Best hotel service we’ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly and warm. Absolutely recommend this place for everyone. The view from our rooms was fantastic (overlooking the valley and mountains), breakfast was delicious, everything was super clean. We had our laundry done, were able to safely leave our belongings for the day once we checked out and were offered a shower when we came back to pick them up in the evening. Also, we were given water for our trip leaving Sa Pa. Best wishes to the people working there, they are very kind.

Great location and wonderful staff. We got a free room upgrade which was lovely but the design of the shower/tub was very awkward and leaked so we asked to be put back to the original room we booked which they did. The beds had electric blankets which was great as it was quite cold when we were there. Overall our stay was great, staff went above and beyond when we wanted to move rooms and enquired about a bus to our next destination.

The shower head pointed towards the wall which made the water flow down to the back of the tub and made the floor wet. The hole in the tub just leaked out onto the floor too. The whole design of the shower needs re-assessing. No shower curtain.

Cat Cat View is a large hotel with spacious rooms. The bed was comfy and had an electric blanket if needed. The balcony and the rooftop café give great views of the surrounding mountains . . . if they're not shrouded in cloud!! The staff are really friendly and provide a great breakfast. The hotel is on the main road leading down to Cat Cat Village, which means it's busy during the day. (Although quiet at night) There are many eating places and shops along the road. Unfortunately, sound carries within the hotel, so if there are inconsiderate guests, you can be disturbed.

The room was large, clean, nicely furnished and with a balcony. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but tasty, I particularly liked the beef noodle soup. There's an open seating area on the rooftop with nice views. They also arranged a tour to the Sunday market in Bac Ha, worth seeing. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

The shower was hot and with good water pressure, but I would have preferred that the water remained hot for longer. Not a big deal though.

This is an excellently located hotel with large rooms and super friendly staff. I booked this last minute due to landslides preventing me from getting to my other hotel and it was an excellent choice for the two nights I needed.

The only issue was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and as the shower is in the bath there is no bath mat outside and the floor got very slippery. otherwise this is a great spot.

This locally owned hotel is a great value. The service here is excellent. They made us feel welcome and took care of our needs, including booking local tours, calling cabs, and accommodating my mom's dietary restrictions. The view from the top balcony is fantastic. I'd stay here again.

It's a little noisy due to construction nearby, which is only temporary. The rooms are a little dated but clean and spacious.

Fantastic location. Lovely sized room. Yummy breakfast and great coffee. We arrived a lot earlier than check-in time,they accommodated us with a waiting room which had a bed and toilet and shower. Incredible views from the terrace. Organised a motorcycle for us to explore Sa Pa, which was fantastic. Absolutely beautiful staff ,so kind ,such a lovely family. Highly recommend. The location was really good and a short walking distance to the centre. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly always happy to help and answer any questions. The view from this hotel is amazing!

The room was perfect for our hiking trip. They serve delicious breakfast and the room was well equipped. The staff was super helpful and kind. We had an accident and they came with us to the doctor, translated, got a taxi, treated us extremely well. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We liked everything

We came back here for a second stay after our trekking tour, because the first one was so nice. Again we have got a beautiful room. The team was very friendly again. The helped with booking the bus ticket and brought us directly to the bus. Thanks for all your support! For breakfast it was the first with baguette after quote some poor pancake breakfast on the tour!
