Staff made it easy to organise a late check-in. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the nights stay. Heat was working well, and all amenities were in good working order.

The bed was on wheels and it kept moving around when some rolled over in bed. Also, being on wheels, I couldn't sit up and lean against the bed head to watch TV.

A Comfortable, clean, secure and tidy place for its age. Very central for getting around sightseeing or easy walking to the likes of Twin Towns , Coolangatta, shops, restaurants, beach etc or hop on a bus only a few metres out the front. Had everything we needed for our short stay, I would stay again if visiting the area I the future

I can't say there is anything that put me off , of not wanting to stay in the future.

This is a comfortable basic place to stay, well situated near the water and the busy tourist town of Coolangatta with its lovely beach. The accomadations are not fancy but well priced for every essential needed for a good nights sleep and nice shower in the morning. Clean and accommodating.

Only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint but more a comment) is the easy to miss driveway just off the busy street which runs beside the water.

Liked the security of the property and good location. Have bad knee so was good to have room on street level. Lovely proprietor too.

No daily house keeping, which we were unaware off although this was ok as only stayed 2 nights. No hair-dryer even though was told there would be one.

10 minute walk to Twin Towns, close to other amenities. Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly.

Plug socket in the bathroom was cracked. Leaves had blown into the room making a mess of the floor. People staying in the room next door were outside talking until after midnight.

The location of the Motel. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was really comfortable.

Not enough milk for a cuppa .those little milk containers are nowhere big enough for even 1 cup. The main toilet door needs to be adjusted so that it closes easily.

Excellent location, easy to find and close to shopping mall, fast food outlet and the CLUB. walk distance to river and Coolangatta and the ocean- sunday markets stretched along the beachfront reserve.... Friendly efficient reception. very comfortable accommodation: hot shower, comfortable bed, a recliner lounge chair... and all amenities. parking at the front door. Even a lovely pool area.

Property was booked and fully paid for in June 2022, for September stay, with exception of $15 pet which we’d arrange payment on arrival. confusion occurred with person at Motel stating we owed full amount for the accommodation . This was not the case. Explaining to person on phone only outstanding fee was pet fee. person on phone then agreed that full accommodation had been paid and we now owed $25 pet fee. This was not what was agreed to back in June.( was $15 pet fee). After some discussion, person agreed with $15 pet fee as originally arranged. just feel like something was not right and person on phone trying to get credit card and obtain extra money!!

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Great little kitchenette. Host was helpful and friendly. Right across the road to the the club for an easy dinner. It is gated for added security. Would stay here again.

The location was easy enough to find. Car parking was not a problem. The unit was very clean and comfortable The bed was very comfortable. The whole package was wonderful.

I have no concerns at all a 10 all the way. Walking to restaurant was a peace of cake We had a triathlon competition at Kingscliff which was 15 mins away It was quiet and comfortable
