Check in starts from 15:00 but we checked in at 14:00 Check out 11:00-11:30. No fridge, so it’s hard to buy beverages and cold it.

This hotel definitely exceed our expectations, We stayed there in January for 5 nights and never get bored :) Metro line is quite close, also you can have a nice walk through Turia Gardens, which are just in front of the hotel, to reach main city attractions. Breakfast is fabulous, you can also have dinner in the hotel.

The location. The excellent breakfast. The spacious rooms.The food...... But their star feature is the cleanliness. Praise goes to the housekeeping staff for their organised and discreet way of working in a humble, silent, and yet a very professional way.

The reception team. In one particular situation they gave me wrong information.....and almost no effort was done to rectify their mistake. They know my email address. If they want, they can contact me personally and I would suggest to them how they could have come up with flying colours, notwithstanding their mistake. Everybody can make a mistake, but it is how you try to rectify it that makes the difference between excellence and mediocrity.

The breakfast was excellent, delicious, with variety of choices that changed every day. The hotel restaurant provided the option to have dinner included, which was helpful when I arrived late. Staff were polite and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. The location was convenient as it was close to bus stop and metro station.

There was no satellite TV, therefore no option to watch the news or any programmes in English (Spanish channels were only available). To my opinion the hotel was too expensive for the facilities offered (with the exception of breakfast, dinner and restaurant service that were excellent).

A good sized, well furnished room, with air conditioning. Pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable restaurant and bar area. The breakfasts were awesome with a large selection of items, definitely something for everyone's taste. Location was good, with a large park nearby, easy access to the Metro and local buses. I would suggest purchasing a Valencia Tourist Card, for unlimited use on the Metro and buses in zones A & B. They are available for 24, 48 and 72 hours.

To use the shower you have to stand in the bath, which is something I, personally, do not like. Others may find this to their liking.

Overall the stay was very good with an excellent central location in short walking distance to many attractions.

The only real downside was that the coffee, tea and water in the room were not replenished on a daily basis as one would expect from a 4star hotel.

The staff go above and beyond, the food is fantastic, great variety for breakfast. Rooms and hotel in general are very clean, good stock of toiletries that are replenished daily, making life easy for a tourist to not have to try source things themselves. Location is brilliant this is my 2nd stay at hotel turia, 20mins taxi to the airport, and within a lot of good locations walking, 20mins walk to the old town etc. We came for the last 5 days of fallas and were able to walk and taxi to many many locations, the hotel is a superb base for locals and tourists to start and end thier day

I didnt have an option of requesting 1 bed rather than two. It wasnt an issue it would just be nice to share 1 bed with your partner

Comfortable room with good views over Turia gardens. Food was well presented & well cooked with enough choices for majority of people. Layout of buffet allowed easy access to each section with minimal queueing. Staff all very helpful & polite, in particular I would like to recommend Franciso on reception for happily researching local information online for me. I liked the location of the hotel, a short walk to Bombas Gens for Tutankhamen exhibition, 20 mins walk to Old Town & easy bus ride (2€ fare) to City of Arts & Science & Ruzifa District. I was on floor 8 & had no problems with noise. A very pleasant stay & I would return.

No fridge in room. No dinner plates, only small side plates. I apreciate this may prevent food waste but it is unpleasant needing to keep returning to the buffet to collect food rather than being able to eat a full meal comfortably. I saw numerous men going back to refill plates 6/7 times for main course.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Quick check in online, very nice, friendly staff. The location of the hotel is acceptable, in the immediate vicinity of public transport (metro, bus) and the bus station. However, you can easily walk to the center in about half an hour. In addition, a short distance from the hotel is the wonderful Turia Park, which runs through the entire city. The equipment of the rooms is older, but functional, and all areas are kept perfectly clean. The room and the bathroom are also very spacious. The hotel offers a great breakfast - a large selection of everything, everything is fresh and very tasty.

It was a bit cold in our room, heating could only be done with air conditioning and, in my opinion, not very efficiently. But it wasn't anything that negatively affected our stay.

Then room has lots of amenities (including an infrared lamp for drying and warming towels!) The self-service breakfast was superb, from the standard Spanish style (pastries, toasts with olive oil) to eggs and sausages, and fruit and cereals.
