The Location is excellent, next to Interlaken Ost Train Station, Supermarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy...etc. so anything you need is just next to you. The staff are really helpful and kind. The Hostel is brand new, well designed from inside. The check in process was so easy and don't forget to ask about your guest card which will give you access for public transportation for free, casino for free and major discounts on many other attractions, experiences in Interlaken and nearby cities. The room was spacious enough and clean. The bed was comfortable. The Toilets were always available and clean same for shower. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent, and the breakfast was spectacular since you have a lot of variety and that's good point for the hostel. There is a big locker room where you can keep your luggage which is for free (most hostels charge you for keeping your luggage) so I appreciate it.

Nothing At All

First thing first, they provided the Interlaken day pass which saved us a lot. Somehow there is a bus and train station right outside the hostel. You can go to Grindelwald or Jungfrau mountain easily from here. The breakfast provided is bread, yogurt, cheese, meat, and a coffee machine. You only have to deposit 20CHF to get a hairdryer and deposit some amount which I forgot already can store your hand carry bag in a locked cabinet. The staff is freaking friendly, they always give the best suggestions to the travelers on where to go if current planning goes wrong. Superb stay.

If the hostel could provide a curtain for each bed would be the best. There the other travelers who wish to sleep earlier can just isolate themselves with the curtain and the other people wouldn't bother those who want to sleep earlier. Overall is nice!

I really liked the breakfast in the morning — simple but very helpful for travelers. The bathroom, toilet, and bedroom were all nice and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. One morning, I accidentally left my card inside my locker, and the staff quickly lent me a card to open it and explained everything kindly. The location is also very strategic — close to the station and with a nice view of the Aare River.

Actually, my issue wasn't with the place or the staff, but with one of the other guests. I stayed in a 4-bed room, and there was an older man who would wash his jeans and clothes in the sink at night. Then he'd hang them all over the edges of the beds — they were wet, dripping, and a bit smelly. Every night he snored, but none of the other guests, including me, were really bothered by it. However, one night while he was trying to sleep, I was busy checking in for my flight and my phone vibrated twice. He got disturbed and asked me to turn it off, which felt really annoying and disrespectful. But overall, the stay was good.

Location was 10/10 being right next to Interlaken Ost. We booked a room with its own private bathroom which we preferred, but we walked past the shared showers/toilets and everything was immaculately clean. Rooms were spacious but only had the bare minimum - beds/bedside tables/small table. There is a shared kitchen you have access to on level 1 which was really appreciated due to us cooking a few meals during our stay. It is equipped with the basics like kettle and microwave but you need to BYO cutlery, plates etc or you can rent it from reception. Breakfast was not bad, good selection of foods and very spacious dining area.

The beds weren't the most comfortable being only a thin mattress.

Some staff are very accommodating..the location is close to almost everything like groceries , stores, trains, bus, harderkum, boat rides , lots of places to eat.. breakfast was ok not much of choices..very clean in the rooms and upstairs common dining . That their is lockers provided and guest card..

1- no AC or electric fans 2- dirtiest bathroom in the lobby. Foodcourt downstairs is also dirty 3- prices of food downstairs is expensive 4- The idea that guest made to strip beds take out sheets, towels and trash ??, wherein we felt we paid for that services and we are on VACATION away from our daily routine.. I'm in the private room !!!

I like the location within 3 mins walk from Interlaken ost train station, staff are friendly, allow us to store luggage before check in and after check out. Room was clean and comfortable.

Only 1 microwave at level 1 common kitchen we almost queue up for 1 hrs to heat up my dinner. Toilet light sensor are too fast to switch off the light during the midnight.

Breakfast was good, there were plenty of Migros Supermarket nearby, location was extremely near the Interlaken OST station and the hostel is just a short walk away from the Harder Kulm tram.

There is a lounge area for guests to eat / heat up their meals. The rubbish bins could be changed more frequently or instructions could be clearer for guests on how to dispose their soup from the cup noodles. Many Koreans don't seem to understand how to dispose the soup and dump everything into the central bin which caused a leak.

The location was just outside of the station, all travelling moving was very convenience. The stuffs are giving a nice help. We were leaving very early, the hostel provided take away breakfast for us, that was very appreciate. Keep the luggage’s before or after check in that was very value for us.

No any cup in the room, I don’t know how to brush the tooth without cup. If supply the paper cups which didn’t cost a lot. We are first time stay in the hostel, we don’t know the rule. No cups, no cattle, no fridge, sure it also no tea or coffee bags.

Showers and toilets being separated from the Dorm. Room had huge windows comfortable beds Laundry facilities reasonably priced. breakfasts Brilliant for train station.

Not so much as did not like as opposed to not realising how close to the train station it was. don't need an alarm when the trains start moving ;-p If you are using an adaptor for powering electronics, the socket is rather useless due to its positioning. My adaptor would not sit in it so had to come up with a remedy that even the Swiss may be proud of.

Staff at the reception is helpful and friendly. She gave me the travel information and took my 50th birthday an important thing. She gave me the hotel's refrigerator's space for my birthday cake as there isn't any refrigerator in the hotel room. She also helped me with taking photo with my birthday cake as she noticed that I traveled alone. The hotel gave me the excellent mountain, river and city view room as my request for my 50th birthday, I'm really appreciate that. I was really happy to stay there. I will stay here again on my next trip to Interlaken. The hotel is in the good location near the train station with the excellent view. There is also supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel also has it's own restaurant and the food taste good.

It would be better if there is refrigerator, shower cap and hair dryer in the room. It would be better if the hotel use blackout curtains in the room. It was too bright to sleep. The breakfast time should be longer than 9.30 a.m. and should be more options.
