I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hapimag Interlaken, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.

Initially it was difficult to navigate through the apartment building to the room. It would have been great if someone had guided us to the room.

Fantastic Stay at Hapimag I had a wonderful stay at Hapimag interlaken! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. Amazing Staff, Flavia at the front desk is super (****), you are walking distance to Interlaken main train station and Harder Kulm funicular (awesome). Front of building offers park and mountain views, with paragliders soaring & landing in front of you all day long. If Peter (****)is on duty at the attractions desk, he will set you up for any side trips and explain everything in detail. We loved the property!

Pillows are large but no substance, so ask for firmer pillows. "Honor" system self-service laundry only has 2 washers & 2 dryers (which don't actually dry your clothes, not sure what's going on with those, we cleaned the screens, etc). PRICE- well, it's Switzerland, in a tourist area. everything is high $. On the other hand, the prices weren't higher than any other place in CH we visited.

The beautiful resort with full kitchen and impeccably clean apartments are in the perfect location - quiet area of the main street, 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and 5-10 minute walk to the supermarkets and other restaurants. It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.

Absolutely nothing!

The location was really great, very closed to the downtown and easy access to many of the shops. The room was very clean and large, very suitable for the famlies. We found everything we need for cooking and that really helped us.

When we entered the restaurant, there was no one at the front desk there so we just went inside. However, as we were about to sit down, a staff member gestured to us angrily to come over to her. This approach was uncomfortable and seemed unprofessional and impolite. I believe that if verification was needed, the staff should have approached us directly rather than signaling from a distance. I hope you can address this issue and improve staff training and management to ensure better and more professional service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The location is perfect . Absolutely stunning views . And the apartments are so spacious and kitchen has all the necessary items . Perfect for families with children or even for couples . Every apartment has a balcony . Staff is courteous.

Checkin & check out time can be slightly better . But the hotel staff were kind enough to let us in earlier than check in time and also check out late than the time as we had a toddler .

Amazing location. Equal walking distance (even with luggage and stroller) to both Interlaken west and ost train stations, boat station, shops and activities. Large and spacious room. Friendly staff.

It is probably noted in the property description, but please be aware that the rooms are not getting cleaned by default unless you request it for an additional charge which was rather expensive. You can request fresh towels though from reception for free.

Very centrally located property in Interlaken, 10 mins walks from both Interlaken OST and West train stations . We have a 1 Bhk appartment which was spacious and well stocked, staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good and there is laundry who is helpful when you are staying for longer durations . We enjoyed our stay in HAPIMAG and looking forward to come back again .

Everything was good

The kids love the pool. The balcony is spacious with a dining set. The location is ideal, in Interlaken OST. Walkable to OST Train station and Coop. Facing paragliding landing site. There are many shops outside Hotel Apartment. Cooking equipment is of good quality. There is a self service paid washing machine to use. We appreciate Dalilia the receptionist went the extra mile to assist us with a phone call.

Not very clean. House keeping team did not vacuum the place properly.

The breakfast was awsum beyond my expectations. Location was great.Everything was close by.. Bus stop was just in front of the hotel.Staff was great. They provided us whatever we needed. Samantha,Alessia,Flavia thank you so much for all your support. These ladies help us in guiding all the tourist places and the trains schedules. They told us which train goes to the places and when. Hats off to you guys.

Just the air-conditioned. Weather was very hot but the hotel has no air-conditioned. But again I'll say the staff was great. They gave us three fans and we had a great night. Thank you so much STAFF.
