Location. Very spacious apartment. Enough elevators for upper floors. Two TVs.

We did not like that we had to pick up our key from reception at Daisy Apartments Complex but we actually stayed at Flora Apartments Complex. There was only one key. My husband was skiing, while I was going for walk and we were going back to our room at different times. Flora Apartments' staff were not satisfied when we left our key at reception, so any of us can pick it up at any time, because we had not checked in at their reception. It looked like they were making some kind of favor for us and we felt very uncomfortable because of this situation. When we check out, we had to go to Daisy apartments again.

It's really close to the gondola and chair lifts and the restaurants etc. We had basic pits and pans, cutlery, cups, glasses and plates. Despite the previous reviews, it had the necessary equipment for home cooking. There was daily cleaning around 12pm, which was nice. The lifts are quick going to ground floor. We didn't use restaurant or pool facilities. On demand for water, although it was a bit tainted in colour, the baths and showers where nice. Lots of room in the studio, and the tvs where upgraded to flat screen (despite the photos!) It was a pleasant stay, for the price! And if good snow fall, you can ski to the back entrance from the gondola side. Not all rooms have balconies, we had two rooms, and one had a balcony. The other room was bigger, however, but had the same cooking utensils etc included.

On entrance, we where told to go to another apartment so moved the car to daisy residence. They apologised, and said keys are kept there and that we are staying at the flora hotel. In short, part at the hotel flora, and go to main road and walk up to the building behind hotel. There will be a few buildings, the far side one on left is the daisy residence. Collect keys, you'll need passports for this. And head back to flora to your apartment. That was the only weird experience really. Just make sure you can park at the flora hotel, there is plenty parking there, but the residence behind can be tight especially during February.

Great location - 10 mins or less to slopes and supermarket. Room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding, towels and toiletries provided. Room was comfortable and spacious with fridge, kettle, and small kitchenette.

Kitchenette lacked some basic utensils - missing serving / cooking spoons, sharp knives, chopping board, strainer, can opener, tea towel - so had to be selective about what was cooked. Also the hob was small so very tricky to have two pans on at once. No obvious ski equipment storage but was fine to take them up in the lift and store in the bathroom.

This property should be a 5 start 4 start at least the hotel is in a good location the beds are comfortable and clean the bathroom is nice the rooms are big there’s a modern tv there’s a sofa balcony everything you need for a snowboard holiday and if you boujee 🥱I can hardly see why they’d complain aswell especially for the price amazing and the cleaners where amazing there everyday changed bedding new towels everyday with cute folding designs sweeping mopping flooor folding cloeths making the room look proper clean everyday the staff there are also very friendly always there to help

The only thing that proably got this property lower rating is becuase of the wifi it is extremely annoying have to pay an extra 5 lev per day per room for more internet and even then It doesn’t work too well and wen you pay for the wifi you can only use it on two devices at a time but other then that everything was perfect

Nice place for ski vacation, friendly staff who helped with everything, clean room with kitchen facilities. The restaurant is good, as well for new year celebration.

Demand a change of bed linen, which you are entitled to every 2 days, as they forget to change it. There is no good knife in the kitchen with which you can cut fruits or vegetables. It is better to bring your own if you need it. The internet often fails. It is not always possible to find a parking space. It would be good if the snow was cleared better on the steps to the parking lot and in the parking lot itself.

property is in a good location and is cleaned daily. Be aware that check in could be in a slightly different building. I had mobility issues and they were happy to come and check me in rather than me finding the other building. questions always answered through booking.com although on odd occasions this took a day or two. I’d definitely book and stay again

Excellent location and great view, 2 minutes from the sloapes which is perfect if you go skiing. Cleaning and changing towels every day/ We did not use any other facilities but just for skiing the location met our needs.

Very old furniture, nothing seems to have been refurbished for a very very long time.

Perfect location and great value for money. Spatious room with enough space for a family with a small child.

The only downfall was that there was no cutlery in the kitchenette. I cannot understand why you would install a stove and a small kitchen and leave only two coffee cups with two coffee spoons. Everything else was perfect 👌

The location of the apartment was very convenient to both the Rila slopes and the gondola. The staff were very helpful and accommodating……nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean and serviced every day if you wanted it to be. Reception was available 24/7.

The kitchen area of the apartment wasn’t very well equipped.

Apartment and building was clean and well kept, staff very friendly and helpful. Forests very quiet and beautiful, restaurants that were open were friendly and food was good.

Off season, shops were limited and didn't stock perishables such as fruit and bread. Other things were over priced. Best to drive the 10 minutes to supermarkets in samakov that have a great selection.
