The breakfast was greasy and my self and my friend actually had upset tums after eating it , we didn’t eat it all , choice was good for breakfast , extra toast etc , the staff were very nice and friendly, the second morning we obviously didn’t have the full Lancashire breakfast,a shame really , maybe on our next visit , if we order a cooked breakfast and it comes how it came, we will just send it back .

Clean, picturesque, great location, restaurant and food very nice, spa facilities excellent. Every single member of staff very attentive, friendly yet professional. Very personal touch from all employees they are all a credit to the hotel.

The only negative is that the spa hour on the morning before of check out is not very well timed as it is 9-10 and breakfast is 8-1030 so if you don’t go to breakfast at 8am you will lose out on the spa or miss out on breakfast if you go the spa 9-10 as no time to shower then go for breakfast as it finishes at 1030. So a bit of flexibility on the morning of check out spa hour would be welcome, for example up to 12 for the spa hour so you could go after check out.

Was surprised by the outside as Experian old manor type house but still pleasant. Once inside we were greeted with a smile. Loved the bar area facing the reception. The room was lovely and everywhere else was more than I could have hoped for. The food and service was outstanding as was all the staff. Thank you for making a much needed break, with my daughter who is going through a difficult time at present, outstanding

The spa, bedroom, surroundings, Italian restaurant, staff.

The orangery restaurant wasn’t much choice to choose from and wasn’t much food to fill me up and very expensive. The chips was like eating salt. The staff were very friendly though but it just wasn’t for me really, I did prefer the Italian and was great value for money. The beds and pillows wasn’t the comfiest either, it was a bit hard.

What a fabulous experience. My fist visit to Ribby Hall but it certainly wont be my last. I travelled solo and i felt so relaxed, not awkward in the slightest. The staff were super helpful and accomodating, the hotel itself was stunning at every turn. The spa was the best spa i have ever visited. I am already planning my next solo vist :) Food was out of this world.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The food in the restaurant was superb but I was glad that I had a dinner allowance of £35 per person as it was expensive and the allowance did not cover the cost of a main course. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The spa facilities were lovely. We had half price treatments on special offer which we enjoyed. Option to have breakfast in room we took for £3. All staff were fabulous.

Very expensive.

Staff were particularly friendly and accommodating. Excellent food in the Orangery Restaurant, if a little pricey. Great service in the bar and restaurant. The room was excellent, particularly the walk-in shower much appreciated by 70+ residents like us.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me and the pillows too hard, although the hotel changed these for us when requested.

All staff seemed genuinely happy in their work and a byproduct seemed to be sincere efforts to provide professional, excellent service across my entire stay. Kudos to the management team for setting the culture and staff for your care and attention to detail

Very minor, would have liked face towels in my room

So we came for a nights stay for our anniversary, the staff were all so lovely! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. We had a hot stone massage which was the best massage we have ever had. The bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Came out feeling fully pampered and enjoyed every second. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner.

That we paid £75 dinner credit and was only able to get a main each and share a dessert. Obviously drinks is fine but didn't think after all I had spend we would have to cover meal bills and not get a full meal. The portions were very small to.. but the food was EXCELLENT to what we had.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very attentive. We would like to mention Laura she alienated to our television in our room to chrome cast the Olympics from BBC . The television wasn't able to transmit BBC .Laura went above and beyond tofix it and succeeded
