Everything is local to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. It's lovely and quiet and extremely clean and tidy. Our bungalow had recently been refurbished and also had a dish washer and washing machine and has everything you need if you wish to cook including oven with grill, toaster, microwave etc t.towels and there are additional washing machines on site if you need it. There is a bar which serves food also and offers some entertainment. There's plenty of sun beds and seating and beach towels to use around the pool are provided. This was our second visit and we will return again.

I would of liked more English channels or netflix on TV and salt and pepper for food but will bring this with us next time.

Our apartment had recently been refurbished and has been done beautifully to a very high standard. The layout of the complex is brilliant and from what we could see, all of the apartments face the sun and all have large terraces with table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool area is also perfect to soak up the sun and there are strict rules about the sun beds (so no annoying people putting towels on them at the crack of dawn). The pool bar only opened towards the end of our stay, we think it was being refurbished, but again it looked lovely. If you are arriving by ferry from one of the other islands as we did, the complex is only a short walk, so no need for a taxi. The main promenade is also only a few minutes away as is the main supermarket, and the bus station, so the complex is honestly in one of the best locations. The two ladies on the reception were lovely and most helpfully. We are definitely going to return to this complex sometime soon.

The pool is heated, so not freezing, but could definitely do with being a bit warmer. If you have an early flight and are planning to travel to the airport by bus, the airport bus on Saturday's doesn't depart until 08:50 and a taxi is about 50 - 55 euro.

Ona Las Casitas is beautiful. It looks just like the photos on the website... but BETTER! The studio villa was really nice. Well equiped, clean and in a fantastic place overlooking the pool. The staff were great, friendly, courteous and only too happy to help and give any advice asked of them. The food in the bar/restraunt was delicious and freshly prepared. And the bar staff were great too! There is entertainment on most nights in the bar, we were close to the bar and there music etc was never excessive, noisy or annoying. Music etc doesnt bother us, but it needs mentioning as it could be important to some visitors. Again showing how well set up and considerately the resort is managed. The location is just about perfect for access to the sea front at Playa Blanca, the marina, shops and public transport. It is only a very easy five minute stroll to Playa Blanca bus station. We loved every momment and cannot wait to go again, because we certaintly want to. Thanks to all the staff and best wishes. We had a great stay!

What we did not like... Having to come home!

Fantastic apartment that had been renovated. Staff were all super friendly. We had been there over a week though before the bedding got changed & the apartment was cleaned. When it did get cleaned it was great but I think they had forgotten we were there. Las Casitas is a fab complex with a great pool bar that offers very good food. My only gripe I had is that there is no street lightening on the road up to Las Casitas which can be very intimidating if you are on your own as it is very dark. But overall I would definitely recommend this complex & if you are lucky enough to get a renovated apartment then it’s perfect 🤩.

The location was ideal, the right end of the prom across the road from one of the gated entrances. The main entrance was across the road from a well stocked supermarket. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. On our last night we ate in the poolside bar/restaurant and we both said it was the best pizza ever. And not expensive like some locations would charge. The gardens were kept immaculately and the villas were spotless. We will definitely return. Thank you Ona Las Casitas for our wonderful stay.

There was nothing we didn't like!

Immaculate and spacious with everything you could want. Well kept grounds, this is our third trip and we stumbled upon here on our last trip and visited multiple times due to the gluten free options for our daughter. And we knew we wanted to try, I’m so glad we did we have already booked for later in the year.

Not so much a not like , but washing machines in the accommodation would give the properties an 11 out of 10. We are returning for 17 nights with our 2 children and I know there are communal washing machines which is great, I feel as there is a dishwasher me personally I would swap that out for a washer purely for the convenience.

The bungalows are well equipped with just about everything you need, even a dishwasher which wasn't used much so sadly had a musty smell so we didn't use it either. Some of the crockery in the kitchen was dirty, presumably left by the previous folk, maybe should be checked by the cleaners? The area around the bungalows is very well kept and worked on daily. The prices in the bar are good and staff welcoming. Ate there one night and it was very good. Shower facilities very good, towels changed halfway through week and bedding. Pool towels provided Downside for us was the usual moan of towels on sunbeds and no one there for hours. Lack of sunshade around the pool and noise from nearby dual carriageway. Excellently placed for what I call the old town, prom and beach. Great supermarkets very close by. I wouldn't hesitate to go back but would try to get a bubgalow further away from the road.

We have been to Las Casitas many times and always love it. The location is excellent and the development is a great size. You feel like you are staying in a friendly community. We will continue to vacation there!

The Villa was subject to building works on the outside. We were fortunately relocated after a few days making the last week a bit more peaceful. Also, the pool area could do with some attention. We had a toddler who fell on the rough concrete areas causing grazing to her legs

We loved the location, it was spot on, felt in the middle of everything. Resort was lovely and calm.

We booked to come for christmas and we were all excited but when we arrived we learnt that the restaurant was full for christmas day, we were upset but found somewhere else to eat, we then had some time after we got back from christmas lunch and thought we would go for a drink but they refused to serve us a drink as we were not eating so was turned away and thought we should of been warned about this
