The receptionist when we got there, very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was lovely and v clean. Bed was comfortable with a great shower in bathroom. There was a good range of food offered for breakfast. The area outside the hotel was lively and authentically Greek. Our room looked out over the courtyard and was extremely quiet, in fact the whole hotel must have been well sound proofed as there was generally very little noise despite it being really busy. Although out of the way, if you didn't want to walk there was a bus stop around the corner more or less behind the hotel with a bus service to the main square

I personally loved the area, but it is out of the way from main attractions and areas. Although the breakfast on offer was a good mix, the dining area could have done with being a little larger at busy times, maybe by utilising the area on the landing, to be fair though when it is not busy it is more than sufficient and without giving each room a different time or booking in advance it would be difficult to manage. Most receptionist were lovely and bent over backwards to help, but there's always one - I don't think she looked up from the desk when we came in... Our room looked out into the courtyard, so the view wasn't much to be fair but very quiet.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The location is typically Greek, beautiful cafes, restaurants and bakeries in the surroundings. Narrow streets and sidewalks can cause problems, but we walked here even with a stroller. The locals were very welcoming. The Telesilla room was large enough, quiet and always perfectly clean. We really liked the terrace for breakfast, but also for relaxing.

Better quality and more varied breakfast. Ideally local food. The nearby neighborhoods towards the archaeological museum do not seem very safe and nice.

We got upgraded to a room with a small balcony, which was really nice. The room was lovely - not very big but well equipped. Separate shower and toilet, nice double bed and kettle, coffee machine, etc. Really nice. Plenty of room for storage. The people working at the hotel were really nice and helpful. The cleaning was amazing and very thorough. The breakfast is served on the top floor, and the breakfast room has a view over the rooftops. There are a lot of different foods and drinks to choose from.

The breakfast was served between 8 - 10 AM, but arriving at 9.30 AM, a lot of the selections were missing because they were not refilled. One morning, there were no clean plates and glasses. The coffee was really bad so I only had tea. The nice lady working there also had a really hard time keeping up with restocking food, cleaning tables, and keeping everything running.

A new hotel, I liked its location - a quiet location in a charming neighborhood. A new hotel, which opened last August. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent on the roof - a pleasure, there are not many people, there is no pressure in the dining room. The staff is amazing - they help you as much as you want. It's not just a hotel - my partner and I felt right at home! I will go back there for sure. It was a pleasure - highly recommend!

Beautiful location, near the center, and in walking distance to most attractions. Many restaurant options and some shopping are also near. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. Our overall experience is 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

It was very clean, beautiful hotel close to the city center and close to the highest hill in Athens where the city can be seen from the top of the hill

A room was a bit small, but still sufficient and cozy, with bathrobes and slippers provided, with a balcony to the street and blindes for sound isolation

I visit Athens for work for a week and stay in this lovely hotel. I would like to start by saying that the staff is awesome! Very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. My room was a good size, with a nice fancy shower, a separate toilet, and a good-sized wardrobe. There was a kettle in the room, with coffee and tea assortments and a mini-bar with a small fridge. The bed was comfortable. The room had A/C, which for me was a nice plus. The breakfast was very nice, with eggs, cheeses, hams, jams, and a bunch of different types of bread. The coffee was very nice. Definitely, a great place to stay in Athens.

For me, the pillows were a bit too flat, but nothing dramatic.

Leo and his Team a wonderful, everything was perfekt. After Bayern München won the German Championship again ( i waschen the game with the team), i was very sad and went to my room. Than they bring me a Ouzo- fantastic.

It's super sweet, family boutique-hotel, with kindness staff I have ever seen!!!! Very clean and cozy rooms, and good breakfast. If we're coming again, we would definitely choose Neapolis for the second time ❤️

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had every basic needs covered (very nice shower!). Even if our's was near the streat it was enough quite. The position was good and in the streets near the hotel you could find very cute places to eat and drink traditional food and not.

The distance from the centre was a little bit too much for us since we like visiting the city only by feet (and even when we tried to buy some bus tickets it was quite challenging). The room wasn't very big but it was enough for us.
