Location was beautiful, especially at night with the opera house lit up and the square a hive of activity. Shopping was easy as everything was around you and no more than a 10 minute walk to buses if you needed them to get around. The room was spacious enough for 2 people, very clean and the soundproofing was excellent when you wanted the main windows/doors shut. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, cereal, bread, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled egg, sausage and bacon with various milks/juices/teas and coffee for all dietary needs and tastes.

The shower door didn't seal at the base so the floor got wet quite considerably and no Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room

The family suite worked out really well for our family - we had two rooms (each with their own bathroom) connected by a private hallway. It was quiet and spacious. The location is right in the city center and close to public transport.

The parking was a nightmare with the Christmas market ongoing. We spent so much time stuck in crowds and traffic trying to get to the parking garage that the hotel uses. If you are visiting during this time, we would strongly advise against bringing a car here. It was great that breakfast was included, but I found it a bit disappointing and with an awkward setup.

Excellent Location- Easily walk to all major tourist spots. Good Room- Comfortable and met expectations. Great Breakfast though the pancakes were tasteless.

Poor Hairdryer- Requires constant button pressing, impractical for long hair. The reception staff needs significant training in etiquette and professionalism. Instances such as walking around with unzipped trousers in front of guests are unacceptable. Additionally, revealing a surprise planned by my partner during check-in was inappropriate and ruined the moment.

We were lucky enough to have a view of the Place du Capitole which was very special. The room was immaculate and the bathroom looked newly decorated (really well) and exceptionally clean. We had three great nights' sleep. The location is right in the middle of the town so ideal for all the touristy things we wanted to do. Breakfast was continental, plentiful and hygienically laid out. The bar area was nice. We had a drink there one night after being out - there was light jazz on and we were attended to when we needed the service.

I would have loved to have been able to open the windows to get some fresh air and look out onto the square but it's probably standard in a hotel like that not to be able to. I understand but it was a shame.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Very centrally located. It is an easy walk to the train station. We would stay again.

Our room faced the central square. It was very noisy at night with them power-washing the square. Our room was very hot as the air conditioning was turned off as it was "winter". Hence, we had to leave the windows open, which brought in all the noise from the power-washing. However, the good outweighed the bad! We were only there for one night.

-Check-in experience was smooth and the staff readily provided tourism itinerary suggestions because I only had a very limited time in Toulouse. I also had a very early flight and even before the breakfast buffet opened, the staff helped to ensure I managed to get something to eat. Grateful to the staff for going above and beyond. -The staff also reached out to me on the morning before my check-in to make sure I wouldn't have issues with parking in case I was bringing a car. (I was not -- but appreciate the personal approach to informing guests and making sure arrival would be as smooth as possible.) -The room was clean and comfortable -- honestly one of the best Ibis experiences I've had. -Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location that is very central.

The view on the Place du Capitole was awesome and at the same time the isolation was excellent. We had though to sign a paper for the window to be opened: the building being protected by law, there is no railing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The mattress was very good, thankfully. The breakfast was decent.

Well, Ibis is a chain with usually only the essential. I missed a dedicated piece of furniture for the luggage, more pillows and real glasses for drinking water in the room. There is nothing in the room for making a coffee nor a fridge, but there is on the ground floor a 24-hour available boiler for tea with paper cups. The breakfast room is dark and not particularly nice.

I liked the whole high standard of the Hotel. The linen spotless and a very clean room and bathroom. The shared areas like the dining room and the bar were kept immaculate, as was the lift, landings and stairs. The housekeeping was as good as it can get I think. The location is brilliant - couldnt be better. The room was very quiet and access was very easy. Staff all pleasant and helpful. I really liked Toulouse too!

Only one thing- no coffee or tea available in my room. This downgraded their facilities score. When I wake in the morning the first thing I go for is a hot drink- tea or coffee. There is free coffee and tea available 24 hours down in reception but-its after showering, dressing and rising. I could have taken a thermos and filled it but its not the same, and I had no flask.

In the centre of Toulouse and an easy walk to restaurants.

The problem was trying to get to the car park. We were given a map and instructions but the signs around the square were not obvious and we got stuck between the bollards! Several helpful people showed us how to access the underground parking which wasn’t easy to see. Took us an hour to get to it!

Very big room, clean and comfortable. The staff is respectful and kind. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in the heart of the city, excellent location.

There was a smell of vinegar at first entrance, then it blows away. Probably they are using a eco-detergent. It may be eco-friendly but not pleasant. The heating was a huge problem. The adjusting device doesn't allow you to choose rather than 22ºC which is far from enough for heating the room. It was constantly very cold. Fortunately the bed was warm enough. There is no minibar in the room.
