Loved the mini croissants and chocolates. The staff was super nice and helpful too! We liked that you also don’t change bedding/towels unless asked as it can be very wasteful.

No parking at hotel, but I think that’s just life and there’s no way to change that. Noticed that there was the sound of someone dragging furniture across the floor every day. Wasn’t sure what furniture it could be as none of it moved and the office chair had wheels so it didn’t drag. We also noticed our door would shake a little every time someone in the room next to ours opened/closed their doors. We’re heavy sleepers so we didn’t mind but I could definitely see how the noise from that could make for a restless night for someone else.

Loved the location. 15 mins walk to the city and easy walking to the bus and train station. Lovely greeting when we arrived. Room was spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Hotel doesn’t do breakfast but we were aware of that when we booked.

I am very glad that the hotel has been improved significantly. We were first frightened by comments months ago concerning filthy and terrible conditions of the hotel. Howeve, there were some positive comments in the last few weeks so we decided to give us a try (plus the price was such a bargain). We were not disappointed fortunately. The room is not too spacious, however, it is perfect for short-stays. Very clean and very modern. Hot bath, kettle, tea and coffee bags, clean beddings, mini fridge, and central location - I cannot ask for anything more given the price we paid. On the other hand, it would be much better if the hotel could prepare water bottles in each room. We needed to boil the water ourselves to get some drinkable water :) Besides, they don't have 24-hour reception desk, which is a pity as some visitors might have serious flight delays or midnight flights. For us, we tried to reach the receptionist at 12AM as we were desperately thirsty but saw no one :). But never mind, in general, very very nice stay. I recommend!

Bed comfortable, bathroom had everything you'd need. Comfy chair to read in ... during the day (no light nearby so too dark in the evening) Jug, and tea/coffee/sugar extras available in the lobby Handy fridge useful for snacks, special milks, chocolate ... Relatively close location to main station (ok to walk, but better to take tram/bus if have luggage), several takeaways close by. Tram that stopped within 100m for those with heavy luggage, direct line from main station or from airport. Lift access to the floor helpful with luggage, just small :)

They had a counter with place and chair to study in the room that I wanted to use ... but unless it was daytime with light from the nearby window, it was too dark to read there, All the lights were along the opposite wall near the bed. Some problems with the AC - I travelled in a 'shoulder' period so had hot and cold days

Hotel was very easy to find, less than 10 minute walk from the main station in Salzburg. The rooms also had option for both a key card or to unlock using your phone which was a handy feature. The room was big enough for the two of us and had all the basics we would need. A nice modern finish and would recommend for anybody wanting to visit Salzburg as everything is within walking distance.

Not much really, everything was as expected. Sometimes you could hear noise from other guests or people surrounding the hotel area as it’s on a main road but that’s not something that can be helped and didn’t affect our sleeping. Just something to be aware of being on a main road :)

The rooms were a good size, obviously recently upgraded. The beds were very comfortable and nice touches like free water.

Only issue was the rooms were so hot. We were there in March when it was -4 outside, no radiators on yet the room was unbearably hot. We had the windows open most of the time. We had 3 rooms in our group and all had the same problem. Only other issue is if your room key stops working there are no staff after 10pm. A lady was only able to get into the hotel as her card had stopped working and the number she rang just rang out. We let her in and found a different number and after speaking to 3 different people she finally got in her room. Worrying for lone travellers if nobody around.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was modern and clean. Couldn’t really hear the traffic from the main road outside the window. The hotel was a short distance from the train station, the bus stop for the airport was just outside the hotel. The walk to the old town was a very pleasant one by the river - about a 30 minute walk.

No breakfast at the hotel, so had to find a cafe. Also when we first arrived at the hotel, other than the sign outside there was no sign of life - we wondered whether it had closed down. The lady behind the reception was very helpful and open the door for us though.

The hotel seems to have gone under extensive renovations. The rooms are immaculately clean with nice, modern features (automatic night lights at floor level under the night stands and in the bathroom), heated bathroom floors, make-up mirror, nice shower/water pressure, windows that open, mini-fridge, coffee/tea in room. The reception desk is staffed from 7:00am-10:00pm with key access from the street. The bus stop is only a few feet away and was only 2 miles to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the Mirabelle Palace. The staff was very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for an overnight before flying out the next day.

The outside of the building could use painting; it does not really represent what the inside of the hotel looks like.

It is near the Salzburg main Train Station and all the Tourist Spots. Its worth the price and the staff are friendly. They also let us stay at the Lobby while waiting for our trip back to Munich.

The only thing I didn‘t like was that as we checked in they asked for the payment although I already paid the day before we arrived and the day I need to checkout online I couldn‘t proceed because according to the Website I still needed to pay. But the staff are so friendly , I sent my Receipt through email and it was cleared.

Everything went swimmingly, the newly renovated room is beautifully laid out and very practical to boot. All that was needed was provided, a kettle for tea, refrigerator, ample amount of towelling etc. And complementary hygiene and grooming products in the bathroom. And they have outdone themselves with the amount and placing of sockets... The staff, namely reception, were top level and took care of everything in a professional and pleasant manner. And the managers were very welcoming and interested in making my stay as comfortable as they could. Oh, and all are extremely friendly too... The location is ideal, a short ten minute walk to the main train station and 2 minutes to the wonderfully pleasant river walkways. As well as very easy access to the center of the city, the hotel has a number of fine restaurants close by - Zanetti's across the road bakes a mean pizza, I went there two days in a row... All in all, I highly recommend you stay here when you make your way to Salzburg. It will be my option again when I return.
