The room was quite large and spacious. Beautiful large bathroom. The breakfast was great - there is literally everything you could think of with so many options it's hard to choose what to eat! All of the staff were super friendly.

I stayed in the main building (there are 2) and it's an older style of building. The person above me when they walked around early in the morning and late at the night - the chandelier would shake and rattle every time. It would be good if a supermarket was closer walking distance but it's about a 10-15min walk.

The hotel is beautiful, we got an upgrade to a nice corner room in the top floor of the new building, the room is really big, beautifully decorated, the bed super confortable, the bathroom was big with a very modern toilet, had a big balcony but the hotel has some renovations so we couldn’t use it. Maximiliano from the front desk gave us a great customer service always with an smile, also the cleaning ladies on the new building they were very nice and also the Spanish guy from the bar. Great location near train station and center. Breakfast had plenty of options, thanks for everything!

The breakfast staff is not too friendly, mainly a guy with sunglasses he seems stressed and angry all the time. For light sleepers there is a church in front of the hotel and the church bells kept waking me up every 30 minutes at night.

Absolutely everything! The amazing service started at check-in, Shams & Wojciech were some of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve ever met. The executive room was just beautiful, spotless and so quiet with one of the best views you could imagine. Perfect location. Great sized balcony on the corner of the building looking out onto the mountains and main Street. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough and can’t wait to stay again!

I loved everything about my stay!

The location was excellent, the room view was beautiful, and the air conditioning was excellent. The room was new and they were very attentive to it. The hotel consists of two buildings next to each other. We lived in the other building, and I think the other building had just been renovated. Frankly, I recommend living there, and if I return to Interlaken again, I will live there again.

No iron is provided in the room. You have to go down to a room downstairs in the hotel to iron your clothes On our last day at the hotel, we found a spider in the room, and the price is high for a 4-star hotel. These are the notes.

I happened to forget my suitcase at the hotel. The staff was willing to help us send my suitcase to my current stay at that time. He even got an offer of the reduced delivery charges for me! I’m beyond grateful for their help! If I come to Interlaken next time, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you Mr. Yusuf!

We entered the hotel to be greeted by warmth- which was greatly appreciated as it was snowing outside. We were in room 303 overlooking the mountains in the historical area of the hotel. Reception and dining room also had high ceilings, beautiful corners and lights. Not sure if all the hotel is historic or not.

Centrally located to Interlaken Ost station and near all amenities- trips, shops, food.

The family room is very compact for those who have older children and is in a building at the back of the hotel up some stairs that aren’t lit up at night. Thankfully the staff went out of their way to accommodate my request and we were moved as my 70 year old mother couldn’t walk up and down them.
