Very central and perfect structure for visiting the city. Comfortable and large bed with an original design. Large and quiet room: in so much space, however, a real wardrobe and coat hangers are missing. Comfortable bathroom but without bidet.

The concept of the sugar free and light breakfast is interesting but too rigid with a fixed menu that cannot be changed. On the second day we only had 2 of the 4 courses provided (and the least expensive) and we were even made to pay for a second coffee.

Cute aesthetically pleasing design - I had a queen room and it had a little outdoor terrace (no view, but some chairs to sit outside and it would be great for smokers). They give you a free tote bag which I actually found very useful. There is a cafe next door open from early morning to late at night with reasonably priced breakfasts and snacks. Location is amazingly central yet my room was not noisy at night. Rooms have a smart TV and mini fridge. No fancy amenities like gym etc but perfect for a city break.

I had the "do not disturb" sign on my door, yet cleaning staff still knocked on my door at 8:30AM and when I didn't respond, the lady actually opened the door! She saw the lights were off and I was in bed, and she close the door immediately. But seriously, what is the point of those door signs if they don't even honour them?

Situated in the heart of Madrid, it was easy to explore the city's main attractions, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transport options nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable yet pleasant stay in Madrid, I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing option in the city center (close to Sol). Also close to different metro lines. The hotel was great - I would definitely recommend it. And the staff at reception were super helpful.

The only thing I wanted to mention was the size of the room which is on the smaller size so be aware of that. And also the shower - the bathroom is basically in the entrance hall and the shower is not separated by normal door (only the glass shower door). So if you’re traveling with somebody who isn’t your partner, it could get awkward.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The staff were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. It had just the right amount of space for us to feel comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and conveniently located place to stay.

The hotel was fun, clean, comfortable and the location couldn't be beat. The staff was always welcoming and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the cafe next door. The food was always good and the breakfast relationship with the hotel was appreciated. We used the Metro to travel around Madrid and the hotel was very convenient for this.

We like to do a brief yoga session after a day of walking. Since there was no exercise area and the rooms are small there was no place to stretch out.

Perfect location in the city, safe pedestrial zone. Clean, modern and nice room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Mini fridge, air condition, soundproof windows. Nice cafe on the ground floor offering a special breakfast menu for hotel guests per 12 EUR. The biggest advantage is the central location. Downside is noisy streets if the windows are open - but this is common in central Madrid and you can close the soundproof windows, which do a good job :-)

The receptionist, David, deserves special recognition for his outstanding service throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our requests were promptly attended to, making us feel welcomed and valued guests. The location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Madrid, it offered convenient access to the city's attractions and cultural landmarks. Whether we wanted to explore the historic streets of the city centre or indulge in the culinary delights of its renowned restaurants, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of our stay. One highlight of our visit was dining at Naked and Sated, a restaurant recommended by the hotel staff. Known for its healthy and gluten-free options, the food was both delicious and satisfying. In conclusion, our experience at this hotel was great. With its exceptional service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations, it made our stay in Madrid truly memorable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return in the future.

Perfect location within walking distance from main attractions. Easy public transport transfer to/from aeroport (40min). Personnel at the counter was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! We liked breakfeast in the cafe next door (charged separately). The room was super clean and recently renovated.

Not a major complain but: 1. It was too hot in the room. 2. In the evening we could easily hear the music from the store located in the same building (the store is opened till 10 p.m.)
