During my sojourn in the apartment, I was particularly enamored with the seamless interplay between architectural elegance and functional design—a harmonious convergence wherein aesthetic restraint met utilitarian clarity. Indeed, what rendered my stay especially gratifying was the immaculate condition of the apartment—it was maintained with a meticulousness that bespoke not mere cleanliness, but an almost reverential regard for order and comfort. The abundance of natural light, cascading generously through expansive windows, imbued the space with a sense of vitality and warmth that was both invigorating and serene. Moreover, the location was nothing short of enviable: poised at the intersection of convenience and quietude, it afforded effortless access to the city’s pulse while remaining a sanctuary of calm. Rarely does one encounter a dwelling that so deftly balances brightness, cleanliness, and enviable geography—each facet enhancing the whole in a way that elevated the experience far beyond the ordinary. In sum, the space did not merely accommodate my presence; it refined it.

There was, quite truly, nothing to which I could take exception. Every detail—be it the pristine condition of the interiors, the suffusion of natural light, or the enviable location—spoke of thoughtful curation and quiet excellence. The experience was marked by a rare absence of flaw; not a single element jarred or fell short of expectation. It is a rare pleasure to reside, however briefly, in a place where comfort, elegance, and practicality are held in such effortless equilibrium.

We liked the location, and the general conditions of the apartment. Really good for a couple.

In the middle of the first night (out of three), the fire alarm sensors malfunctioned and triggered the alarm. It ran for a few minutes. The day after, we asked at the desk what happened, and they said that the sensors were a problem, they knew, and they were not doing anything to fix it. The following night could be the same (it wasn´t) and on top of that, because it was Saturday night, there was not going to be anyone on the desk to turn it off, so, it could have run for several minutes until someone from a nearby hotel would come to stop it. We decided not to come back to the same apartment on our way back to Madrid before going back home.

It begins with Amanda or Eva at the front desk….they are rockstars! They will answer any questions you may have, recommend the best restaurants, shopping, etc. they aren’t just the concierges to TGH, but for Madrid! The rooms are spacious and bright. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. The hotel is in an amazing area that’s close to everything! It’s super secure, as you not only need your key to enter the hotel, you also need it for the elevator. The rooms have little balconies, and the windows are soundproof. They have shutters which block out all of the light. The kitchens are super convenient, because you can keep snacks in the fridge, or even cook if you don’t feel like going out. Most everything you need to cook is there. I recommend this hotel so much, that I plan to go back later this year. It helped make Madrid feel like home. It’s better than an AirBnB because it’s professionally cleaned. Book early - these are hard to come by!

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to several attractions and for those that are a bit farther away, the Gran Vía metro station is a block away. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The check in and check out was very smooth. All the staff at the reception were very helpful, but especially Eva. Our daughter was stomach sick when we arrived and she helped us with advice on what we could buy for her to get well.

There was no microwave oven or coffee maker. Not that it was advertised and wasn’t there, but you kind of expect it.

Looks a bit more tired that on the photos on Boooking.com Wardrobe doors etc don't slide, all seems a bit knackered. Kitchen didn't have much crockery, mugs etc Beds are very firm - but I guess that's preference Bathroom shower very tempermental and kept flooding floor where shower tray isnt protected, so ended up using a lot of towels to mop up.

The location was very good -close to shopping, cafes, restaurants, museums, etc. In addition, by being on a side street, it was quieter, enhanced by windows that didn't let in much sound and window treatments that allowed us to block the sun and sleep in as long as we wanted. The apartment was good sized, with enough closet space and offered a kitchen - though we didn't use it. Overall, we thought it was VG and a good value in a more expensive city.

We like bar soap, they provided liquid soap and shampoo in twist top toothpaste -like containers.

The location is incredibly central, really great space in a unique spot with most city attractions walking distance and several metro lines in the surroundings. Very soundproof considering the location. Nicely decorated and very comfortable.

One room had duvets while the other one had blankets that were not set on the bed when arrived. They nicely fixed this when mentioned it to reception, but we found odd that the bedding was different between the two rooms. Toiletries could be more eco-friendly, although when compared to other accomodations, they were already refillable packages.

The location is great.

I was traveling with my friend and in the room was a double bed with 1 big blanket, when we asked for 2 separate blankets they didn't have and gave us just a bed cover instead. The room has a kitchen but doesn't have an electric kettle, so we had our kitchen but were unable to prepare even coffee :( Also, there wasn't a cleaning service. We stayed for 6 days and the room wasn't cleaned.

The location is fantastic. few steps from gran via, but not in the middle of the crowd. the bed was confortable and the room was very spacious.

For a room with a kitchen, it lacks a toaster or even a frying pan. The only pan was unusable for a breakfast. It lacks as well a coffee machine. I also didn’t like the shower because we were put in a accesible room without knowing. Every time we took a bath the bathroom was flooded.

It’s quite spacious and has a proper sitting area and kitchen. The bedrooms themselves are also of good size and with storage space. Superbly located and within walking distance of a lot of attractions in Madrid. It has lift which has made it a lot earlier for us with big suitcases. Manned concierge very easy check in and check out.

There is no cleaning product in the kitchen. There is construction outside and we can smell paint in the property
