I chose this hotel as the reviews were the best for the area , and I wasn't disappointed. Location from Tampa Airport was only about 20 minutes, then about the same to Bush Gardens ideal for us as our flight came in early evening - so got a great night's sleep before a busy next day. The room was a great size ' had a small fridge and coffee making facilities - not that we used them. Bathroom had large bottles of wash stuff which was nice , hair dryer and plenty of towels. Breakfast selection was really good lots to choose from all lovely and fresh and the eating area was great , very comfortable and Spotlessly clean. Reception staff also very welcoming Very nice hotel , would 100% recommend.

The property was basic.

The breakfast was a plus because of the convenience the staff was very accommodating the hotel was clean and peaceful. We will be staying there more often when we come into town

The coffee pot was breaking down too many times it seems like it's time for a new coffee pot but that was it everything else was great

2nd time staying, excellent value for quality, staff is nice, bed was comfy, bathroom had all that needed and looked modern. Free decent breakfast.

Pool looked unattended, bad chairs and towels thrown in there. There was a small stain of foundation make up on the duvet. The air-conditioning makes a bit of noise.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff.. Lady at reception was promptly communicating with me answering questions and organising transport for all 23 of us. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike.

clean, your lady at the desk was very nice and she allowed us to celebrate our grandson’s birthday in the dining area.

the breakfast. we were there an hour before it closed and the omelettes were gone replaced by scrambled eggs that weren’t tasty. may have been egg substitute. also didn’t like they only had turkey sausage. I am annoyed when people force you to eat what they think is healthy and don’t offer an alternative. disappointing. my grandson didn’t eat because nothing appealed to him. he wanted the omelette. also don’t like there was no bathtub. we had a baby to bathe and a 4 year old. not everyone takes showers. don’t like getting my hair wet or damp.

I loved the decor of the entire hotel (lobby and rooms).

My shower door would not stay closed during my shower. I had to use wet wash cloths to stop it from rolling open. Posting a daily breakfast menu the night before would be helpful. I woke up early for breakfast and the only meat option was eckridge smoked sausage.

Had some noisy times but nothing that would make me not stay again. Also definitely would have been better to have a smart TV instead of the standard 20 channels

Hotel is exceptionally clean! Staff was very pleasant and we enjoyed the room. The beds are VERY comfortable. Breakfast was great! My only issue is the area, it wasn't overly close to shopping or a lot of restaurants and such and a tire place is next door making it look a bit run down. They are remodeling the outside of the hotel, which i think will help. If you're outside, you'll see and hear the planes but you cant hear them in your room thankfully. Otherwise, its a very nice property and I would happily stay again bc despite the location, it was motivating to leave and drive around and explore Tampa.

Just the location and the run down appearance of the business next door causing the hotel to look run down. In conjunction with the hotel outside remodeling, maybe some curb appeal, IE flowers and trees, could be thought of for the hotel so it makes it look less dreary.

The check in and out was fast easy. Breakfast was very nice.

The loud airplanes. Taylor Swift concert was happening the weekend we stayed so rooms were very expensive
