The room was tidy, beds were pretty comfortable (some piling on the mattress), blankets were comfortable and weren't sweaty. Hooks have been added to showers, showers were clean, water pressure was good. Self check-in went well and the staff is responsive. We got a corner room, so it was easily ventilated. There was a small sink and mirror in the room - convenient. You can hear some of what happens in the next room, but our neighbors weren't rowdy and we honestly barely noticed them

Hard to fix, but power outlets were placed in pretty inconvenient places in the room. The refrigerator in the kitchenette was quite small. There was no bedside light, so evening reading would be difficult if you're planning to do that.

Last night I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean & comfortable with all the necessary things for one night in Copenhagen The hotel's location was also ideal, making it easy to explore all Copenhagen attractions, Overall, my stay was nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful experience. very basic accommodations, yet everything was clean, bed was super comfy, staff was super friendly. checked in easily with door code. pleasant area, very calm, cafes and train station nearby, 2 train stops from main city areas. would recommend if on a budget. privacy was fine, nice view from window, lots of sunlight. very pleasant stay overall.

most things desperately need renovation, some looked sloppily repaired. feels like rather run down dorm rooms. no elevator. bathrooms down the hall, basic and run down as well, still functional and did the job. no luxury stay here, but clean and pleasant stay non the less.

check-in and check-out was easy. located in quite area. not super clean, but can't call it dirty either. Very good bang for your buck. Awesome for short stay. Friendly staff aswell :) Bonus points for the sink in the room -> convenient

toilet wasn't always clean, but there are only 2 on the whole floor, what makes it understandable. Surprisingly there were always toilets free. Quite a challenge to shower without getting stuff wet, maybe put up more than one hook to hang stuff on? I managed to hang everything on one hook though so I ain't complaining. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a short stay.

Very well located hotel. Just few minutes from subway station directly from the airport. I do not understand the negative rankings. Yes the hotel is not luxurious. It is sleep'n'go hotel but it fullfills those requirements. Bed was comfy and the room had nice tempeture and was clean. We did not need anything else. We spent most of the day in the city or at the business conference anyway.

Only downside was shared toilets and showers. You can lock in the showers and toilets but you still have to get out of your room to get there. Not a long walk though yet it is still not part of the room.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Copenhagen is a very expensive city and this is very much at the budget end so you get what you pay for - a room with a bed, sink, desk, chair and hanging rail. It was very basic. It's a very quiet area and feels very safe. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The showers and toilets were also clean. The kitchen has cutlery, crockery and a very small fridge but no cooking facility.

The walls are thin - I could hear the person in the next room snoring. The room was on a slope

Really loved the place. Stayed over one night, the price was really good for Copenhagen. The staff was so lovely! Friendly and polite. Checked in early. The room was surpsrisingly big for one person :D It is loud when other guests close doors, but I sleep with earplugs anyway. Highly recommend it to solo travelers. It's close to the city center and a bus stop and subway.

Locations of the property is very good. It take 15 min of walking to center or 5 min by Metro. Rooms were clean. They changed towels once. I didn't take a breakfast, so I have no idea how good it was.

The kitchen was a little too small. Bathrooms and showers were clean, but it was shared (Two bathrooms and two toilets for each floor). The walls were too thin so I could hear neighbors moving around. Wi-Fi was messing around, switching on and off.

Very good choice if you go on an adventure in Copenhagen on a small budget. By walking the train station is not far (direct train from the airport). The "Forum" metro stop is even closer to the hotel (7 minutes on foot in quiet streets). Again, available from the airport for 30 DKK. Nothing but happiness for your budget and your peace of mind once there. Self check-in which combines well with your schedules. Awesome.

Nothing because of the right price

We found the beds really comfortable, nice to have a sink in the room and the bathrooms were regularly cleaned. The staff was very nice to us. It was overall a really nice stay considering the price and we had a great time. The walls were very thin but we had luck and quite neighbors so it was totally fine

I think a night stand with a small night light would have added a lot to the room. Now it got very dark when you turned off the main light switch and it would have been nice to have someplace to put you phone. Sometimes the bathrooms were kind of gross, but it’s not the hotels fault if the other guests are gross and they cleaned them very often.
