Everything was very clean and there was a nice patio. Staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel to others when you go to Düsseldorf!

Exceptional stay — even better than expected! I initially moved to this property because I wasn't satisfied with the hotel that had been booked for me — and what a blessing that turned out to be! This place exceeded all my expectations. It was even cleaner and more welcoming than described on Booking.com. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless, from the bedroom to the bathroom. I especially loved the balcony, which came with a table and two chairs and offered a peaceful view of the garden — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The whole place is remarkably quiet, yet centrally located. We chose to walk everywhere — to the main station, Rheinpromenade, Altstadt, Oberkassel, and Hofgarten — and it was totally doable. Still, there are plenty of public transport options nearby, including buses, trams, and U-Bahn connections. The staff deserve a special mention — always smiling, kind, and ready to help. I truly felt at home and taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this property. I would return without hesitation!

Could not fault this at all, it really feels like a home from home the room sizes are fabulous and the underfloor heating such a dream it is so efficient that we had it down at the lowest a lot of the time. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble at all and always loved to have a chat and see what we were doing and if they could help in any way. The location very central and lots of public transport links close by and the old town easy to reach on foot. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Dusseldorf. It is a hidden gem!!

We as a family of four had booked two apartments, but since they couldn’t be located close to each other we got a free upgrade and were offered a whole building (three floors, room for 10 ppl) all to ourselves. Extremely spacious, clean and comfortable!

We didn’t manage to connect to the WiFi and the smart tv didn’t work (no connection). However we had a short stay and didn’t contact the staff about it, maybe they had been able to fix it.

Surprisingly this is one of the best hotels in Dusseldorf Khalil checked me in and he was SUPER nice He offered me coffee and we sat outside for a quick chat He made my stay comfortable. The room is big, and clean. The balcony in the room was a huge plus for a morning coffee. Location is in the center and i walked everywhere I would recommend everywhere to stay at this beautiful hotel

Nothing. ALL WAS PERFECT

The suite-room was very comfortable with excellent bed. Extra bed was provided for my son and they did not charge for it. Bathroom is very comfortable and well-stocked. The small kitchen is very convenient to cook and extra pots-pans are provided. Floor heating facility of the room is so good and makes it very comfortable during winter. Location of the hotel is excellent with restaurants, bus-stops, tram-stops close by. It is walking distance from Konigsallee, the main shopping street. Reception staff were very helpful and co-operative. They looked after every need and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel or in the Parkhaus close by (2mins walk from the hotel). The hotel is very cosy and has all facilities (like lift) for a comfortable stay. We are Very satisfied and will definitely highly recommend the hotel. It is value for money.

The staff was amazing, both were so nice and helpful! My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late, but despite the situation, the staff did everything possible to make the check-in smooth and fast. Throughout my stay, they remained very responsive and friendly. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the balcony was lovely. Overall, I had a really great experience and highly recommend this place, especially during this time.

I was very pleased with the position of this hotel, which is very close to the center, there are many Italian restaurants in the immediate vicinity, 5 minutes' walk to the subway (bahn), it is very clean, I had a very intimate and beautiful balcony, I I slept well, there is no noise in the area, the rooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped (maybe a toaster would also be good), the bathroom is large and has underfloor heating, I will definitely return to this hotel when I return to Dusseldorf.

It was very spacious. Loved that you have 2 balconies, with one where you can relax. It’s close to the centre, so that is very nice. You also have a lot of options on the TV like Netflix, Disney, YouTube. Overall a very pleasant and good stay, in this nice and spacious apartment.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was a lot of dirty stuff in the sink (used packages, food rests). Also under the couch there were used socks and some random packaging. They said there’d be a minibar, but that was empty.

The hotel looked very new. Everything seemed very clean. The room was beautiful. The bathroom too. The water pressure was excellent. The staff was most kind and helpful. They always smiled and provided everything we asked for without hesitation. Truly remarkable. Easy check in, easy check out.
