Excellent apartment and even better host! Stayed at the apartment for 3 nights after a long week of hiking in Montenegro. The apartment is clean, spacious, light and has an amazing balcony with the view of the bay. Everything what you might need including a washing machine, cutlery, clothes dries, fridge, wifi and tv- were present. The owner, Goran, was super friendly and very easy to reach. Was really helpful in regards to finding local amenities.

This is no reflection on the apartment or Goran, however the roads in Montenegro are crazy. Super steep and super narrow, it was a massive struggle to get through the overparked narrow road. That added some stress but didn't affect our stay.

Goran is a wonderful host and made me feel so at home from the moment I arrived. He also helped me arrange my travel to my next stop. The apartment was great, even nicer than the photos and had everything I needed. I spent a lot of time admiring the view from the large private balcony. The old town is only a 10 minute walk away and there are two supermarkets at the bottom of the hill. I thoroughly recommend Kotor and Apartments Lazarevic.

It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom as it was very warm at night even in early October. I was very happy with the location, but as it is up a hill with a narrow road it could be challenging for some guests.

The apartment was as advertised and more; it was extremely well equipped, with additional coffee, water and other amenities that you don't often get in a holiday let. As we were there for 5 days, we made use of the washing machine, and conveniently, washing powder was provided. The location was the perfect distance outside the old town to be quiet enough, but still within walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The host, Goran, went out of his way to help us. We were collected very late from the bus station and dropped there 5 days later. The apartment was very spacious, with a great balcony with a lovely view.

Nothing really - it was as expected and as advertised. It is located up a hill but we live on a hill, so were used to the climb. The aircon was a little loud, but I think that's pretty normal.

This apartment was a real highlight of our trip to Kotor. Could not recommend Apartments Lazarevic enough. This place was fantastic, spacious, clean and with excellent facilities. Goran is a wonderful host, always on hand to help and always just a text away to answer any queries. Really appreciated the fridge being stocked with beer and water, and the snacks awaiting us when we arrived. The view from the balcony is beautiful, we spent hours sitting outside enjoying the view. The apartment has everything, a washing machine, coffee machine, cooker, small grill, anything you can think of. There is absolutely no noise at night time. It’s a ten minute walk from the old town, the walk is slightly challenging as it is uphill on the way home but it’s completely worth it. Road is narrow to drive but no problem when you get used to it.

- The Balcony was the highlight, but it doesn't get any breeze and can get a bit loud and hot because of the AC unit - The bedroom was a bit hot in the summer as the AC unit is in the living room and the A/C doesn't easily reach the bedroom - The Apartment is a 17 min walk from downtown on pretty steep roads so can be a bit of a trek coming back after dinner - Driving to the apartment is up very narrow and windy roads and difficult esp at night

Stayed in the ground floor apartment which has a large private terrace with spectacular views over the bay. Goran kindly picked us up from the bus station and offered helpful advice and had turned on the air con in the apartment for us and put beer in the fridge. The apartment is uphill and approximately 15 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minutes to the beach and is located in a peaceful area and is very quiet. It is a compact apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay and we loved our time here and would not hesitate to recommend it!

Although my stay was cut short by 1 day due to a flight delay, the hosts were very accommodating and helpful in making sure that we could make use of whatever time we had in the apartment. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and had all the facilities one could think of. The view from the balcony was amazing and the hosts even left some snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. I would greatly recommend this apartment for everyone to stay in if you are in Kotor.

The drive up to the apartment might be a bit challenging if you decide to drive in your own car.

Goran was a great host, picked us up, and dropped us off at the bus station. The apartment is very well presented, very clean with all the amenities you will need, and more. The views are second to none, the balcony with the view was a blessing for sitting and having breakfast or a night drink. Highly recommended.

Although it did not affect us too much, we need to mention the hills up to the apartment might not suit non active people. Specially on hot days, might need transport to get to the apartment.

Had a fabulous view out over the water as the apartment is quite high up. The road up to the apartment is a little tricky to negotiate with a manual car. There are some sharp turns and it is steep in places. However the view does make up for it from the balcony, which has a table and chairs and a couple of deck chairs. Fairly easy to walk down into town, maybe 10 minutes. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a washing machine and clothes dryer, which was very useful to us. Communication with the owner was very easy. Recommend a stay here without question.

The only down side was the shower room, it could be a bit tricky if you were not totally able. The shower sides were quite high to climb into, more like a bath.

Excellent apartment, good location and super nice owner. We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is a 10 minute walk from the beach and old town of Kotor. Although it's a bit of a steep road, it's actually quite easy to walk because it's such a short distance. If you come by car, a Diesel car is probably easier to climb up the roads. You can also take it to explore places around. The apartment has got everything you need, and was very clean. The view into Kotor Bay s stunning. The owner was super nice and helpful and gave good tips of what to do. It seems that a lot of tourist only spend very little time in Kotor, but for us 5 nights were great. It gave us the freedom to explore the place while also relaxing at the beach for some time. Definitely recommend.
