Bed was extremely comfortable!! Room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony and amazing views. Lobby is fab. Pool area was also lovely - we went in September and it was nice and quiet. 3 pools (kids pool, main pool, and jacuzzi/ spa pool) to choose from. Staff are so helpful and very nice.

Walls are thin and sound travels very easily between rooms. Unfortunately we were next to a very noisy room that went into the night. Bit of a walk to the centre, about 10 mins (up to 30 mins to some of the restaurants on the other side). Its actually a lovely walk and we enjoyed doing it every day, but something to bear in mind if you struggle walking or have kids etc (it’s a little hilly, like all of Airlie Beach).

Accommodation is in a handy location - about a 10 or 15 minute walk into the centre of airlie beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool is decent and the heated spa is very nice. It’s on a steep hill and unfortunately my partner suffered a fall during wet conditions. We continued about our day as normal but she has been feeling some neck pain. I didn’t notice any signage stating that the surface can be slippery when wet. The Sebel should consider actioning this. Overall a great stay but definitely take care on the hill.

Rooms and view from the balcony are amazing, the staff are very accommodating and it's a short walk into the main part of Airlie beach. The pool area is tidy and a great way to cool off and tan. The hotel is very accessible with taxis just a button push away and they will handle travel to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee.

The bathroom is a slip hazard and water seems to pool and stay on the floor. Due to the shower/bath not being fully contained a lot of water will run off and escape the bath making the tiled steps and tiled floor quite slippery. The metal handle on the wall is awkward and slippery once wet. My partner slipped getting out of the bath and dislocated her finger on our most recent visit.

The outstanding staff Dani , Nicole, and the entire guest service team were the highlight here, in a properly that really needs refreshing. The rooms were outstanding in terms of cleanliness, view outstanding and quiet, This in a very challenging time for the staff , external construction, car park essential repairs and of course it was schoolies week . How did they handle this! With style class and a customer focus that deserves recognition

Great value for money. Easy flat walk into town centre. Awesome view from 5th floor. Pool was excellent. Communication pre arrival was excellent.

BBQ was unclean, a little more facilities in the kitchenette like one or two burner stove would have been perfect for a longer stay like ours at 8 nights, there was water from the shower that spilled over to the tiled floor which made it slippery, therefore unsafe and required additional floor mats to soak up the excess water, poor design rather than a fault.

The view was superb from my balcony, the pool, spa and when cooking on the bbq at all times of the day. The Sebel had all the amenities I wanted. A self contained Studio Unit with separate bedroom, bathroom with corner spa/shower combo, lounge/dinner/kitchen/laundry area. All areas were spacious and I checked the fireplan map and I had the smallest unit on my level 5. I loved watching the view when cooking on the bbq at nightfall when I just wanted a quiet night. The pool and spa temps and chlorine levels were perfect, both with that incredible view. I would read a book in both and then gaze up on occassion. A 7 minute stroll to town, but a few restaurants nearby in neighbouring motel and Apartment block.

Black mold in bedroom ceiling, probably due to people's misuse of aircon while leaving balcony door open and dryer. Smart tv did not recognize file format of my tv shows on my USB thumb drives and would be good to have internet via TV.

The view was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Comfy bed and nice furnishings. Complimentary late check out was very nice. Overall I would stay again!

Spa bath constantly leaks and flooding of the bathroom is a standard occurrence (extra towels needed). A little unsafe too if you've had a holiday cocktail or two. The bedroom window was in the corridor = very noisy and room was never truly dark at night. In saying all this though ... Stay was amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves - just a few little things that could be improved.

We love the location as it’s not right in the middle of the town but only a 15 minute walk. The pool area is plenty big enough and the pool a pleasant temperature even in winter. It’s also great to have a washing machine and a basic kitchenette to use throughout the stay.

There aren’t enough sun beds and those that they have around the pool aren’t that comfortable. The ones in the balcony’s would be better. I love that there is a gym there but would feel like it was more sanitary if it wasn’t a carpeted floor.

The location was really good and the views were absolutely beautiful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s also very good it has an elevator.

I thought the kitchen was under stocked. There were no pans for the oven. No tongs, no decent kitchen knife. Also, the steps in and out of the pool and Spa are really not good. They are way too high between each one. Some sort of hand rail would be good.

We had a one bedroom 60m2 apartment on the second floor with a large deck out from lounge with great view over Airlie Marina. The deal we had using Booking .com was very attractive considerably less that the rack rate . Parking was free and under cover with lifts up from the internal carpark.

The apartment was only serviced if you stayed 8 days. The bathroom had a spa bath with shower head and was not that easy to get in and out off.
