Nice quiet location a short walk from the seafront. I was met on arrival by a very lovely man who carried my cases upstairs for me. The room was large and airy. Bathroom was clean. Good value. Checkout time is 12.00 which is later than the usual which meant I had time to go for a nice breakfast on the seafront and then come back to the room.

The mattress is on the hard side for me. I like a soft mattress. The were a few windows in the room. One didn’t have a blind just a voile curtain. As there were very bright lights outside the room there was too much light in the room and I slept badly because of this.

The room was very clean with a nice view of the fort.

The young attendant at the reception told me that I should go catch the airport bus by the beach (just across the road right in the opposite side of McDonald’s) and he then offered a ride of 15 euros by asking me to save his phone number. After waiting a while by the beach, there was a traffic jam. Following my intuition, I asked another local for the direction. The local told me the bus station was just 10 min away. I walked over to the bus station and successfully got on the bus to the airport. I simply didn’t like the young man’s deed that he lured tourists into taking his ride.

Veer the reception guy saved me! The place I was originally supposed to stay at was so dirty and awful I was itching just walking in the place. It was too far away from town to get a ride so Veer came picked me up and took me to White 11. The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds, kettle and frig in room, nice balcony with views of sea and city, and nice bathrooms. Great location as well. The hotel did not have availability for my full stay so on the last day Veer found a beautiful hotel, he negotiated the price down to my budget, and then delivered me to the front desk of the other hotel himself. He definitely delivers on hospitality, beyond good service, and was available at all hours via text if I had questions. The owners should give him big raises and paid vacations.. he was that kind of awesome and the hotel was so comfortable!

Second time at White 11. Becoming my go-to in Larnaca. Clean, quiet, LOCATION. You are 90 meters from the Fort, the Old Town, the beach and it's still quiet. Spacious single rooms with great balcony views. Good beds and excellent pillows. Before you read the 'negatives', please remember I'm rating this 10/10. Hot take, controversial: it appears they feed the local strays. IYKYK. Thumbs up from me.

Where was the Nescafe? I understand I'm the only person on earth who likes instant Nescafe, but the available options for wake-up were English Breakfast Tea. Also, when any place - and there's a lot of them - say "Streaming services (like Netflix)", they mean you have to sign in with your account. This has changed in recent years, not just here. I don't have Netflix but would like to sample what they have and was able to do that the last time. Apparently not anymore or I just didn't understand the log-in. THAT'S OKAY. I didn't fly half way around the world to watch NETFLIX. Reminder, WHITE 11 is 10/10.

I stayed at this apartment hotel, for one night with a friend, and we had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating - they kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was much appreciated. We requested two single beds, and we got exactly that. Our room was on the third floor, and while there was no elevator, the climb was manageable, though it felt like a bit of a workout. The room itself was small, but it worked perfectly for our needs since we spent most of our time exploring the city. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest, and the bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water in the shower. Soap, shampoo, and clean towels were provided, and the host also went the extra mile by including a complimentary large water bottle, some tea bags, and a kettle. Overall, it was a great experience for the price we paid. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for budget-friendly, no-frills accommodation in Larnaca.

For the city, this is a great option in terms of price/quality ratio. I liked the location: the beach is close, and you can see the sea from the third floor; the balcony is convenient. It’s not too noisy, only on Fridays when music from the bars can be heard, but it doesn’t last long and isn’t too bothersome. The room is clean, with a large mirror, plenty of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe.

As for the downsides, the towels were torn. As a suggestion, it would be great if the hotel regularly restocked the tea/coffee packets.

White 11 is located close to the city centre, so the beach, restaurants and the tourist attractions can be reached on foot easily. The room was pretty comfortable (nice beds) with a bathroom with a quite big shower space. It was really quiet, so it was a good place to take some rest after a long day of sightseeing. The air-conditioning was a great relief (as Cyprus is still hot in September!). The bedsheets and towels were fresh and clean. We didn't have too much encounter with the staff, but during a phone call, we were able to communicate with no bigger issues. Good price.

The only thing missing in the room was some basic cutlery and plates that we could use to prepare some quick breakfast or snack (there was a little fridge inside, so some extra amenities would have been expected). The hotel seems not to be that new anymore, so some refreshment would do good (e.g. to the white walls or to the bathroom utilities).

I recently stayed at White 11 and found its location to be perfect, right in the heart of the city center and very close to the beach, bars, and all the main attractions. The room I got had an incredible view where I could enjoy both the sunrise and sunset over the sea and city center—a truly memorable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating—special thanks to Veer, who helped carry my luggage up to the third floor (there’s no elevator) and even offered me a ride to the city center.

The AC made a noticeable noise when in use, which could be disruptive at times. Additionally, there was no option to leave luggage after checkout, making it inconvenient to explore the city further.

One important note is that the property offers only three parking spaces, so if you’re traveling with a car, it’s advisable to request a reserved parking spot in advance. The hotel's location is very close to the city's tourist area, which is convenient for those looking to explore the local attractions.
