Miss Songs Asian Kitchen was very nice. Although food came out so fast but we weren't rushed so took our time enjoying the view.

Didn't enjoy Miss Songs crispy pork dish. Was cold and it was deep fried pork rind. It reads crispy pork belly. No belly meat to be seen. Also very expensive but we expected that being in the casino. We both had a caesar salad around the pool and it was so bland. I literally had to lift each lettuce leaf to see if there was any caesar dressing hiding at the bottom of the plate. A caesar salad is all about the dressing. The avocado was very ripe and then 1 egg. $32 with a serving of avocado. Rip off! That needs to be looked at!

I recently stayed at The Ville Resort-Casino and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the room. It was exceptionally clean, with everything well-maintained and spotless from the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep with high-quality linens and pillows. What stood out most was the modern design—sleek, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The room had a contemporary feel with tasteful decor and modern furnishings. The bathroom was also well-appointed, with a spacious layout and quality amenities. Overall, the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and presentation. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish stay in Townsville.

So it starts with a nice clean area as I walked through to go to the reception and was greeted by a Porsche cayenne which on its own was a lovely sight to admire along the way. Once At the reception I admired the area which was not only clean but well lit but not to be to bright once I was ready to check in the young lady who served me was polite and very knowledgeable for any questions I had to ask and was happy to answer them. Once I was checked in I found myself in the elevator where every thing seem simple enough tap the key on the scanner and press the required floor and off to the where I found the rooms were very lovely to stay in the bedding was comfortable and everything was very well set up and thought out. All together with the casino, bar and restaurant it is a very desirable place to stay although I am not much of a gambler so I can’t comment much on the casino. I would definitely recommend the steak at the quarterdeck or even just going for the buffet at the palm house either way you go the chefs are definitely going to wow you with what they have to offer.

The mini bar was over priced for what was in it I do appreciate the thought but I do question it just on the idea convenience. Next the table in the room looked like it was bought from a garage sale and the sitting chairs weren’t all that comfortable I sat down on one of them and found that it seemed like it had no support. Then although bathroom was nice and well prevented I found the tub had a hollowed and flexing feeling when I stood in it. Which not for anything else although was a little unsettling

Great atmosphere and awesome vibes all round apart from one person.. We had the best time bar staff were lovely, security was great, and the room was just incredible.

one bad dealer who ruined the whole night...his name is Lachlan. He brought the whole vibe down, also dealt so fast that I played by myself coz my partner would put his chips down straight after me but the dealer was Already dealing and ignored his chips. He didn't even wait a millisecond It was so rude. And then he continued to do that when the rest of our table came back and it caused terrible vibes. He was doing it purposely. He must hate his job.

Loved the view and the pool. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The buffet at Palm house was disappointing. Having been there last year, the range of food was disappointing. The lamb on 8/5/24 was like eating boots, and other than prawns, there was little seafood. Did not see steak on offer either. No chocolate fountain and icecream machine was out of order. Canolli was soggy at a 5.30pm booking. Keeping the food hot was not a priority either so cold gravy!

The view on the ocean side is spectacular. The pool and facilities were also lovely. The room was comfortable and very clean. Excellent mini bar and cups/glasses etc. I also loved the bathroom amenities, very nice. We had cocktails and lunch in the main bar area downstairs, food and drinks were lovely, the cocktails here are next level. We also had dinner at Miss Songs, and did one of the banquets, highly recommend.

Hard to find a fault. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. I guess the only criticism would be that the rooms are quite compact for the price, but we felt the overall hotel, location, and facilities more than made up for that.

Incredible views of magnetic island. Beautiful outdoor garden and pool area . Reception woman was extremely friendly and professional. I think her name was Shannon.

When booking on line there was nothing stating that the price was only for a certain lower floor and an extra cost if you want a higher floor. Should be clearly stated what floor is being sold at that price.

The room was lovely and neat, tidy and importantly clean. Very comfortable bed as well. The atmosphere in the Casino was excellent and the young guy singing was great. Some very lovely staff.

What I did notice on entrance it is not very disabled friendly. I was ok but I could see elderly people in walkers struggling. I know there is the ramp down to the Casino but just a few tweaks would go a long way. The all you could eat buffet no offence but wasn't great.

Everything was perfect, we were so incredibly happy. We felt so relaxed and actually felt like we were on holidays. Beautiful resort, amazing friendly staff. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thankyou for your beautiful services

I can say this was my first time staying at The Ville Resort and Casino. The lovely lady at reception was very kind and accommodating for my first stay. Providing me and my partner to a beautiful room with a view. The hotel itself was very clean and had a very elegant vibe to it. I definitely recommend trying this place at least once.

I think the only thing I didn't like was having to leave.
