't have a window

Best hotel location in the Almaty. Although I used public bathtoom, it was always clean. Room was affordable size. Staffs were so kind, and clean.

There is no windows. So ventilation was not good sometimes. And I think the wall is a bit alim so I occasionally heard noises from the room next door.
