My parents had a great stay here. It's in the heart of St cyprien, extremely well connected by public transport. Since it was a long stay of approx 3 weeks it was a great spot, the rooms were spacious and well equipped.

Language issue: One of the receptionists (all the rest were perfectly professional and speaks English) didn't understand my parents in English at all. It was a funny situation, nothing to complain as such. There should be a way of at least documenting such situations with existing language barriers (either via call back or mail) to send response to foreign tourists.

The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the main city area and very close to the accommodation. The host was very responsive, making communication easy. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has convenient elevator access. Entry was simple with a key provided in a secure key box.

It's a good idea to bring your own shampoo and body wash. While shampoo was provided, the dispenser was broken and not functional. Also, the cleanliness could be improved—I noticed some hairs near the bed.

Front desk lady was very helpful showing us where the nearest atm and restaurants were ,also she helped us get into our room ,we couldn't figure out the door .The kitchen had everything we needed ,plates ,silverware,cups ,glasses even wine glasses ,coffee maker ,nespresso maker ,tea kettle ,fridge ,microwave, oven range for frying ,pots and pans .I could easily live there .

The shower was a little funky ,shower curtain didn't keep the water from going on the floor.

Comfortable, plenty of space, good climate control. Very helpful staff. Great location.

Breakfast was fairly expensive considering how basic it was, and the baked goods were mediocre. It was better to just buy from a nearby bakery or Cafe.

Excellent location, easy to access from the airport by tram then a short walk or 1 metro stop. Busy multicultural area felt very safe and lots of local shops and eateries Easy walk to Toulouse centre or bus, metro, bikes for rent on the doorstep. Comfortable and very quiet even on the main street with the window closed. Reasonably equipped for 2 people, however, apart from the plates and the water glasses, nothing else matches.

Although reasonably clean in the main areas of the room it could do with some refurbishment. A bit quirky that the handles on the shower doors are the wrong way around. Missed having a comfortable chair to sit on.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was fully stocked with all the utensils one could need. The location is great

It would have been nice to have a couple of extra pillows. The breakfast seems excessively expensive.

I've never stayed in such a quiet hotel. We only heard a few doors closing and very little traffic. Everywhere was clean. The rooms had plenty of space. A lovely added touch that you could borrow things like a coffee machine, games and gym equipment from reception.

Location good. We cooked in our room and saved a lot of money. Reception very helpful...all needs catered for. Good value for money.

A bit noisy at night as our room faced the street.

The room was basic but comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. It was an excellent location for our needs.
