The room had everything we needed, it was clean and tidy. I liked that it had a chain as well as a lock on both doors. Bed was very comfy, pillows not too high. The room smelt clean and aired when entering. Outdoor private seating area was lovely. Lots of parking available.

The motel was obviously dated which is fine but it could use a bit of maintenance so it looked more "cared" for. First impressions are important. Some liquid stuck in the fly wire door could have been washed/hosed out. Deep scratches in one of the table tops needed some teak oil rubbed into it. Bit of paint on damaged corners - not big maintenance items but could make a better impression.

We liked the location - just off Eastlink, a main freeway - the nightly rate, and the staff. My husband and I expected much less than what we got for the moderate rate of $147 for a queen size room. Having my elderly mother insist on hosting the family Christmas celebration on Boxing Day in her tiny home in the eastern suburbs, we needed a room at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised to find this slightly hidden gem just 10 minutes from Ringwood. Reception were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was huge, the bed comfy. The adjacent Indian restaurant was open and suddenly, what had been a dreaded night spent in a tent in the backyard during a storm became an unexpectedly pleasurable evening. I have several top items on my personal hotel room tick-list. Large fluffy white towels. Seperate shampoo & conditioner. A fridge with a freezer that works. Extra pillows, and pillows that one can comfortably rest one’s head on without needing a half-metre long neck. Easily negotiable shower taps. Simple things, easy comfort. Know has all this - thus, that the room was somewhat aged was irrelevant.

I wish there was more laundry soap in the rooms and its checked before guess check in. My fridge didn't work in my room and it was quickly fix

Great location and quiet. The room was large and very comfortable. It even had a washing machine! That was a delightful and practical surprise.

The floor of the shower was mouldy. Everything else was great.

for the price, I was overly happy with the facilities and cleanliness of the the room.

I needed an early checkin due to my flight coming in early and could not have this confirmed in time. but I worked around that

The hot water wasn't hot enough and there was next to no water pressure when filling the spa up Little hint a small mini bar won't go astray just saying lol

My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower was amazing and it was great to have a little kitchenette. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was being on a main road. I did not hear any traffic at all. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location for our needs, would highly recommend for patients/families at Vermont Private. On-site restaurant has beautiful food at good price. Easy to get to.

The one bedroom apartment was quite spacious for 3 people. Kitchen, washing machine with detergent supplied & a dishwasher.

The rooms are a little dated but they are being renovated overtime.

Staff very great and helpful. Location great for what we needed. Staff went above and beyond Water pressure amazing !

Bed and pillows would be my biggest issue about needing an upgrade.
