Prime location, nice staff, clean and tidy hotel with all the facilities you need for couple of days stay in Geneva. There were umbrellas left in the reception to be used freely when raining - I found it quite handy. 5 minutes walk to Geneva Christmas Market and lake Geneva. Comfy bed, good shower, 2 minutes walk from Gare Cornavin Geneva station and in the city centre. Good hotel indeed.

I had the opportunity to check in at my preferred time, which was a significant convenience and highly appreciated. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I was able to ask all my questions comfortably, and they were always willing to assist. The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and toilet was outstanding, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service provided. "Moreover, the inclusion of a transportation card was a highly appreciated convenience."

It would have been a nice addition if a light breakfast had been included in the room rate. On the second day, when housekeeping serviced the room, a few towels were missing, which was a minor inconvenience.

Location is excellent, just next to Gare Cornavin which is very convenient in terms of public transport. 10 -12 minutes walking distance to the Lake. There are shops, stores, cafes and restaurants just in a few minutes walk. The interior of the hotel is new, clean, with nice design. They cleaned my room every day. The staff was brilliant, very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The room I stayed in had a portable air conditioner which worked well and had adjustable speed and variable fan. The size of the room was a bit small but quite all right for one person.

My room overlooked the street, so it was a bit noisy at night with open window (when window is closed, noise isolation is good and it is quiet).

I was very pleased with the standard of the room and given the generally high cost of hotel rooms in Geneva, it felt good value for money. My room was small but i knew this in advance and had everything I needed as a solo busoness traveller (desk, private bathroom, decent wofo, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities). The location was very convenient for work meetings at the Global Health Campus during the day (a 15-20 minute bus ride away from Gare acornavin across the road) and within walking distance of the Lake and Old Town for sightseeing. Lots of food and drink options nearby. Friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice dining room to start the day.

Pleasant and very comfortable hotel opposite the train station. The staff was very friendly, the room relatively small, but sufficient for one person, very clean, and had everything I needed.

In the breakfast room you are given the impression that you need to hurry and leave quickly after finishing. On one morning, I was asked to leave because they wanted to clean the floor, in a friendly way, though, but it wasn't even 30 minutes after the bar had closed. I don't think they would have done this if I hadn't been the only guest left. Because of this, I'm reducing my rating by one point.

staff: efficient and polite, breakfast: a large range of products of very good quality, attention to replenishment provided by the staff, some more cheese sorts could be considered - given the fame of Switzerland, excellent location - not only close to the railway but within easy walk to the main key points. Much appreciated the availability of two free drinks per day, from the minibar, excellent and fast check in and check out

the standard room is a bit too small

Freindly staff and clean room. Mini bar fridge was good to have, we used it for milk for tea and coffee as well as cold drinks. Cosy ambience in room because of the lamps used instead of ceiling lights. Decor in good condition. We enjoyed having a balcony on our room (we didn't ask for it) . Bathroom small but had everything you may need and a good power shower.

Road noise coming into the room. Temperature was around 37 degrees when we stayed so we wanted to have the window open due to the heat, but street. very noisy due to our room being on front of the building. We had a decent fan in the room, air conditioning would have been appreciated.

(1) No apparent towels reuse policy or option to reuse; (2) Limited international, English-language TV stations; (3) Coffee & tea sachets & milk pots in bedroom not routinely replenished - needed to be requested; (4) Security box in bedroom complicated to set & operate.

Almost everything. Location: close to Gare Cornavin, incl. tram and bus stops, walking distance to Lake, to the old city across the Rhône, to lots restaurants in the Paquis. Clean. Room well equipped. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Room a bit on the small side. It would be nice if windows could tilt open.

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful and located in the heart of the city, 1 min walk to Gare de Cornavin-Central Station of Geneva, which you can take every kind of transports to internal city; 3 mins walk to coach station to travel external city. The staffs are friendly, especially I am impressed with Mr. Jean Christophe- the hotel receptionist. He helped me a lot during the time I stayed in hotel with the smiles on his face. Thank you for the memorable experiences in this hotel. I definitely come back when I travel to Geneva.
