Very nice location close to the train station and to the city center. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The room is quiet & comfortable with a nice view of the balcony. Biblioroom was a relaxing room for tea time. Spa every day was something else.

The breakfast needs additions. For seven days, we had the exact same breakfast without eggs, no scramble eggs, no bacon. Also they could have a cake of the day which will be different day by day as a small surprise for the visitors. Finally, it was a bit of confusion were to sit and what was reserved cause of the groups in the hotel and no signs about it.

Room was spacious. Facilities are great. We have a great view from our balcony. Bus stop is just right outside the main entrance door. Most of the time we just walk from Interlaken Ost, Harder Kulm and Interlaken west to the hotel. Really easy to reach. Great to have spa facilities to enjoy at the end of the day. Breakfast is great. It was Switzerland's national holiday on our last day there, it was festive with all decoration in the dining area that morning.

There was only 2 ironing board in the whole hotel. I had requested in the evening and in the morning and no one has returned so I have to change my planned Outfit Of The Day as can't iron my clothes. :( I did not read that this is like a retirement home so I was surprised when we arrive to see the other residents. But this did not bother us during our whole stay. Have to book early in the morning if planning to have dinner at the hotel. We arrived late so missed the booking time for dinner. But town is just few minutes walk away so its no problem. It can be hot at night and I had to request an electric fan to make it comfortable.

If I want to highlight 3 things about this particular hotel, number 1 are the staff, they were amazingly helpful and super nice. no.2 breakfast, oh we enjoyed going there everyday the bakery and the cheese varieties were just amazing and the third was the location, 10min walk to the station and 2 bus lines stop at the hotel. Our room was top floor with a nice terrace surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Interlaken, room and bathroom were super clean and spacious, the room has floor to ceiling wide panoramic windows overseeing the mountains which is amazing. I would stay again...

What's missing, is a coffee/tea option in the room and a fridge, I suggested as a good feedback to the hotel to enhance guest experience in future.

Location 5 minute walk to main town with the most amazing views along the way. Breakfas t adequate but would have preferred more hot options but perfectly OK. Room very comfortable, we had to ask for 2 more pillows which was no problem. Living amongst elderly residents was something new for us but made for a lovely atmosphere. Very peaceful setting, no noise at night so slept very well.

Only fault we had was the bathroom, which was more for disabled residents with the seat in the shower, grab bars etc. Rooms across from ours had the more modern bathrooms. Certainly did not ruin our stay but a more modern bathroom would have been preferred.

I had a very pleasant stay in the hôtel. Location was perfect for me - 10-15 minutes by foot to the train station but afar from the noise of the town. The staff is very hospitable and friendly, my room was very calm and breakfast excellent. The aménities in the room are simple, but adéquate. There is a bar where you have access to free tea and coffee. I will definetely stay there again.

I was not aware that the hotel is part of a social center which includes also a retirement home. So the atmosphère there is différent from your usual hotel. It was not a problem for me, but you just have to be aware.

Loved my stay at Zentrum Artos Interlaken for 2 nights in December. The room was huge, the balcony was fantastic with amazing views. Even the bathroom was pretty big. All these what i am.saying are usually rare in Switzerland. The Hotel also had a hearty breakfast and another amazing thing they deserve credit for is they were hosting many old age seniors with disabilities & alike during the Festive Chtistmas period at their hotel. It was heart-warming to see the seniors bonding & have a great time all around the hotel. This hotel seemed to be associated with the local Church which also made it a special Christmas eve there. Also the hotel gave very cool water bottles which I still carry around with me now. Overall a 10/10 hotel experience in Interlaken.

It is bit of a walk from the hotel to the main part of town and does not have a Coop very near to it. But in 20 mins, you do reach the beautiful main part of Interlaken. So keep this in mind.

We stayed here for five nights, and our stay at Hotel Artos was wonderful. The hotel itself is lovely, quiet, and very modern. It looks nothing like a hospital, as some negative reviews claimed, and it feels like a place to relax and enjoy. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was varied and healthy. The location is excellent, just a short walk to both Interlaken Ost and the town center (which isn’t particularly nice, so we appreciated staying in a quiet area away from it). Next time we visit Switzerland, we will definitely return.

The pillows were very soft, but this minor issue is really the only thing I didn't like about our stay.

The hotel is combined with a local retirement home, and I really like the idea of bringing local elderly residents and global tourists together in the same facility. This provides a great opportunity for both to observe the world from a new perspective. The hotel rooms are designed to be very elderly-friendly, meaning they are quiet, clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent. Local elderly residents dine in the same area and enjoy the same food as the guests, which creates a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Everything is just wonderful!

The location is really good, people working there are so friendly, food options are available in the hotel, rooms are spacious, and have a great view. Everything is as described and pictured.

There is no kettle and mini-fridge in the room. There is an extra room downstairs near the lobby where you can use the mini fridge, but not in the room. This is not so much we didn't like, just something to mention that differentiate from other hotels in general. It did not bother us so much, really.

The room was spotless, very comfortable. Balcony with a beautiful view and a very convenient screen for the shade. Location is very close to the center, easily reachable by foot. Garage available. Customers can use a library/kitchen, with a little fridge to leave personal items. Coffe and tea available 24 hs

Breakfast was good but it could have more choices. It will be a good idea to add some more cheeses, cold cuts or sweet pies. They were kind of short on those items
