Great location and views. With the scooter that we rented from the apartment everything is really close by. Nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay. Good and easy contact with staff through WhatsApp. You can order food to the apartment, very easy.

We walked once without a scooter to the city. We were scared by the dogs barking at us on the way to the apartment. As it is steep the taxi is around 200 Baht, so if you don't drive a scooter it might be not the best option for your stay.

Very kind staff explaining everything to us, including packages available for activities like snorkelling, as well as great restaurant recommendations. Great partnership for taxi which means we always have someone to pick us up if needed as we didn’t drive the moto. Great views from the room — it’s a steep hill but it’s called heights for a reason!

Would have been convenient to have an option to pay with card for hotel facilities, but generally most things on Koh Tao are in cash.

The apartment was huge and had everything we needed; they are located very close to Sairee but far enough to not be bothered by the music at night. The location was amazing, surrounded by nature; sure, a bit 'uphill', but the scenery was priceless. Throughout our stay, the girls at the reception helped us with everything: they booked our taxi, they got us a motorbike and did our laundry and delivered it direclty to our apartment. They were so nice with us, we couldnt thank them enough! Would recommend a thousand times!

The view was fantastic, and the accommodation is perfect especially for couples – peaceful and romantic. The staff was kind and helpful at all times. If you have a motorbike, everything is within a 12-minute ride, which makes getting around really convenient.

The electricity went out twice during our stay. The apartment is quite hard to reach on foot, so renting a motorbike is highly recommended. But you can rent it at the hotel so no worries.

Loved it here! Felt like home. Large room with big bed & comfortable sofa. Views from the balcony were lovely, lots of lush green trees, birds & squirrels. Kitchenette with hob was great. Plenty of coffee & water provided. Sairee Beach with all the restaurants & shops about 10 mins walk away.

The steep hill when walking back to the accommodation was good exercise, especially with the additional steps up to the property. There is nothing we didn't like.

Very kind and helpful staff, they have helped book transport, scooter and fun activity (snorkling) which made it much easier. The room was gorgeous. The only thing to consider is the ride to the accomodation. Please note there is a very steep hill so anyone afraid to drive a scooter uphill or unable to walk a steep hill, a taxi can take you there.

Everything! In particular the staff who were super helpful from the start. They provided the motorcycles for a good price. Helped us book our travel. They have good, positive, pro-active vibe. It's quiet, but still close to the centre by motorbike. I would stay there again without any doubt!

The steep hill to get to the hotel. You need to really focus if you're driving, but by day 2 you get used to it.

Nothing. The facilities were great. Good size room, best we’ve had in Thailand so far. The only negative would be the steep hill on the way up to the resort, but not a big problem. We walked down and took a taxi back up. The taxi was only 250 thb.

Our stay in Koh Tao heights was exceptional as always! We have come back for our 3 year and stayed here every time. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room itself is exceptionaly clean and made everyday. You can rent a bike from them which is so convenient. Best place we have stayed!

Nothing to mention. Would have stayed longer but they were booked out - rightly so. You do need a scooter and be able to walk some steps. Without a scouter be prepared to walk up the hill a bit.
