It was great apartment room., staff very cordial. They are seasoned apartment rentals, well established and with right facilities. I asked for fry pan and they were happy to support. Only one down side i can think of - room doesn't get fresh air, you are always reliant on AC and air purifier. On 8th April 2025 there was a tragic incident nearby due to fire, felt that this room also not that great from fire safety perspective. I highly recommend them to review fire safety norms and adjust as necessary like sprinklers etc. I also advice fellow travelers to be aware that full payment of your stay has to be done on the first day. I wasn't aware and had to borne additional FX mark up as fx card wasn't activated on the day i reached. Overall great experience, lot of attractions just need to explore especially Clare Que side.

Few things - up front payment of whole stay on the day of check-in - ideally hotels/apartments block the money on card but not charge on the first day itself. - no fresh air - fire safety norms of the room should be reviewed as windows are airtight

Checkin desk was manned and i was granted early checkin at 12pm. The room was very spacious and could accommodate 3 adults or a family with 2 kids easily. The facilities like pool (just big enough for serious swimming) , 24hr gym, child play-space, roof garden, the guest lounge and co-working space allow for a break from being in your room. All (plus a pool guest shower) are available after checkout which generously extended the time you could spend at the apartment. Housekeeping safe were very accommodating.

There was a wonderful roof garden beautifully planted with a large variety of tropical plants. It is a calm and rejunvenating space. Unusual for singapore, especially in the center of town, there were no tall buildings around so looking up you can see wide open skies. Therefore it was disappointing that there was no seating up there for guests to relax and enjoy the garden. And no lighting so i had to use my phone torch when i go up there after dark when it is cooler. Some additional cookware like frying pan would have been appreciated. Some small gestures like tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper sachets would have added a welcoming feel.

The 2-bed room was ideal for our family of five. The location was a stone's throw away from Orchard Road. This was convenient for walkabout tours. The pool was good for a dip to cool off the tropical heat.

There was a minimum 6 nights stay for the location, which worked well in our scenario. However, house-keeping was only on Tuesdays and Fridays. It would be nice to have more frequent house-keeping. The location does not come with an on-site restaurant, but a varied vending machine would've helped. The kids corner was poorly stocked with toys or arts and crafts things.

The apartment was in a perfect location for us, with easy access to MRT, supermarket and cafes and restaurants. Although the room was basic it was a great size for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was very handy to have a washing machine and full size fridge/freezer during our stay. Overall a great, budget friendly option as we were out most days exploring from early until late.

It would have been great to have the towels changed more often as they didn't dry. More drying racks would also be handy to dry our washing. The pool is really only suitable for small children, not teenagers.

Nice appartment with all you need inside (even washing machine... could be usefull for a long stay). Friendly staff. Nice small pool and sport corner. Small garden on the roof. Free drinkable water (hot or cold) in the common room Excellent location 10min walk to the MRT (Fort Canning or Somerset) and +/-30min to the Fullerton or Boat Quay or even China Town Quiet area

Only 2 chairs for 4 people...

Our room was very clean and seemed very new. There was a sliding door in the room which we were able to close off from the second bed. Train station was a short walk and we were able travel everywhere from there. Cafes & supermarket close by.

Maybe a fully stocked vending machine would be handy.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the location excellent to explore the main sights of Singapore. The reception area is beautiful and comfotable with a well sized pool. The apartment gets cleaned to a high standard twice a week. Having a washing facilities is very helpful too.

The kitchen could be better stocked.

My husband and I stayed here with our 7 and 4 year old. The 1 bedroom apartment was small but comfortable for us as we did not spend much time in the room. A sliding door separated the folding couch they slept on and the double bed. The location was a short walk to MRT stations, however with the young kids we chose to catch the bus to the MRT. There is an exit out the back of the property which is close to the bus stop. The kitchen had dish soap and cloths, 1 saucepan, a rice cooker and 1 frypan. A large bowl would have been useful, but we made do with the other items. Some basic supplies would have been appreciated but there is a FairPrice supermarket a short walk away. There is a filtered water station on the ground floor. Pool towels are supplied on request.

Location near to bus, MRT station (10 min walk, few hundred mtrs). Rooftop view. Swimming pool. Parking underground. Double air condition. WiFi is excellent, separate on each floor. Kitchen with sufficient tools to prepare some light meals. Near to 24 hrs supermarket (FairPrice). With extensible sofa, can easily accomodate a family of 4 persons / 2 adults with 2 childrens. Bed lined is provided also for sofa as well. But the sofa is not so confortable ...

One of AC was very noise and supply dirty air and smell. On the other AC the thermoswitch was defective, means working continuoslly even the setting temperature was reach - can not maintain the desire temperature and the room become very very cold. On the swimming pool was only 2 (two) sunbeds - reported also by previous guests, without any improvements so far by hotel staff. The room door is not sound proof, can easily hear the other people talking. Cleaning of room is provided 2 times/week only. The price was exorbitant, probablly dut to year period of time (end of december with Christmas)

Its an excellent place for groups and family. Very nice and peaceful area. Transportation was a challenge but you have a bus stop within a few meters (walkable). MRT had to walk a little far. It becomes difficult with small kids. The room was very nice and spacious. We booked a 1 bed room apt. Everything that you would require while on a holiday was provided. The only thing is if they can start a breakfast service for guest that would be really nice. That was the only thing missing i felt.

Everything was good. MRT a little far. And yeah no breakfast service. I hope they start that in the future. And also please provide bidet in your bathrooms.
