We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, staff was incredibly wo. Mark at the reception was very welcoming, explained nicely about the neighborhood and other important things about the property. The room was spotless, well-organized and offered amazing views from the balcony. The location was perfect and easily walkable between both primary stations. Though, breakfast was with basic variety of fresh options but their coffee and hot chocolate was the best to start a day with. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed, and quality stay option. Would definitely return!

This hotel is very conveniently located, about 8-10 minutes walk from Interlaken Ost station, overlooking the Höheweg and a very beautiful view of the mountains. It is also very close to the shopping and food streets of Interlaken. To sum it up … a perfect location. The apartments are quite spacious too … we had a bedroom and a living room and a big balcony as well. There was also a well-fitted kitchen, we could have cooked if we wanted to. The hotel also has a common washer-dryer facility, pool etc … so a very good choice for long stays. The breakfast at the hotel was very good too with a wide selection of vegetarian/non vegetarian, hot/cold options. We loved it

Though it is mentioned in the hotel particulars and did not come as a surprise, I still would have liked a basic daily cleaning done. There is an optional external service offered by the hotel but that is quite expensive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hapimag Interlaken, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.

Initially it was difficult to navigate through the apartment building to the room. It would have been great if someone had guided us to the room.

Fantastic Stay at Hapimag I had a wonderful stay at Hapimag interlaken! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. The location was perfect—right in the center of Interlaken and close to most essential facilities. Just outside, there’s an Arab service office/shop where you can conveniently book online tickets one or two days in advance. The reception staff were supportive and helpful. I mainly dealt with Mr. Sebastian—thank you!

Apartment value was quite high comparing to the other countries I had visit it.

Amazing Staff, Flavia at the front desk is super (****), you are walking distance to Interlaken main train station and Harder Kulm funicular (awesome). Front of building offers park and mountain views, with paragliders soaring & landing in front of you all day long. If Peter (****)is on duty at the attractions desk, he will set you up for any side trips and explain everything in detail. We loved the property!

Pillows are large but no substance, so ask for firmer pillows. "Honor" system self-service laundry only has 2 washers & 2 dryers (which don't actually dry your clothes, not sure what's going on with those, we cleaned the screens, etc). PRICE- well, it's Switzerland, in a tourist area. everything is high $. On the other hand, the prices weren't higher than any other place in CH we visited.

It is a beautiful accommodation for families. It is central and 10-20 min walk away from Interlaken Ost. My boys loved the swimming pool. It is important to note that this is not a hotel. They do provide fresh towels when you return your used ones to reception. The wine in the rooms is not free of charge. Check out is at 10:30am The swimming pool is opened until 9pm. The room is spacious, warm and well equipped. The location is superb in between the two train stations and there is a bus stop right in front of the place. They have facilities such as laundry, a small shop to buy essential stuff even late at night, a small nook for books to read all available based on trust. You use the service or take the items and you record them for charges later. Breakfast is good too.

The beautiful resort with full kitchen and impeccably clean apartments are in the perfect location - quiet area of the main street, 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and 5-10 minute walk to the supermarkets and other restaurants. It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.

The location is perfect . Absolutely stunning views . And the apartments are so spacious and kitchen has all the necessary items . Perfect for families with children or even for couples . Every apartment has a balcony . Staff is courteous.

Checkin & check out time can be slightly better . But the hotel staff were kind enough to let us in earlier than check in time and also check out late than the time as we had a toddler .
