The apartments are situated in the centre of Harrogate near to the theatre and a mixture of different restaurants and pubs. The apartments are lovely and clean with all mod cons. The showers although a little small were way to use and the water was lovely and hot. The TV is easy to use if needed and there was a selection of different books to read if a quiet time was required. The host was brilliant and extremely helpful. In our case my father who is 90 with dementia left behind a gold watch, rings including his wedding ring and a bunch of keys. We were on our way home when we discovered my father had neglected to pack them so I immediately email the owner who emailed back later on to confirm they had all been located. He then packed them all up and took the trouble to walk into town to post the missing items back to. A star and my father who lost his wife two years ago was delighted and relieved. So thank you Mr Uttley you went over and above 👍👍👍

Just the stairs and the parking is a little tight but doable

The location was ideal and a short walk to most attractions and restaurants. We ate at restaurants recommended by the host and they were great. The accommodation itself was clean and tidy and perfect for our needs.

Parking was accessible but very tight to manoeuvre into. Linen and towels were all provided although a little off putting were some makeup stains on the bedding and a couple of towels. I’m sure they were clean - just stained, which is not a good look.

Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from the appartment to center. Everything you need at your finger tips. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Clean and tidy.

Ir was hard to find a socket next to mirror, main bedroom sockets inside wardrobe and 2nd bedroom had a socket behind the headboard. In the end we used the one in the hallway. Lots of steps to climb so make sure you are able to tackle them . You are on the second floor, then you open the apartment door and there's more steps.

Got instructions by email. Very easy to follow.

Had previously been staying with relatives so didn't take any Toiletries. Could have done with a basic shower gel and shampoo. Wouldn't expect expensive brand. Also i found tv in lounge quite difficult to use, had to watch netflix most of time. Would have loved a small tv in bedroom as like to watch news with coffee in bed. However i must say these comments are totally personal preference, there was nothing actually wrong with apartment.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ (5/5 stars) I recently had a belter of a stay in a right grand, spacious pad in Harrogate. I tell you what, it was proper lush! The beds were dead comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, and the kitchen had all the gear you could ever need. Plates, cups, trays, and they even had some oil and coffee in stock! No need to worry about owt. The place was spotless, mate. You could tell they'd laid down a brand-new carpet. It was pure mint. The bathroom was a tad on the small side, but it did the job, and the shower cabin was spot on. Clean as a whistle, it was. The owner, they were a star. Proper helpful all the way through my stay, always there to lend a hand. I'll tell you this, I'll be shouting about this place to anyone who'll listen. It's mint, mate. You've got to give it a go! In a nutshell, this spacious pad in Harrogate is the bee's knees. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and spotlessly clean. The owner is a proper legend, always ready to lend a hand. If you're heading to Harrogate, this place is top-notch. Can't wait to come back, I tell you!

The beds was very comfortable everyone slept well! blinds was plus too perfectly fitted! As some places aren’t nice little warm touches here and there all very clean would definitely stay again right in the centre of town too!

Just didn’t like feel of carpet maybe could be updated in future that’s all that we didn’t like otherwise perfect!

Easy check in, messages good from owner. Location great, really central Beds comfortable Shower great Nice kitchen, with tea bags which was an added bonus

TV was a little patchy one evening but it was rainy so we put it down to that This didn't detract from our stay at all

clean, spacious, well presented, comfortable and excellent value and would highly recommend. It was easy to access the town centre, which made it alot easier to get to where we needed to be. All together an excellent accomodation.

It was a little tricky to find the venue, but once we found it and we contacted the host, who returned the call and everything was easily sorted,

Brilliant location for the centre of Harrogate. Close proximity to the conference centre, restaurants and shops. Free parking outside the property was a bonus. The host made contact before and during our stay.

Everything was fine. There are 3 flights of stairs, ok for us, but could be difficult.

Clean, fab location, good size for girls weekend for 4 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Crisp fresh bedding

Very cold, it was ok when in bed but we have to have blankets in the living room. We were only there one night so we managed, maybe the heating haven’t been adjusted for the cold weather. Only other room for improvements, Double bed was very bouncy and the carpet’s are clean but very industrial not cosy/homey at all.
