I had a great room but the bathroom was very small . There is tea, coffee and croissants / biscuits available 24/7. Alessia and Daniel are superb and nothing was too much trouble for them . They are so helpful and kind. Location excellent

Small bathroom Not the property’s fault but that booking.com mislead us by saying breakfast was included in the price. Tea and coffee available but the rest was long-lasting food eg biscuits and packeted croissants with very limited fresh food and water

The location was quite convenient to the old city. There were a few very good restaurants that the hosts recommended. I especially liked that there were juices and small snacks available. The beds were quite comfortable and the small communal area was a lovely place to sit and read or enjoy a snack. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and could be reached by messaging but be advised, there is not 24/7 staffing at this hotel. It is indicated in the listing and was not an issue for us. We would stay here again.

There is an Irish pub across the street that could be quite loud at night. Unable to leave the windows open but when closed the windows did provide good sound deadening. We had ear plugs which blocked the rest of the sound.

As the name suggests, this is a very interesting old Tuscan house with nice rooms to rent. Everything from the floor to the ceiling is genuine and in a style that the property description promises. The location is great! There’s a nice deli next to the property (54 Rosso) and a couple of cool Tratorrias. It should take you no more than 20min by foot from the property to Ponte Vecchio, 15min to Duomo, and 5min to Galleria de Accademia. The owners, Alessia and Daniel, were fantastic. They’re warm, welcoming, and happy to help. The home is full of complementary gifts such as vinsanto, cantucci, and a lot of other authentic Tuscan sweets that make you feel like you’re vacationing at a friend’s house. The owners really try to make your stay in Florence as good as possible. They offer a lot of great advice regarding where to go, what to see, where to eat, and what to experience. It felt like we were getting a free concierge service.

The location of this facility was fantastic. It was a quick and easy walk to the center of Florence and all the 'touristy' sites. However, it was nice to go back at the end of the day as it was a 'step back' from the hustle and bustle of crowds, so very relaxing. Communication with the managers was very good, which also included recommendations for family run restaurants which proved to be fantastic.

Guest house conveniently located and very quiet; comfortable clean room. The hosts Danielle and Jonas were very warm and helpful, friendly, and always there to meet our needs. Upon arrival Jonas gave us a map providing useful and detailed information about places of particular interest to us and also places to eat depending on location and time of day. Generous supply of snacks, water and other drinks in the living room area.. Thankyou very much for a wonderful stay.

Rooms and common areas are nicely decorated with the old Florentine feel. The host and staffs were very kind and helpful. I had 3night of stay and when they didn’t see me for certain day, I received messege to check in on me whether I am enjoying Florence. When I need little help early in the morning or late in the evening, my sudden whatsapp was always quickly and nicely answered. The location is 15-20 min’s walk to most of those worth visit places and I enjoyed the walk. In old town, the more you walk, the more you can enjoy.

The owners were nice. They gave us a bottle of Prosecco for our special occasion. They helped us book reservations & call our airport cab. They had good customer service. Daniel took his time and gave us a map with suggestions of places to visit and how to get there. They had free snacks in the general area and free drinks in the fridge. They stored our luggage after we checked out between when we checked out and when we departed for the airport. That gave us time to shop and explore the city a little more on our final day. Overall, great stay!

Shower was small even though the bathroom size was decent. They weren't flexible with checkout time as we were initially led to believe. We wanted to checkout around noon, but they said we had to be out of the room at 11am & we did not like the tone of the message that they used to send this communication. That being said, English is not their first language, so we won't fault them too much. Also, the message came from a staff member, not the owners.

Great location. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom. Super nice and helpful couple who run the guesthouse. Several great places to eat in a 5-minute-walk radius.

My stay at Antica Dimora Firenze was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was excellent as well. Daniele was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended a wide range of things to experience in Florence: food, art, markets, outdoors, and places of interest, all of which I enjoyed. Daniele and Alessia were very flexible with everything, such as check in and check out, housekeeping, and anything else that might make your stay better. The hotel’s location is great, as you can easily walk to the main sights and museums, while still taking advantage of a nice residential neighborhood with shops, bakeries and restaurants. Overall, I loved my time there! Thank you to Daniele and Alessia for being amazing hosts!

Be aware that doors are thin and you may hear some noise from other guests.

Very comfortable and clean, excellent bed. The location is brilliant, away from the busy hub but still close enough for easy walking to everything you want to see. Best of all though are the managers, Daniele, Alessia and Florencia. Nothing was too much trouble, Daniele found a physiotherapist to treat my husband’s bad back; we just had to text him when we needed a taxi, online museum etc tickets or restaurant bookings at the best local trattoria. The level of service is outstanding 🙌
