Very good location , 5-7minute walk to the Karlsplatz, train, tram, bus stations. Clean and comfortable room, only in the street side is noisy in the evening. But for us it is ok )) Welcome chocolates Coffee machine, tea,water, slippers and even bathrobes in the room. There is only shower gel and shampoo 2 in one. No toothpaste and brushes, but it is ok for us. We always take with us. Good and taste breakfast. Good and helpful personal in reception, kitchen kitchen. Very nice housekeeper )) Check in was at 15:00 but room was ready at 13:00. They even make a sofa bed for our child. All was good . Thanks!!!

The location was very good. The subway/train station was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The Marienplatz was about 5 minutes. There were plenty of small stores in sight for anything we needed. The room was large and clean. The cleaning service was very good everyday.

The staff tried to charge us for 3 breakfasts that we never had. At 21 euro, this was a lot of money for a meal we did not eat. It took quite a while to correct the problem. The court yard was very small, and no where to sit.

I would like to start off my review by mentioning the name of the reception employee that made our stay feel different from any other hotel. Roy Yanni is in charge of front desk (reception at the hotel)…, he made my family and myself feel welcomed and taken care of. No request was too much for this man. He would go to any end to make sure you felt comfortable and happy during your stay. In my honest opinion, when it comes to customer service this man ticks all the boxes. It really showed me how small gestures, professionalism, and a positive attitude could go a long way in making guests happy and looking forward to their next stay. Considering many employees get trained in customer service, Roy Yanni should be set as an example for the rest to come. I can safely say that he upped the bar for my next encounter with any other hotel or establishment. To conclude, I consider our stay at the hotel different to any in Europe. I applaud the hotel on their hospitality, comfort, and choice of staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is wondering if they should visit.

Fabulous location in Old Town, lovely room and super clean. Very comfortable bed and facilities in room. Reception staff were wonderful, even while being harangued by an unhappy guest complaining about cost of parking. The staff memer kept his cool, patiently explaining things to the departing guest, all the while keeping a smile on his face. He was also alone on the front desk during a busy checkout period. Unfortunately we did not get his name but he was an older gentleman with infinite patience 😇

Streetworks outside our window early in morning. Also, hotel seemed a little understaffed, with barman having to make and serve drinks along with taking room service orders. Some customers were getting cross with delay for service. Also restaurant on first floor did not appear to be open although advertised as open. Had to wait half an hour for car to be brought out from valet parking.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was about 15 minute walk from Oktoberfest venue and very close to parade route.

When the elevator broke and we were going up to our room to get ready to pack they said it would be broken until 2pm. We asked if there would be someone that could help us with our bags when we had to come back down from the 5 th floor they said no. Fortunately, by the time we came down the elevator had been fixed but I was just surprised that a hotel of this quality wouldn’t have staff available to help in that type of situation.

Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is quite convenient to the train station. The old town is just a short walk away. Felt very safe with my family. We had amazing Doner kebab that was right next door and breakfast a cafe a block down. They had a locked storage room for our bags before check in. It is such a great deal.

Bathroom is a bit small and shower was a tight space for my 6'4" husband, but we would definitely stay there again.

Comfy, cosy room. Great location; walking distance to the sights and train station. Breakfast is good. The staff are so helpful and friendly and are great with children. The ladies at reception were so kind to my two girls and remembered them when we returned.

This is totally out of control of the hotel but be mindful, Schiller Strasse has lots of cafes with hookah pipes etc. Don’t let that put you off though.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is quite rude. Especially one lady whose name I don't know unfortunately. The hotel is located on a noisy and +18 street. If you are going to visit with children, I don't recommend it.

The front desk lady who dealt with us (Anna) was quite amazing. She helped us, guided us, and made sure our trip went well, including smooth checkout. Rooms were comfortable. Excellent location.

Having a small fridge in the room would have been very useful.

The hotel is truly close to the city center – just a 7-minute walk to Karlsplatz and around 15 minutes to Marienplatz in Munich. The staff was very welcoming, especially the kitchen team, who made our stay and breakfast experience even more enjoyable. There was a good selection for breakfast. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Munich!

The single room is quite basic, but functional.
