We’ve stayed at Quest South Perth Foreshore several times now, and it’s consistently been one of the easiest, most comfortable places we’ve stayed as a family. The 2-bedroom apartments are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. You’ve got a proper kitchen, a good-sized living area, laundry, and enough room to spread out and actually live—not just stay for a night or two. That setup makes a massive difference when you’ve got kids. The location is hard to beat. There’s secure on-site parking, which is a big plus in Perth, and a 24-hour grocer right downstairs—super convenient and something we ended up using constantly. The river foreshore is just across the road, so it’s a great spot for walks or letting the kids burn off some energy. We were up on the higher floors, and the views across the river and city were fantastic. Even with a new apartment building recently constructed on the riverside of the Quest, the views are still decent from the top floors—just not as open as they used to be. What we really appreciated, though, was the team. Michael, Sharon and everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating. They strike a good balance—always helpful when you need something, but never hovering. The whole place is well run and has a calm, welcoming feel to it. It’s the kind of place you settle into quickly and forget you’re even staying in a serviced apartment. Would I recommend it? Without hesitation. Already have. And we’ll keep coming back. It’s rare to find somewhere this easy, this consistent, and this well run—especially when you’re travelling as a family. Quest South Perth Foreshore gets it right.

There’s not much to fault here, but if I had to mention something, it would be the dining chairs. They have these small plastic stabilisers on the bottom of the legs that tend to shift or rotate slightly, and I found myself stubbing my toes on them more than once. It’s a minor issue, and certainly didn’t ruin the stay, but over time it became one of those little thing that you notice. A quick design fix would make a big difference there. Other than that—nothing to fault. No weird smells, no maintenance issues, no clunky check-in process. Everything works, every time. You show up, settle in, and you’re good.

Firstly I would like to pay attention to the staff, Perth and this booking was our final destination of our long and exciting trip in Australia, and two wonderful women at reception gave us amazing recommendations for our stay, places to visit, and we did it, especially loved Rottnest island, to see Quokka in wild nature, to snorkel in calm and clean waters, to ride the bike all over the island, on the mainland to taste local wines, visit nature parks, beaches. Speaking of room, it was cosy and had everything we needed. Next time in Perth, will stay there again. Thank you!

Great aparthotel in excellent location. We stayed for multiple nights and had 2 studio apartments. One had a great view, the other one less so but both were excellent. Comfy beds, super functional apartments with all you can need. We used the laundry and were provided with clothes dryers by reception. Great gym and excellent that you can borrow a mountain bike to cycle the foreshore. Location is excellent near lots of restaurants and pubs and easy to get to CBD. Staff were super friendly and helpful and parking was fine.

Nothing it was great.

Awesome. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel since March this year. The location of the hotel is excellent we can get a 24 hour supermarket within a second. The staff in this hotel shows their professionalism and service (especially Michael) that makes you feel like they are your best friends whenever you encountered any problem they are just right there to help. The facilities of the hotel is modern, clean and cozy, I will for sure recommend this hotel to everyone who will visit Perth. They will give you an memorable hospitality experience.

Nothing at all

We love the location, esp being country clients - above an amazing grocery store, chemist, near beaut shops & restaurants & the Windsor Hotel, the river & ferry, short walk to the zoo. Terrific views of the city. Ability to gain access easily at 3am after a late flight in. Great communication whilst overseas with PIN code for access etc - thanks Rahul :-) And a lovely surprise of a room upgrade - was so much appreciated! The studio room would’ve been more than fine, but when we walked into the room (exhausted at 3am) we realised it was a two bedroom self contained room instead :-) - being able to wash & dry our clothes and also the extra space to host our kids & their partners the second night with a quick cuppa after a meal out with them before saying goodbye was a really unexpected bonus, thank you :-) Also the great easy spacious parking facility - worth $25/night. All staff so friendly :-) Very clean & modern, they’ve thought of everything :-)

Nothing - everything exceeded our expectations, as per our previous stay.

The apartment has everything you expect and more. In terms of in-room amenities, every single thing is well thought out and placed so you can expect a very enjoyable stay without the need to bring your own supplies. This includes laundry powder, dishwashing liquid, hangers and hanging space. The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen that is able to handle most cooking. Location is superb with great views of the Swan River and the huge open grass space in front, beautiful at sunrise and sunset. There is a fully stocked supermarket just downstairs and a short walk to multiple great food options Staff service is excellent. They're warm and welcoming and always mindful of your needs. I would most definitely stay here again on my return to Perth.

Not so much of a downside but I wanted to inform that showering my 1-year old wasn't very convenient as there was no detachable showerheads available. However I made do with a bucket and scoop from BigW. I still rate this facility a solid 10/10 as I don't see this as a downside

The front office staff particularly Ms Sharon and Mr Julian are so helpful and friendly. Makes a big difference as they are so welcoming. The 2 ladies servicing the room on 5th floor were also very good maintaining my room in tip top condition. Overall, I had a great stay and will be staying here in my next visit during spring.

Nothing much really.

The room was cleaned and organised. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, provided us clear direction on carpark access, recommendation of restaurants and extension of check out time.

Minor feedback: 1. kitchen appliances and one of the single bed were abit wear-off. However, it need occupants to help to handle with care on all appliances. 2. water seeage from bottom of the bathroom glass door. maybe can hv rubber strip below to prevent the water from seeping out.😅

Great location by the water in South Perth with exceptional views. Comfortable room with a large bed and kitchenette with coffee and basic cooking equipment. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially the housekeeping staff.

I didn't like that some staff members would use the gym balcony for their cigarette break. It was very offputting while I was working out. Unfortunately, I encountered a massive cockroach in one of the kitchen cupboards, which freaked me out.
