I loved the convenient location. It's close to the train station and, therefore, the airport, but it's also close to city transportation, restaurants, cafes and even a grocery store and some tourist attractions. The staff is courteous and helpful and the rooms, although small, are clean and comfortable.

The hotel kept the heat quite high and we were unable to adjust it. Consequently, we had to keep our window open. However, our room faced the street side, so it was quite noisy and, therefore, difficult for sleeping.

The location besides Roma Termini is perfect when you want a transfer hotel just for the night.

If you're looking for the perfect stay in Rome, this is it. Located directly in front of Roma Termini station.. The staff went above and beyond—special thanks to Cristina, Lorenzo, and Simone for their outstanding support and warm hospitality. I was especially impressed by the breakfast selection, which even included lactose-free milk and yogurt—such a thoughtful touch for those with dietary needs like me.

There are a couple of things to keep in mind during your stay. First off, there’s just one lift available, and it can accommodate up to three people at a time. Additionally, it seems the air conditioning was a bit temperamental; the room felt quite warm, and I can only imagine how toasty it might get in the summer heat. Also, keep an eye on the shower drain—it’s a bit slow, and it takes quite a while for the water to clear.

I liked the LOCATION. it was directly across the street from Termini train station that takes you to both the airport and Tren Italia and train .Italo and when I go to Rome I need to be near Termini train station because I go to different places throughout Italy using Rome as my home base. It is a very charming old fashioned hotel. It does not have key cards it has old fashioned bronze keys that are reminiscent of the 1930's which I love since I am a Historian. I love the safety. There is a front desk with a person all day and all night watching who comes in and who goes out so my daughter and I felt very safe. The bathroom was very clean. Right across the street is the taxi line to take you anywhere you want to go in Rome as well as all buses if you care to save money. I loved it. and I prefer this hotel to any "modern" hotel in Italy.

There were no blankets It was mid April and Rome is still chilly. I didn't know how chilly it would be There was only a sheet and a bedspread but I went to the front desk and asked for two blankets for the second night and they promptly delivered two clean woolen blankets.

It’s nice to stay in an old kind of Italian building, the room was overall clean. The location was great, as it’s close to the train station and many bus stations. This makes it easy to get there from the airport and also easy and fast to reach many of Rome’s attractions.

There was some mold on the edges of the shower cabinet. Besides that it was clean. Also, I could easily hear the water running through the pipes when someone in the upper rooms was using probably the shower. I guess it’s a downside when being in an old building.

The location of this property is excellent. It is just across the road from the railway station and the cafes and restaurants are very close by. We were able to walk to the popular tourist spots of the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the Colosseum . Our room was on the sixth floor and although we chose to use the stairs, there is a small two person lift. The room had a view of the city and although this hotel is in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff at reception and our cleaner were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our room rate and there were many options to choose from but hot foods are not part of the selection.

The bathroom, in particular the shower, is very small but was adequate for us.

- The hotel is located right across from Roma Termini railway station. We had an early flight, so we quickly got to the regular airport bus that departs from the train station; - The room had toiletries; - If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the storage room.

The view from the window was of the building’s inner courtyard, where the restaurant vents also face, causing an unpleasant smell of greasy food and making it impossible to open the windows. The walls in the room were very dirty, and the lighting was dim. The room is suitable only for spending the night and leaving.

I was a bit concerned since this hotel is in the Termini area and not necessarily a nice area. But, it was right across the street from the exit/entrance to Termini. Couldn’t be easier to find and I had no problems with people in the area bothering me. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, room clean, elevator to help with the luggage. The breakfast was delicious, large selection on the buffet, and friendly attentive staff there as well. I usually get an apartment when staying for a longer time period. But will book here again when I am in town for only one or two nights. The review has my husband’s name on it, but I am a woman and stayed here alone with no problems.

Hotel right by Roma Termini for trains, buses, metro yet quiet. Good breakfast. Luggage storage. Pleasant staff.

We found it hard to find as we were looking for Hotel Raeli but it was Hotel Siracusa on all the signs. Fortunately the doormat said Raeli so we found it eventually. The plumbing from the next door room was clearly heard from our bedroom.

Certainly an ideal location for those travelling by train. Rooms spacious in the more traditional style. Buffet breakfast quite reasonable.

Long faced reception staff who all appeared to want to be anywhere else but at work. Interactions all rather laboured and strained.
