We've stayed here before. Last time we were in apartment 4 , this time we were in apartment 1. Both apartments are lovely and very clean and comfortable. I did prefer apartment 1 for the simple reason it had a sofa , was on the ground floor and very cosy. Apartment 4 was slightly bigger but didn't have a sofa. Anyway, exceptionally clean, modern, very comfortable. Hot water when needed. Close to the town centre and bars, restaurants etc. Lovely quiet area and had a peaceful nights sleep every night and the bed was comfy too. The apartment had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and can't wait for next time. Both apartments we have stayed in here were fantastic and would recommend to anyone wanting some where to stay whilst in blackpool.Thankyou blackpool abode for a perfect week. We will be booking again.

The apartment was lovely. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Nice quiet area. Was contacted by email and text leading up to our holiday which we thought was good. Easy booking . We will be booking again.

This is NOT a complaint ... but think a new blind is needed in the kitchen as it only came half way down the window and it wouldn't close. And think a blind in the bathroom is very much needed as next door can see straight in . But like I said this isn't a complaint ..its a suggestion.

The area was quiet and we were close to everything. The apartment was really nice and immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Anything we needed help with including allowed to go in early and staying an hour later our accommodation were happy to help. We liked it that much we have all booked for next year.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but we sorted that with a pillow and there was no Internet but that was manageable for 5 days.

Good facilities for cooking etc. good showers. 15 min walk to WINTER GARDENS. Parking on the main road is easy. Didn't meet any staff but communication regarding access etc was excellent. Very comfy bed.

The fronts of the drawers were broken, the lino by the bed was flapping and coming up. But run down. Pots n pans weee dirty too. Shame.

It was well decorated to a high standard, amazing customer service (a hinge became loose and was quickly dealt with) beds were comfy and well equipped kitchen and bathroom was spacious too. The property is well maintained inside and out.

The property was in an amazing location literally walking distance from the beech shops and leisure such a beautiful big house with up to date apartments the apartment was absolutely beautiful could not fault anything was enough beds for the kids very comfy beautiful facilities stunning apartment with everything needed

Very convenient location as I was staying for work in the centre. Key safe made check in quick and efficient.

No terrestrial TV. Cushions on the bed were a bit tired but the bed was very comfortable!

The flat / apartment was clean / well presented - it appeared to have been refurbished / updated recently. The kitchenette was clean, functional and had all the basics for making breakfast & snacks for our purposes (we ate out mostly). The bathroom was clean, in good condition & there were plenty of towels. The letting agent met us when we arrived to handover keys, we received a quick tour and explanation of any services like cleaning. The agent very helpfully took note of any missing items or damage before we took possession for our stay. The area where we stayed was quiet (so everyone slept well) and we didn't experience any issues walking back & forth from sea front at various times of day and night..

I think it would be helpful to put in the guidebook in the flat where the nearest shops / supermarket are (just so people can pop out to get the basics, if they need to), and make it clear that this apartment is on the first floor - so stairs are involved. This was not an issue for us but could be for other people who might struggle to carry luggage upstairs.

Not about the property - However one of my friends locked themselves out of their apartment, when i called the emergency numbers, they were ‘not available’ bearing in mind it was only roughly 10pm at night. Fortunately my boyfriend was able to climb up to the open window and let them back into their apartment.

The apartment was very well equipped! Had everything we needed and more! Perfect location, walkable distance but quiet at night no disputation from the night life

We could hear the people above talking very early in morning and the carers (I think) smoking at the back door right at the bedroom window but not the hosts fault just one of those things.
