Great Location , just a few steps away from the main street of Interlaken . Reception staff were friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Room was large and exceptionally clean, balcony view was amazing, to the paragliding park in the center of Interlaken. The bathroom was large too and very convenient Breakfast was good, but needs more food variety and fresh vegetables & fruits. The room rate was a bit high.

Our corner room was beautiful and very comfortable! Coffee was the best I have ever had!

Hot dishes selection during breakfast were exactly the same for our 8 days stay! Every single day it was the same offering of beans, cuscus, steamed tomatoes, scrambled eggs that resembled cauliflower rice, raw bacon and sausages. On the positive side, even though the cold dishes were also exactly the same every day, they were bountiful. The bread selection was good too. In my opinion, there should be a rotation of different offerings for guests that stay longer. Also guests are not allowed to take coffee or food outside the breakfast room.

Large room, comfortable bed, beautiful view over the park, opening windows, kettle and bar fridge, robes and enormous bathroom. The room was quiet from the outside noise. Breakfast was good and we were provided with a breakfast pack to take on our early departure.

The room was always too warm. There was no wifi in our room for the first 24 hours (had to make 2 requests to get this sorted) There wasn’t any body wash or soap in the shower. Not much storage space in the enormous bathroom. They didn’t provide a dairy alternative milk for breakfast. Noise from the hallway and clomping from the above floor.

Excellent hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The reception stuff was very helpful.

Limited breakfast, no change at all from one day to another. The quantities of products in the dining room are also small. There was a young Latin girl in the dining room who was not so pleasant and every few minuts approached us and then asked: "Finish? Take plates?" We had the feeling that they just wanted us to eat quickly and leave the dining room. Also one day we arrived and there were a lot of food shortages. No refill was made and we had to make it with what was left.

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main street of interlaken. Hotel Parking just next to the building is a plus point.

Called for room service for cutleries but I was asked to go down to the reception at the lobby to collect. This isn't the service I'm expecting. The stairway of the building is still under renovation where I could still see lighting wiring hanging as I get out of the lift. Good room size but toilet is overly big and has no storage area at all beside the sink or below the sink. Had no place but to put my bag of facial products on a random stool found in the toilet. Lol

Location is excellent. Interlaken Ost station is 5mins walk away. The row of watch Boutiques are right in front. You can admire paragliders from your hotel balcony and listen to the church bells ring ever so often. Room is clean, comfy bed, hot shower and nice towels. Breakfast is simple but ample and has everything you need. Staff are very welcoming and warm. Highly recommended.

The rooms have no ventilation. So u need to open the windows for air circulation.

We booked our stay last minute due to an issue with our Airbnb. Lucked out that they had a room that accommodated 3 adults. The room looked recently renovated with all newer looking furnishings. Our group agreed we wish we would have booked this place instead of the AirBNB in the first place. Much nicer looking, reception was friendly, the breakfast had a ton of options and was included in the cost.

Windows in our room faced North so we did not have much of a breeze, but the room came with two fans to circulate air and cool down in the evenings.

We paid for a suite and it was more than what we expected :). View was great (even though weather was overcast). The breakfast was also good. They did some basic eggs-to-order which was really appreciated.

A bummer was that the hotel was strictly 'non-smoking' - While this is usual, we know usually smoking in balcony is accepted, but here it wasn't. Since my friend wanted to smoke, he had to go all the way out of the hotel to smoke.

Beautiful location. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We stayed here twice during our trip because we loved it so much the first time, we had to come back. We stayed in the junior sweet and then the panoramic sweet. Both rooms very spacious and clean. Plenty of amenities in the room. The balconies are a nice touch.

Only breakfast is served in the hotel and it was so lovely it was a real pity they don’t serve evening meals. However don’t let this put you off as there are plenty of beautiful restaurants a short walk away.
