I was given a free upgrade , which I was so happy about .. I asked for ground floor and that was organised , the unit was excellent, clean comfortable and modern furnishings, the room service and front desk staff were exceptional.... would highly recommend these guys ! Great location too !

Unfortunately there are no lifts, which is really disappointing for people who are not able to use stairs ... and the bathroom needs an upgrade, but having said that, it was spotless , clean and well kept even if outdated ! Still was very happy with the bathroom !

The staff were friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions about Warrnambool, the town and sights, freely and with good knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. This property is a 3 storey walk up, no lifts. I had an apartment on the 2nd floor. The stairs are built well with treads and safety dots. I felt safe walking u and down them. Warrnambool is a great town providing easy access to Port Fairy and the 12 Apostles. The town offers great food and cafes - suggest Coffee Treat and Provincial Cafe, and Pavilion Foreshore Cafe. Also, there are some great walks, including Pickering Point, Thunder Point, and Point Ritchie.

The shower is in the bathtub. I never like this setup as accidents are more likely to happen. I'm 5ft 6in and found the small bath width challenging, particularly when washing my hair. A larger person would find it difficult to shower normally. The shower head is not high, so a taller person would probably find that troublesome too. I do not know if the ground floor apartments or other apartments have walk-in shower options. Next time I stay, I will ask.

We arrived a couple of hours early prior to check in time. After a warm welcome from the gentleman on reception, we were advised our apartment wasn't yet ready but we were welcome to leave the car parked in the accommodation's car park until we get a call from him to advise the room was ready. We went sight seeing and a call came through to say we were able to check in early, which was much appreciated. We stayed in the Executive One Bedroom Apartment on Level 2 and the apartment was just brilliant. It was modern, very comfortable, spacious and fully furnished with kitchen and laundry. We were staying just the one night but I expect you could have a very comfortable long term stay here. Everything is provided for that longer stay. There was a large outdoor patio through the sliding door that looks out to the street. Comfy bed and nicely appointed bathroom. Nothing to fault.

Staff were helpful and lovely. Room was clean and I loved the fact it had a little kitchen with a stove. As someone who is celiac I was very appreciative for this feature in the room as I found it very hard for to find food places that catered for it. I liked the fact we had access to an indoor pool. Overall great stay!

I only had 1 thing I didn’t like - the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable both my husband and I had sore backs when we woke up and I didn’t have the best sleep. After my first night I wasn’t looking forward to going to sleep again. Pillows were great and the blankets were great as they weren’t just sheets it was a proper feathered blanket

The description was not clear - It said it had a/c! — but only for the upstairs room and hall— NOT the two rooms below! That was totally misleading!! It should have been clear that a/c was in upper floor room And living hall only. Of the lower floor, the smaller room had a fan but the bigger room had no fan but the hotel provided ‘an industrial floor standing fan’ that could not rotate nor elevate! So we had to put the fan on the outside of the room and keep the door opened to minimize the noise.

The apartment is spacious with a big living room, two fine bedrooms, and two fine bathrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need. A washing machine and a dryer are provided. In addition there is a nice swimming pool with free pool towels. The lady in the reception was so welcoming, helpful, and gave us much information about places to visit. She made our stay extra good. We will recommend the evening show at Flagstaff Hill Marine Village. It is a really spectaculous experience. A stroll at Tower Hill Reserve is also recommendable, and you are guaranteed to see koalas there 🐨

I requested and received a ground floor room. It was for one person and although smallish, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was met by friendly staff at check in who made the process easy. Throughout my stay the room was serviced and kept spotless and this was done without being in any way obtrusive to me. No rushing me out to clean things, just all done once I was out of the room and done well. Everything in the room worked well and the bed was comfortable.

not much can be done about it, but I thought the actual toilet bowl was too low, more a child's size. And I also found the exhaust fan in the shower was very noisy, although it worked well. The noise was quite a high pitched squeel which made it almost uncomfortable to the ears. Mind you, the shower itself worked well with a good supply of hot water.

Great property with rooms on two levels and kitchen and a very spacious dining and kitchen area. All you need for a couple of families including washing machine, dishwasher, private parking and pool. Located close to the sea and town, walking distance from Flagstaff Hill Museum and amazing playgrounds it is a great place for kids. It is not a hotel but a home away from home.

The staff were a bit stiff (your typical hotel attitude) but ok.

Though a little pricey, we got the entire townhouse to ourselves which also includes a garage parking. For our family of 4, this was just perfect and well appointed. It was clean, the beds were good and comfortable. The heater in the unit made the colder nights comfortable and warm. Shower pressure was good. Food options are within close proximity. Supermarkets are also nearby. Check in/out was both easy and fast. This is definitely an excellent location that we will return to when we are in the area. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

The property was located very central to town, next door to the main streets. It was clean and spacious The unit we had , had everything you needed including a washing machine and dryer. Pool was right outside our room. We went during winter so it was very quiet. I’m sure school holidays and summer it would be noisy.

the shower which was in the bath was very narrow and we had to stand sideways to shower. Car parking is very small and tight and sign says parking at own risk.
