A lovely welcome, very helpful and pleasant. They don't do evening meals, however, we found The Plough pub nearby, which serves amazing home cooked meals, which is highly recommended. The full English breakfast was disappointing - the bacon tasted past its sell by date, the fried egg yolks were all broken and hard, the baked beans were not hot enough, the mushrooms and hash browns were great. The aircraft taking off from Gatwick didn't bother us. Our room# 101 TV Freeview channels were such a low power signal you couldn't watch them, the streaming channels were all super. Great place for an overnight stay prior to catching an early flight at Gatwick, especially as the price is so conducive. Thank you Guys!

We stayed briefly before an early morning flight from Gatwick. Location and price was excellent. Parking over the road perfect. comfortable room, everything we needed, tea/coffee... We did not have breakfast as we left very early. check out was easy

The room was clean and tidy with two single beds larger than normal. There is a kettle and tea, coffee and milk etc. The ensuite shower was clean and functional with complimentary toiletries in case of forgetting anything. The man who checked us in was polite and friendly. We requested a hair dryer for my wife, and he was able to get one right away. Although we found that the room already had one. So all in all very good experience for a stop on our way to the airport. Car parking is right out the front of the entrance.

It's probably our mistake in setting up the satnav, but there are two hotels in the same group with similar names, and of course, we went to the wrong one first. The reception was very nice and explained that we were in the wrong place and directed us on our way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trivelles Waterhall Gatwick and utilizing their airport parking services, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The convenience of the airport parking was a huge plus, especially with Gatwick Airport just a short drive away. My room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail and care the staff put into their work was evident throughout my visit. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to stay near Gatwick or reliable airport parking, Trivelles Waterhall is a top-notch choice. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again!

The rooms a big the location is perfect and views lovely. Plenty of tea/coffee mak8ng stuff and good shower and bathroom. The main reason we chose is offers car parking at £10 per night while on holiday which is very well priced, however it is only thier car park with no security at all, but due to location was very safe we felt.

Even though the rooms are classed as large our room only had a 4ft bed in it which was a bit small to be able to have a good comfortable night's sleep. We stayed twice once on way to holiday and once on return, had 2 different rooms but 4ft beds in both so beds need to be at least a double. Thus saying the price seems expensive for the facilities provided.

The room was small, but it was only for myself. The shower was really good & the bed was comfy. The receptionist was very helpful when welcoming me to the hotel, she was able to fix the TV as it wasn't working correctly when first switched on & I was provided with extra tea & milk when requested on Sunday afternoon. Overall, a really nice stay somewhere I had not stayed at before. I will keep on my list for future accommodation

The hotel Manager gets top marks, his attitude and his willingness to make sure my stay is as comfortable as possible was 2nd to none. Most polite hotel manager iv ever come across, really efficient, he made my check-in as smooth as possible and checkout was also very easy, I really recommend this place, I really enjoyed the location and was not disturbed at all, Thankyou Bilal, I travel a lot of places and your welcoming to hotel is just magnificent, ...

There was nothing I did not like, Bilal took care of anything I needed, he recommended really good places to visit around the area not that I needed to go because I really like the countryside and he made sure my room looked out onto the wonderful garden they have there,

Spacious room with a double space and TVs with a sofa and fridge. Super soft bedding and clean throughout. Check in was straightforward and personnel happy to help. We have contacted the facility for an item we though we had left behind and the response was speedy with the item safe in the reception until we collect it. The location is just outside the centre therefore can enjoy the countryside and tap in the city for any necessities. We had a great stay, would fefinitely come back.

Kind hospitality Young lady who was active during late check-in was also active during breakfast and in afternoon till evening. Multi-tasking with a smile. Overal a beautiful place in peaceful green area. The kind attitude of the staff made the journey complete. Cleaning service also good & friendly. Already recommanded the place to some teams.

We chose this hotel Located within beautiful country side for a 1 night transit as we had a late night flight into Gatwick and didn’t want to go central London that very night. The manager was super accommodating- our flight got delayed so we couldn’t check in until 11 pm but the manager stayed up till 1 am just to help us check in :) The manager also helped book us a taxi for the morning back to Gatwick from where we caught the southern railways into central London.

It’s close to Gatwick airport but it’s not very accessible so one needs a local taxi to get to the hotel.
