Clean Cosy Comfortable This is the motto of the motel and it truly delivered 500% as promised! The outside looked pretty average but once you are in, it’s just mind blowing. Rob the new owner has done an amazing job refurbishing the motel and everything is just immaculate. Fabulous value for money, sooooo spotless, friendliest service and, it actually got so comfy we dropped plans to eat out and ordered delivery instead. Everything you need and more, is just here. A home away from home. Location is perfect as well, a stone’s throw from Maccas and a short walk to the main town and all other attractions. We’ll definitely be back staying here whenever we visit Warrnambool. Super highly recommended!

Great comfortable mattresses, clean family room with smart TV and charging ports (thank you:). We very much appreciated that, although after hours, we had a leaking toilet fixed within 15 minutes. Great work!

Bathroom was a bit dated, but clean nevertheless, and the window between bathroom and bedroom meant that we woke each other up at night time when using the lights in the bathroom. Could easily be fixed by blocking/painting the glass. Also, for the family room, it was on the squishy side with 4 people occupying the room, but ok for a night or two.

The owners worked really hard at making this a welcoming place to stay. They were responsive on the phone and via Booking.com. The sheets and pillow cases felt amazing - really lovely quality. Extra towels were provided which was good for the beach or the hot springs. Location was excellent too, the main street just across the road. Everything you would expect from a 4 star establishment at a 3 star price.

As soon as we walked into the room it had a lovely, clean smell which was inviting. The bedding was very clean and comfortable. Rob facilitated the check in, check out process. The experience was great, we’ll be back soon!😊 Close to many great places!

It would be ideal if each room had a numbered car parking spot. The parking spots were quite tight for our 4x4 as most cars that were parked there were also 4x4. My partner and I got back from dinner and there wasn’t anywhere to park. Thankfully he’s a truck driver and was able to squeeze into a spot at the very end against the wall. The shower pressure gave us a good laugh, we thought it would be quite low but when we first turned it on it was on pressure washer level, we managed to set it to a sweet spot though!

What a fantastic place. Everything was very clean and lovely. The wifi was fast and efficient and easy to connect to. We'd booked a room, and I had emailed Rob that we were running a bit late because it was pouring rain, but looking forward to being warm and dry. When we arrived, Rob was super friendly and gave us a free upgrade to an apartment. He was very friendly and told us of points of interest in the area. The bed was VERY comfortable and the shower was wonderful. I couldn't speak more highly of the place.

Absolutely amazing stay! We booked last minute and Rob was very accommodating. We turned up late but they made sure everything was taken care of - really easy key pick up system. We also got upgraded and the room was beautiful and so clean. Definitely stay here! We also spoke with two ladies who were cleaning the room the next morning and they were super friendly and helpful with recommendations for local travel. Couldn’t have asked for more on a last minute, extremely reasonable motel!

That you have a manned and accessible Reception with friendly and helpful staff who make it easy and pleasant to check in. Your other staff and managers were also very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. The room and site was very clean, attractive and well maintained. The position of your Motel is excellent and we were able to easily access, on foot, a wide variety of shops, restaurants and interesting sites.

The temperature of the water in the shower kept changing and was difficult to get right. The curtain in the front window was sticky and difficult to move.

Staff were very flexible when we had to leave our 2nd car there for a day. Room had everything we wanted - a proper table & chairs, comfy lounge chairs, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good and hot. Location was quiet and easy to access.

Room was advertised as 32sq mtrs, but it felt smaller. Crockery & cutlery supplied but only the very basics. A small sharp knife would have been useful for cutting fruit, cake slices, etc. Shower was small, but water pressure & temperature were excellent.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this motel! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The location was perfect—conveniently close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay with this price.

Whilst we never met him in person, Rob (owner) was super friendly via text from the moment we made a booking. My friend's room had a slight problem with the bathroom sink but it was quickly dealt with. The housekeeping staff were also lovely! They did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy. Despite not having a kitchen, the room had basic facilities (incl. a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, plates, bowls and cutleries) which allowed us to have simple breakfast in the room. The location was great and we could walk to all amenities including cafes for our morning coffees. My friends, visiting from overseas, liked that the motel was opposite McDonald's and went there for breakfast.

Wifi was a bit unstable but we just had to use our mobile data, which was not a big deal.
