Great location-just outside the tourist area but only 20 mins walk to the old town and 10 mins walk to the train station . The hotel is on a traffic restricted pedestrian street populated by bars and restaurants--so great choice every evening-having a drink and people watching. The room was very modern and clean with effective double glazing and-essentially air conditioning!-and easy to use. The fridge was also a welcome facility! Breakfast was plentiful with the usual fruits, hams and cheeses but also with the opportunity to experience some local specialities along with the availability of 'English breakfast' or eggs as you like them----just found we ate less and less as the week went on. Finally a mention specifically to the 2 ladies usually on reception--Alexandra and Petra--so pleasant and helpful -providing advice on places to eat/visit and booking restaurants for us. Couldn't have been better!!

Very little to dislike although the hotel shuttle service from the airport (55 Euros) was a little expensive--better to just book a local taxi at half the price.

The hotel is great. For like 3 days getaway it is great. There are no closets or wardrobes but still enough shelves to put your stuff on. Shower cabin is separate from toilet and sink is in front of the 2 . A bit strange setup but still completely okay for a couple. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. A lady at the reception was extremely nice - she recommended some restaurants for us, and they were all on the spot good. Location is like short walk from old town with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. At first I was a bit hesitant if a few mins away from the center is fine but perfectly good, as it is not mandatory to be in the old town/center all the time - so a good mix of proximity to all you need. Very clean and tidy.

Location was very good Staff was very friendly and helpful giving a lot of useful suggestions on things to see places to go restaurants etc. Room was clean with everything one needs There was complimentary water that gets refilled everyday Overall a great experience

As most Spanish hotels walls are quite thin and you hear the noises but it was not a problem as at night it was quite and had no problem sleeping Chairs at the terrace would have been great in order to take my morning tea there

A fantastic place . modern very clean everything you need hotel . what they also have is an adjoining resturant that is called +natural. selling an abundance of healthy food and out of this world salads. great if your all tapased out. the street it's on is quant with busy bars . we had a front veiw balcony with no noise from people below. aircon heating and sensor lighting system in the room were great . breakfast was plenty , smoked salmon and the rest of a full continental. plus order hot options . staff were helpful and friendly . take their advise if you like cocktails and go to ABACA. the indoor market is 6 min walk same as the bus stops ( we got the A1 from airport stopped end of our road 2 min walk to hotel . old train same . I will 100% recommend this hotel to my children and friends .

The room was very nice, we got one with a balcony, and even though the pedestrian street below was very lively, our room was very quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable. Great breakfast, and the staff very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, there are many restaurants nearby and you can walk to the historic part of the city in 10-15 minutes.

The only thing I can think that could be better is that the shower door let the water out, so the bathroom floor was wet after a shower. I don't know if it was a design problem or if it's missing a shower curb. Beside that, the shower itself was very good.

Very friendly staff! Super helpful, cheerful and wonderful women at the reception. Beautiful design of the hotel and very comfortable beds. It was my mom's birthday and I could order flowers in the room in advance, so the stunning bouquet waited for us and wowed my mom when we arrived (also discrete paying possible). The hotel has an underground parking garage, a rooftop pool, an elevator and many facilities more. Location is also good.

If I had to pick something it would be the noise in the evening. The hotel is right at a pedestrian street with many bars and people sit and talk there until midnight relatively loudly. It could be worse though.

Lovely staff, really clean and well presented. Huge comfortable bed and modern room with fabulous shower and nice smellies. Fresh towels each day, reasonably priced minibar and fresh bottle of water in the room. Great location with a 10 min direct walk to the old town. Good canteen style restaurant and bar downstairs with freshly made range of tasty food. Buffet and hot breakfast for €12 with excellent choices.

The location of this hotel is amazing, very close to the airport bus stop and also walking distance from all the sightseeing locations. Breakfast was really nice, lots of options and also some a la carte dishes. The fact that we could eat breakfast outside was really lovely. The pool was great, even though it's a small one it was perfect to have a morning dip or afternoon cooldown. We enjoyed very much the room, very clean, it had all we needed, the bathroom was also very spacious and clean. We also rented bikes from them which were pretty good and it was a nice way to explore Palma. Everybody at the front desk was extremely lovely and very helpful with any question we had.

We didn't really had were to dry our towels and swimming suits, we tried on the balcony and it kind of worked.

Really enjoyed our stay. On arrival the receptionist was really lovely- smiley and helpful. Very clean hotel. Bed very comfortable, shower excellent, nice toiletries. Coffee machine in room. Breakfast excellent-help yourself buffet and any type of eggs cooked to order. Proper coffee made fresh from machine. Loved the roof terrace for catching the late afternoon sun. Lots of restaurants in the pedestrian street the hotel fronts onto. Bus to airport a five minute walk and five euros each way.

The only downside was the room was a bit hot and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work but we just opened the terrace door. About a 15-20 min walk to sea front / marina/ cathedral.

We loved our room. Clean and tidy! Hotel situated in a perfect area. Close to city. A Lovley balcony. Comfortable beds. Convenient and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Very happy for the bottled water - eco-friendly! The towels are of great thick soft quality! The staff were so helpful ❤️ We will definitely come back!

Would be good to have a hanger to hang the towels. Would like to have a big mirror. Also like to have two small chairs on the balcony.
